The facility is absolutely gorgeous and very clean from locker rooms to sauna to workout area. The hit workout was fun and intense. If this was closer to my home I would have signed up in a heartbeat. Otherwise they have a pretty solid intro deal if interested. I do think the add ons for the cold plunge and sauna are a bit pricey considering limited availability but overall great experience. I definitely recommend giving them a try! read more

LOVE this place. The classes are all amazing- such hard workouts and everybody is so uplifting and creates an inclusive, supportive environment. The facility is awesome, nice equipment, and teachers are all so outgoing, kind, and helpful. The vibes are amazing in the classes, with LED lights and blaring music, they keep you pumped up. The blast is my favorite, you will be in a FULL sweat by the end with the mix of strength training and cardio together. The cycle studio is also amazing, the instructors are incredible, and the studio has the same positive and fun vibe. The showers are also very nice with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, everything you need. This is the hardest cycle class I've ever taken, but its amazing. Chris is incredible- he makes you feel like you're in Ibiza while your biking. Oh, also, the sauna and cold plunge booking was worth every dollar. I rarely post negative reviews, but I'm sharing this because I don't want others to lose hundreds of dollars the way I did. I signed up for a December promotional offer advertised as a $99 Unlimited deal. I signed up on my phone, attended a few classes, and decided it wasn't for me. I reasonably believed the promotion ended there. I never received a receipt for the initial $99 purchase via email or text, and I never received any confirmation or follow up documentation stating that I had been enrolled in an ongoing full price membership. On February 2nd, I noticed a $279 charge from Caz. When I looked back, I saw the same $279 charge on January 2nd as well. That was the first time I realized the "promotion" had converted into a recurring monthly membership. When I contacted the gym, I was told that this was disclosed during signup in a digital agreement and that the membership automatically renews unless canceled. I was also explicitly told that Caz does not send receipts, recurring billing notices, renewal reminders, or any billing related emails after signup. In other words, once you sign up, there is no communication of any kind warning you that recurring charges are active or about to occur. I'll own my part in this. I should have slowed down and read everything more carefully. That said, a system where promotions roll into expensive memberships, combined with zero receipts and zero billing communication afterward, puts customers in a position where it's very easy to miss until significant charges have already posted. That alone should concern anyone considering joining. I'm sharing this experience, so others know exactly what to look out for. If you're considering joining Caz through a promotion, especially on your phone, assume it auto renews, do not expect receipts or billing emails, and monitor your bank statements closely. Get cancellation terms in writing and cancel early if you decide it's not for you. The workouts themselves may be good, but the billing practices are something potential members should fully understand before signing up. read more

Had to check this place out cause of how hip it looked! Thanks to classpass I was able to! I took a Wednesday class which was based on cardio and strength. Walked into a dark room but it was lit up with neon lights. I'm such a sucker for aesthetics workout rooms. There were 5 stations set up and you pick which station you want to start with when you check in. Each station had 4 exercises and we did 4 rounds with a total of 8 mins each. Also almost everyone had their own disinfectant spray and towel to wipe down their station before moving onto the next which is very nice. Overall, I had a really good workout and the next day I was actually pretty sore in my legs! That's a great workout! Music was fun. Ended the workout with a complimentary energy drink. Cool service and workout class. Definitely recommend and will probably check out their cycle class one of these days too read more

I recommend anyone that has been scammed by CAZ to contact the California DCA (Department of Consumer Affairs) and file a dispute with your credit card company. These guys are as crooked as they get. Being a guy who was mostly into lifting heavy when I worked out, I was a little skeptical when I first tried this place because I was often one of, if not the only, male in the class....but The trainers and the training classes are all great. All the trainers are friendly and motivating during the workouts. The front desk staff is always friendly and usually helpful in resolving issues that occur. If they cannot, Zac or Connor will usually help out. Been coming here about a year and don't plan on stopping. read more

I really like this club! 5/5 for the vibes the coaches bring. Big shout out to coach Emmaline - the literal reason I'm here! Greyson is rad too. I love that they have spin & bootcamp (build). Especially because most places only only have hiit nowadays. I personally don't take the hiit classes (blast) but the build classes are a kicker. I gave 4 stars for 3 reasons - not deal breakers just constructive. 1) I really don't like that the bikes are not staggered in cycle. You can't see yourself in the mirror if you aren't in the front row which is tough during some choreo. 2) I wish cold plunge & sauna was included or discounted with unlimited. 3) I wish there was 1 more coach during bootcamp. 1 person can only make it around a fully filled class so fast. Let me preface this by saying this is a review strictly as a sauna/cold plunge user, through Classpass. As a gym, I'm sure they warrant a higher rating. After being an avid fan for about six months, I've definitely paid my last visit to Caz. If you are interested in experiencing their saunas, know that it only makes sense Monday-Friday prior to 4pm (while everyone's at work and it's empty). Otherwise, they have workout classes in progress and you have to walk through the workout class dripping in sweat, in your towel to get to the locker rooms, which is awkward for everyone. Additionally, they play music so loud it makes the sauna shake, which I'm sure is great for working out but isn't conducive to a relaxing sauna environment. When I finally pointed out this logistical issue in my last visit, I was offered the solution of using the back door exit and walk through the parking lot to get back in, to which I replied "why would I be more comfortable walking through a parking lot in a towel than through a workout class?" and the staff member laughed and walked away. If you are the type of person who doesn't mind putting your clothes back on immediately after a sauna/cold plunge session without showering, and then walking through the middle of a high intensity workout class in session (stepping around/over people) then you may have a positive experience using the saunas outside of the hours mentioned. read more

I lowkey couldn't hear much of what they were saying, but didn't really need to. The workout space it self made me super excited to do it. First let me start off by saying that the aesthetics, concept and instructors are amazing!! I took my first CazCycle class last week and was thoroughly impressed. Cassie is an amazing instructor. All bike are stage studio ones that are new and kept clean. The lighting and sound system give the best experience and who wouldn't want eucalyptus cold towels, after a sweat! There was a sweet personal touch at the end of the class, where each customer receives a hand written note and free Celsius.
