    I've been training with Priscilla for about a year and a half now, and I can confidently say she is exceptional. Before finding her, I worked with several other personal trainers. I remember telling Priscilla early on that she was the smartest trainer I'd ever worked with, and she looked genuinely surprised and said that understanding muscle groups and personal goals should be the bare minimum. That moment really stuck with me because it perfectly captures who she is -- knowledgeable, humble, and deeply committed to doing things the right way. What makes Priscilla stand out is how responsive she is to my body and my goals. Whether it's noticing underdeveloped muscles that affect symmetry, adjusting exercises I don't love, or modifying a workout based on how my body feels that day, she always creates a thoughtful and personalized plan. It's the perfect balance of expertise and attentiveness. She's also the first person who truly taught me what a long-term fitness goal looks like. I came in with goals, but I didn't understand how to build a plan to achieve them. Priscilla helped me learn patience and showed me how progress is built through small milestones over time. That mindset has honestly carried into other areas of my life as well. She's also incredibly emotionally intelligent. Some days we talk and celebrate wins, and other days we work out quietly when that's what I need. When you work out with someone multiple times a week, you inevitably process life while training, and Priscilla creates a space where that feels natural and supportive. Writing this review honestly makes me a little emotional because she's been more than just a trainer to me. I also feel so lucky to have found Overperform Fitness so early in my time living in California. The entire team is amazing. Josh and Prince are fantastic trainers as well, and the environment they've created is something really special. Everyone is grounded, mature, and genuinely cares about their clients. What I appreciate most is that there's no weird bodybuilder agenda here. There's no pressure to lose weight or push yourself to unhealthy extremes. The focus is simply on improving your health and making fitness something sustainable in your life. The community aspect is also incredible. We have a Sunday run club with other clients, and Priscilla does a great job introducing everyone so it feels welcoming and social. There have even been events outside the gym where we've gotten to spend time together. It's turned what could have been just another workout routine into a lifestyle and a small community where I genuinely feel at home. When I started my fitness journey, I had a lot of fears around the gym and a lot of personal triggers tied to fitness spaces. Priscilla navigated all of that with so much care and understanding. Whether you're just beginning your health journey or you've been going to the gym for years, I truly believe you'll find a supportive and peaceful environment here. I also have a very busy schedule -- I work a full-time job while running my own business and traveling often -- and Priscilla has always been incredibly accommodating and flexible. I honestly can't imagine training anywhere else.

    The team (Josh, Priscilla & Prince) at Overperform Fitness are the best trainers I have had the pleasure of working with since starting my fitness journey. I was skeptical about getting another trainer, but the progress I have seen proves that with the right coaching your fitness goals are attainable! Starting to train again seemed like a daunting task (was slightly overweight), but their holistic approach to fitness is great for anyone (beginner, intermediate, advanced). The training and nutrition program is personalized to your goals and can be tracked on a very user-friendly app. During every session, the team preaches about safety, makes sure proper technique is being used and continuously challenges you to push past mental / physical barriers to get the best out of your workout. A plus to working with Overperform is the community they have created, which is very welcoming, innovative, challenging and fun! In five months I have reduced body fat, put on muscle and dialed in my nutrition thanks to Josh and Priscilla. If you're ready to take your fitness and nutrition to the next level, I highly recommend training with the team at Overperform Fitness.

    Joining Overperform Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I've tried several gyms and trainers in the past without much improvement, but that all changed once I started working with Priscilla. When I started training with her 14 months ago, I was hoping to lose weight, which has surely happened! What I wasn't expecting were the improvements I've seen in my mood, chronic fatigue, indigestion and self-confidence. As someone who has never enjoyed exercising, I always look forward to seeing Priscilla, Josh, Prince (and other clients who have now become friends of mine!). The culture they have created at Overperform Fitness is welcoming, encouraging and positive, irrespective of your age, waist size or how familiar you are with strength training. They will push you to be the best you can be but methodically so as to not cause injury. Proper form and safety are always stressed in their sessions and any time I have needed modifications due to aches, pains or old injuries, Priscilla is able to immediately sub the exercise for something else. They have all taught me that consistent habits and seemingly small changes can have huge effects as long as you trust the process. If you need an extra push to exercise consistently or don't know where to start when it comes to the gym, you cannot go wrong with Overperform Fitness!

