I have had the privilege to train with Kenny this year. He has been an absolute heaven-send. Kenny is great with all of his clients! He is extremely dedicated, personable, and very knowledgeable about the various exercise and weight training programs offered. I have back injuries from being rear-ended last year. So having modified workout options is important to me. He has been conscious of working around injuries and building muscle groups to prevent something much needed in my early 40s!
