Beautiful restaurant located inside Hotel Haya in Ybor City. Romantic atmosphere. Excellent menu and top notch service. The menu changes regularly, so it's always a new experience. Perfect spot for date night.

Great first brunch here with friends! Sara was amazing super friendly and accommodating to what we wanted. And suggested flavorful menu items. We had the yummy empanadas to start. And u had the chicken and waffles! So delicious Everyone loved their dishes and the size portion was just right! My other friends and I were staying at the Haya and I'm so glad I booked this brunch for us. Super chill urban like modern atmosphere. We also had drinks at the bar later. And all the bar tenders were great! Highly recommend this spot for brunch Oh and the Bloody Mary was great!

Flor Fina is located inside the Haya Hotel. Prices reflex that, however, we found portions large. My breakfast pot pie was very good. My husband got the standard breakfast and that was properly cooked. We shared an espresso martini that was fresh and well made. I loved our server as well. She was chatty in a good way. The restaurant is a mix of lounge seating and small tables. It wasn't busy when we were there but if the place was full I do believe it would be very loud.

    Stale tasting Cuban guava toast

The restaurant is located on the bottom floor of Hotel Haya. Very beautiful with lots of greenery a Boho chic feel to it. Service was pretty awful for a Saturday morning brunch. We ordered: guava jam Cuban toast. Came cold we had to ask the waiter to bring us the side of jam it comes with. There weren't gluten free options on the menu. House burger and fries were really good. Croque Sonora had way too much sauce, too much bread and just one small egg on top. The specials French toast with coconut whip and kiwi was actually 4 French toast sticks which tasted good but were cold as well. When the waiter came and asked us how everything was, we expressed our dislike with the guava toast I guess he was expecting us to say everything was good so when we said the guava toast was bad he kind of looked up and just walked away, not even an apology. Veggie frittata was burnt on the bottom. Unfortunately, not a place I recommend or will come back to.

I think my mistake was getting too excited for one of the brunch dishes that I over-hyped it in my head so let me start there. I have heard about Flor Fina a lot but have never been until this weekend. We parked in a nearby garage and saw a small sign on the outside of the building and two giant black doors - it was almost like a speakeasy. Once we entered we realized it was the back of the restaurant and had to go through to the front desk area - not the restaurant's fault definitely the GPS. We came for Sunday brunch and it wasn't too busy. We were seated toward the back and were brought menus and met our waitress pretty quickly so that part of the service was great. I ordered the special peach bellini and the fried green tomato eggs Benedict. For the peach bellini, I didn't notice any peach flavoring only the carbonation and fizz from prosecco so it wasn't my cup of tea. Now I had been looking forward to trying this Benedict the whole week and I think there are some things that could be changed for a better dish. Because of the collard greens, the fried green tomato slice lost its crunch and most of the coating sort of disintegrated into the collard greens. The other sauce instead of the traditional hollandaise I also wasn't a fan of and thought a hollandaise with some of those seasonings would have been better. Overall, it's a restaurant that's on the nore expensive side and I've had better eggs Benedict at much cheaper places. I wouldn't go again - at least not for the brunch - but maybe their other meals are better.

Stopped by Flor Fina for some drinks and truly enjoyed ourselves! The atmosphere is classy yet relaxed, and the service was great. They make amazing espresso martinis -- perfectly balanced and smooth. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to for cocktails and good vibes.

From the moment I stepped foot into Flor Fina my experience was nothing short of amazing. The ambience is very fitting for the area, and makes for a great night out with friends or significant other. When seated, the server comes over to give you a sample of wine which adds a nice touch while waiting for you to decide on your order. My food was delicious, I ordered the plaintain crusted snapper over rice in a nice sauce topped with slaw and it was cooked to perfection. I also tried the peach mule and it did not disappoint. Overall I had a great time!

Service 10/10 our server was amazing and it was super busy. He was very accommodating and we are a demanding group. We used our offline certificate and he was able to split our bills and apply our discount with no issues! Food was 7/10 because some of the menu items we were looking forward to trying were no longer on the menu! Ambiance was 10/10 super large space and the tables were not crammed together which I truly enjoyed! As far as food and drink goes I would definitely recommend the Red Sangria / Patatas Bravas and the Steak Pinchos! All were very tasty!

This place is a vibe on Saturday night! There was a live dj setting a lively mood. We sat in the lounge area where it is full service, the service was slower at the lounge tables compared to what we saw at the dining room tables but still good. Food was delicious and flavorful. If you go make a reservation unless you're going for small bites and shareable plates, that's when I would suggest lounge/bar seating.

My friend and I came for dinner during the week. There weren't a lot of people but the atmosphere was so nice! Very swanky. We both had the flank steak and it was delicious! My friend also had the brussel sprouts which were okay. The yuca fries were so good with the fries! I definitely want to come back to try brunch. Excellent service as well!

Awesome vibe with live DJ. We enjoyed drinks and tapas. The restaurant is in the Haya Hotel lobby. The lighting and decor is dark and sexy. The corvina crudo and meatballs hit the munchies spot. Our waitress was awesome and helped us figure out what else we'd do that evening.

My boyfriend and I were staying at the hotel this restaurant is in and decided to head down for our complimentary drinks and a little bite before heading out for the night to celebrate my birthday. Belle was our bartender and she was so great. I cannot rave about her enough. She made our time here at the bar so much fun we almost didn't leave we were enjoying our conversation & drinks. We ordered the chickpea fries to munch on and we thoroughly enjoyed them! So much so that when we got back home from our vacation my bf tried to recreate them! We didn't order much but the service and what we did order made this a great experience. I would definitely come back here. Thanks Belle!

Really good. First thing to keep me attracted is the ambience, simple elegant and warming. Server was amazing very informative and professional, she cares for everything. Food is great. I order different meals and everything taste amazing with a Latin taste that no all restaurants have. Drinks are delicious with a touch of sophistication. I went a Saturday at 6 pm

Wasn't impressed with the service or the food. Great concept for a restaurant poor execution for the price. $250 bill and wasn't satisfied.