    Two month Update Review: I lost the weight and dress sizes I set out to lose and gained confidence in the gym with this teams help. Great team of dedicated trainers/coaches who work hard to see you succeed. I recommend you get in touch with Pricilla the admin and start making your goals a reality. Prince will have you question your sanity as you push your limits but end up surprising yourself by getting stronger each week #hack squat . Pricilla will help you reach goals and is always in touch if you need input on diet and Josh will make you love practicing correct form because you'll come to realize that doing so keeps injuries away.

    I really like the trainers, results, set up, and overall feel of Overperform Fitness. The facility is clean, airy and has every type of workout equipment you would ever need for personal training. There are nicely appointed private showers, and bathrooms onsite. The office portion of the building ha private consultation rooms, and a large massage table I have been working out with Neal from Overperform Fitness for over 2 years and an very pleased with my results. Not only do we have a lot of fun, but Neal does an amazing job customizing my work outs based on my travel, age and overall wellness. It is obvious that all the clients are working hard and having a really good time during their workouts. All of the trainers are very friendly and willing to help.

    We stumbled upon this place with their 1st class free (you can book through mindbody)! They offer…read morea $99 one month unlimited trial so we signed up for it. The place is spacious compared to other workout studios I've been to in the area. The format is mainly 5 stations with an A & B exercise. You can start at any of the 5 stations & you'll do sets of the A workout followed by the B workout or vice versa. Monday/Wednesday is upper body Tuesday is lower body Thursday is glutes and abs Friday through the weekend is full body (this location isn't open Sunday so you'll have to hit up their other location) We've been going to the evening classes which are taught by Meghan. Who I'd say is one of our favorite instructors (we've been to two other instructor's classes). She's good with explaining and keeping time. She's also a good balance of being a cheerleader/"woo girl" or coming over when you're butchering the exercise! Be prepared to say hello & give your workout buddies high fives!

That was a 2. Five years earlier, I had been in the best shape of my life. Somewhere along the way, I lost my relationship with fitness. It wasn't just that I stopped going to the gym. I lost the motivation, confidence, and connection to the part of myself that enjoyed taking care of my body. No matter how many times I tried, I couldn't seem to find my way back. Then I met Andy through a friend. From our first interaction, his energy, presence, and genuine belief in what was possible made me excited to try again. As an Asian American man, seeing someone who embodied strength, discipline, confidence, and authenticity was deeply inspiring. He wasn't just teaching fitness. He was showing me what was possible. The results have been incredible. My body has transformed, but more importantly, I've rebuilt my relationship with health and fitness. I've regained confidence, consistency, and pride in myself. For the first time in years, I feel connected to my body again. I live an hour away and happily make that drive every week because the impact Andy has had on my life is worth far more than the time spent getting there.     Worst gym experience I've had…read more I considered joining this gym and spent a few days researching it before signing up. I spoke with several current and former members and also reviewed the Yelp and Google reviews. Unfortunately, the feedback was overwhelmingly negative. One concern I heard repeatedly was that members were asked to provide their bank account and routing numbers, and some reported being charged fees that they said were never clearly disclosed. When questions were asked about those charges, there seemed to be little explanation available. I also had concerns about the staff's ability to answer basic questions. When I asked for the corporate phone number, I was told they didn't know it, yet I was able to find it with a quick Google search. I also asked who had opened my account and was told the system didn't provide that information. Overall, I found the experience frustrating due to the lack of clear answers and transparency. The gym atmosphere also wasn't a good fit for me personally. It felt more like a social scene than a place focused on fitness, and that simply isn't the environment I'm looking for. Based on my experience and research, I decided not to move forward with a membership.
