I cannot recommend Priscilla enough for your training needs! Gyms were always intimidating for me, and consistency was difficult to maintain, but Priscilla really changed that for me. She motivated me to continually work on the things I struggled with while still meeting me where I was when it came to mobility and strength (I was a girly with tense hips and a weak core ). She also knew when to call me out when things were getting too easy and I was trying to be sly. It was truly the kind of partnership I needed to push myself out of my comfort zone. I went from hating the idea of going to the gym to being eager to find out if the week was going to start with a lower or upper body day. But Priscilla's care went beyond our sessions. When I first moved here, I had to say goodbye to my old trainer whom I loved SO much so it was so hard to find the right trainer to work with. But I've been training with Priscilla since March and the progress I've seen is incredible! I told her that I had specific aesthetic goals for myself and was worried about my arms getting too big and I'm so happy to know she listened and I love SO amazing 4 months later. I see her 3x a week, so I get a little discount per month which is a great incentive to stay disciplined! She is so great about making sure I'm activating the correct muscles, building good mind to body connections, and honing in on good form before moving up in weights or difficulty. Your personal trainer will develop a workout schedule for you that is tailored to your goals and past injuries. Watching Youtube videos on how to lift is simply not enough. I've been lifting for years and it's so easy to develop bad habits that will cause long term joint/tendon damage. I've been working with Priscilla for about a year now. Ive enjoyed all my sessions with her and have felt myself getting stronger. There were workouts that I couldn't do on the first session but now can do it with weights and proper form. I previously worked with a power lifting coach and ultimately sustained a back injury. But Priscilla adjusted my workouts to be higher in rep but also slowly increase the weight to avoid any injury to my back or loss of proper form. After Covid era, my husband and I were of course in the worst shape of our lives. We started working with Priscilla and Josh the summer of 2022 and by fall, we were bathing suit and bikini-ready for traveling!
