Awesome hidden spot! You can find Fitch's behind the leasing office (or technically under) for the ocean club. The first thing I tried here was the pizza which is thin crust and great for a snack! I have been back lots of times for sandwiches. My favorite is the French diplomat, roast beef with a garlic spread. I also really enjoy the Faith Special! The guys who work there are super friendly and efficient!! They also have drinks and snacks in the store for purchase along with wine and beer! Oh and the French fries !!!! This establishments food is very good, HOWEVER me and my wife have tried to drive down and eat here 3 times this week and it has been closed around 3-4 pm every day despite the business hours stating they close at 6. This is inconvenient for us as we drive from manhattan beach so id reccomend changing the actual business hours so it reflects the actual hours this place operates. read more

The Rolls Royce Burger was so good! The burger was juicy and moist and perfectly paired with the Rolls Royce condiments. The bun was fluffy and light and such a delight! Service is great, what more can I say? They even have good brewskis to go with the burgers. read more

Very tasty food. I thought it was only for the village residences, but you can go right in and it's under the Ocean Apartments Leasing office. The Food choices were plenty for a small little deli like this. The Chicken Sandwich was great, even got a sample of their fresh soup. Very Tasty Clam Chowder. Fresh bread made these sandwiches awesome too. The French Dip was a nice garlic bread style, and tasty meat and au jus. I am definitely coming back to try the rest of their items. They also cater, so that would be great to get them to do a corporate event someday. Owner was very friendly and came out and chatted with us. Very hard to find. This place is inside a condo complex in front of the pool. Solid sandwich spot. Had the 90777 and really liked it. Also had the breakfast burrito. The bb was really good with three kinds of meat but one major thing that was lacking was the hot sauce. Basically it had none. I took my order to go so maybe they forgot to add it. I have ALWAYS been in love with Leonardo's turkey sandwiches...and when it closed I was SO BUMMED. I did NOT know it had just moved and just a block now from me! So today was a VERY good day...to find it..and you do have to FIND it. The sandwiches are the best ever...toasted subs..they use quality meat and they just make the best sandwiches. I had to go on mapquest because the address is so weird...but if you are on Catalina..you have to go INTO the Ocean Club condo complex!! Ocean something complex...you go in and down the hill into the complex and just follow the signs to the "leasing office' and it's UNDER it. Nice little place..super clean...nice little set up. They stopped serving pizza and wings and any hot food. They only serve sandwiches and salads. Don't do any soups during winter. No burgers anymore. Ocean club should be replacing them. The food is great here. The day I came they were very busy and lacking help so service was slow but worth it. I will mention that my order was to go and they forgot to include part of my order. I realized when I got home and I went back to get the rest of the order. They were very apologetic and I feel that this is not normal for them. read more

Wow, this place was DELICIOUS! I was craving a sandwich so my husband looked on yelp, which directed us to this tucked away little deli and boy was I happy! We got the Chipotle Chicken sandwich (amazing! I was sad when it was gone) and the Leonardo's special, which was fresh and yummy as well. I highly recommend grabbing a sandwich at this place! Fitch's is great. I've had both the Whatever and the Chicken Chipotle and both were very good. This place is a little challenging to find. As others have said it is located under the leasing office of Ocean Club in the Village. Its located in a sort of convenience store with drinks and just about anything else you could want with your sandwich. I highly recommend it. read more

I found this place through a "breakfast catering" search and I am SOOOO happy I stumbled upon it. I work the front desk at a company with many different tastes, so I ordered the breakfast burritos for catering with a large fruit platter. The choices for the breakfast burritos got my initial attention: chorizo, eggs & potatoes, bacon, sausage and ham. We got a few of each and all I heard from our staff all day was how good they were. Personally, I had a chorizo burrito and it was delicious! It's easy for food to get cold when dealing with catering, but this was not the case here! The burritos were hot, the eggs were perfect, the cheese was still gooey, it was great!!! The fruit platter had a great variety and it was very colorful and pretty and it was HUGE, good value! The fruit was very fresh as well. I was in direct contact with the owner and he was very accommodating to our requests and the delivery guy was very nice. Overall, our company is definitely planning on using this fine establishment again and we can't wait to try out the rest of their extensive menu. read more

I'D LOVE TO GIVE THEM A -5 STARS IF I could.... If you use door dash don't EVER order from here. Placed an order for a roastbeef sandwich and Burger, that was supposed to have roasted red peppers. I added swiss chees to the roast beef. when the driver delivered the food she told me they didn't have the red peppers and the roast beef had no cheese. On doordash there is a pull down link to have them call you if they can't fill the order as you ordered it. I call the place and no manager was in. the guy I talked to 1st told me they don't pay attention to the pull down comment to call the customer if there's a problem. He then had the balls to tell me their really busy and if they screw up an order well too bad........... REALLY????? I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. and then told me he had no time for me as they were really busy and hung up. Took a while, but he took care of us, the quantity was enormous. Pricing is completely reasonable. A little hard to find, but once you get there, it's nice. read more

this place is down the street from my place but u would never know it... it lives inside of these huge apartment complex... so finding is a bit tricky... look for the pool it's right next to it. the service was great... for a small sandwich & fries its $15... so a bit pricey but the "whatever" sandwich was amazing!! read more

Excellent service and excellent food, I met Fitch himself! We ordered two sandwiches and got them very quickly. Both were delicious... Finding the restaurant is easy once you get past the initial discomfort of entering an apartment complex, just follow the signs to the leasing office and it is right beneath it and by the pool.
