Friendly, efficient, and top-notch work! He transformed my affordable suit into something that looks better than suits I've spent 10 times as much on.

READ THIS IF YOURE SHORTENING SUIT SLEEVES Brought in a suit jacket to shorten the sleeves. Got the jacket back and I'll take some blame for not clarifying HOW she would shorten the sleeve but she cut the sleeve from the end instead of moving up the whole sleeve from the arm hole. There were usable buttons that are not usable. It's not noticeable once worn but the real reason for the low stars: sleeves are uneven. Photos will show she didn't shorten sleeve to the same place despite chopping them. Thankfully it was a cheap suit but I'm still out $46.20 after this alteration.

Took in a short sequined expensive dress like a week before my event and she did wonders with it. I'd take all my clothes in there again.

The nice lady here fixed my motorcycle jacket. One of the snaps fell off. It was quick and easy. I would recommend.

I left in about 20 minutes with a functioning zipper after James had worked his magic.

However, when I go to a tailor, and that is their only speciality, I expect that business to provide a certain level of quality and expertise. I don't care if language is a barrier, the workmanship should speak for itself. Bad points: 1. The shop smells like cigarettes. 2. I went there to have a basic denim dress taken in and had to spend time going back multiple times to fix errors that would never have happened with a trained professional with experience. - The waist has overlapping seams. - There is now a pleat over one pocket but not the other. - The tucks on the back end at different points and are not finished, so they will pull and open if I bend over. - The bust area is not smoothly sewn, so it sits weird. So so sad, because I love this dress. 3. Having to keep coming back to fix the issues. Good points: 1. The lady is nice. 2. She didn't cut off any fabric, so I can go somewhere else and have it fixed. 3. She charged me fairly for my trouble. 4. The shop is close to where I live. I won't be back anytime soon. Sorry.

(They flawlessly mended a ripped strap on my Samsonite laptop backpack, and then just today, they perfectly repaired a very badly broken zipper on the front pocket of my large Sansonite roller suitcase.) The cost on both occasions was far far less than I expected! The owners are super kind and friendly, easy to work with and very skilled at their craft. I couldn't be happier with their repair work on both of my luggage items! I will definitely be coming back here in the future the next time I need something mended or repaired!
