One on one training with Pam makes me want to work out. It holds me accountable during the week. Now I am working out and cycling each week and eating better. Pam listens to her clients to make sure we are on the same page with goals. I came back to working out after an injury and she created work outs to strengthen my back/core before moving on to prevent any further injury. I had told her I would like to lose some weight but it was more important that I felt better physically. She customizes each work out depending on her clients needs. I can't tell you how much better she has helped me feel--my energy level has increased like crazy. She is very easy to be around at the end of the sessions I feel like I had only been there for 15 mins. I can tell by my sweat and muscles that it has been an hour! I booked this class via class pass for the 6:15 am time slot. The Hot Room studio is located at the very back of the gym. Yoga mats and towels are provided, just bring yourself and water. I definitely push myself and book with Mario again. Be prepared to SWEAT. Only con is the music was a tad bit too loud so it was kind of hard listening to the directions.

I love that this class had number placements for all mats so everyone has an adequate amount of space during the session. I've been to classes before that the mat placement was off and the class was over capacity, which was very uncomfortable. This class was very intimate it was 7 total with the instructor. The session was about 65-minutes in total. We soaked up all of that infrared energy this morning. The music selection was relaxing and the instructors tone was perfect and not overbearing. This gym sits in a Publix plaza so it's plenty of parking spaces. It's recommended to bring water, towel, and mat but I did see towels/mats in the studio for those who didn't have one. They also offer other sessions like hot Pilates, hot fit, and hot sculpt. I can't wait to come back to try the others!

I have been a member of LA Fitness for a few years and I have worked out at pretty much all of the PBC locations, and others such as two in Jacksonville and the one in Melbourne. I am a big fan, i LIVE LA Fitness. But this location? The worst possible. Very poorly managed and money-pinched and it shows. Equipment: the whole place needs an overhaul. Equipmemt is frayed and tired looking. The lat pull machine - one of two - has been out of service for months. The water fountains leak and break. The scale in the men's locker does not give the same reading twice if you pray to the gods of scales, the one in the lobby is equally out of calibration and rickety. They do not have mid-point dumb bells, unlike the other locations; in other words their dumb bells weight go up in 5-pound increments instead of 2.5-pound increments, so I drive to the Delray Beach gym on arms and shoulders day. The bars for the press benches look from the 1980s they are dark and without marks to help position hands in a balanced way. Every gym struggles a bit with member behavior racking the weights back where they belong, but here the bad behavior is rampant and ridiculous. There are only two signs about putting weights back. I do not know what management does at other locations, but I do not have to waste time roaming around trying to find the right handle for the cable pulls, or find the matching dumb bell as much as I do here. Staff.... What staff? Could be that adding staff might help with the equipment disarray, I don't know I don't manage gyms but as member I know what looks right and this place is all wrong. If it weren't so convenient to get to from my house i would never go here.

About 60$ a month and no commitment, pay on the first for the month no startup fees either. So that's awesome. The whole gym is no nonsense. Lots of benches and platforms only one cable machine though. My only concern was for my leg day. I didn't see a Hacksquat machine or angled leg press, no abductor machines either. A great place but I don't think it fits If you have a strict leg day (plenty of bars for deadlifts and squats but you'd need to bring your own cushion for hip thrusts.
