Literally every time I called to ask to speak to management they were never available. Same thing when I went in in person they were never available. I was on medical leave for surgery and for the birth of my child and somehow my card was being charged for several months and they refused to pay me back after already putting my account on freeze. Apparently your account can become unfrozen after a certain period of time and they could give a flying crap about that. I had doctors notes and actual procedure dictation and how much time I was supposed to be off for an Achilles tendon injury plus the birth of my child. I didn't want to cancel but at the end of the day I should've just canceled now knowing that they are literal crooks that took thousands of dollars from me without any check-in at their facility. HORRIBLE!!!

Here's why I love it:…read more* The Gym is well lit, has all the equipment you'd need, and is never too crowded (or empty) to help us stay motivated to work out. * The Studios have great marked spots for each person, with instructors who bring the energy and fun to their classes. Plus, I appreciate that every class starts on time. I personally can't get enough of the Hot Yoga with Sandi! * The amenities are plentiful with towels, hairdryers, lockers and plenty of spaces throughout with everything we need. * The service is great. The Club Manager, Ricky, excels at taking care of the members. * And, there's plenty of free parking so you're never stressed looking for a place for your car or bike. This is a fantastic facility. Check it out!

I'm a very happy customer here now for almost a year. My only complaints about Club Studio are…read morewhen they build gyms without a pool or jacuzzi (such as this one in Long Beach) and they don't have any designations for beginner or advanced levels in their classes. It would be really helpful if you weren't confronted as a yoga newbie with instructors trying to get you to do hand stands or the very challenging moves and weight lifts in the Pilates x Strength class. I think they need to give info to the members about difficulty ahead of time or section off some classes as beginner, etc. I belong to another Club Studio in a different city as well, so I'd have to say the staff at the front desk at this club can be a little unfriendly and inattentive compared to the other club. But I love most of the yoga teachers at this Club Studio, and I really think they made great choices in hiring Sandi, Kelly, Karen, and Jason. They all have great personalities and try to make the classes accessible for people with injuries or special problems . But if you're a senior with a lot of physical problems, this club is probably not for you. The emphasis is definitely on the youthful customer here, and I hope I can keep up with the classes for as long as I'm physically able before I have to go somewhere else less challenging.

The gym used to feel like such a chore to me, but after signing up here, I was able to find my passion for the gym again. The team and coaches here are so amazing and supportive. They really know how to encourage you to keep going and help you gain your confidence. I was never scared to push myself because I knew that they would be there to guide me. I've also learned so much from the coaches. Whether it's different techniques, improving stretching positions, or nutrition!! The things I've learned I'll never forget. It was a great feeling to see a gym so dedicated to their people because I knew then that it's a safe space. I'll forever appreciate the time and dedication this team makes for their community!

Signing up for a session was easy, but the time slots were all during the day, Monday through Friday. Since I had Monday off, I was able to take up the offer. When I met Genesis, she asked me a few questions to get an idea of how regularly I work out and what my goal was for this session. I shared that I run and workout 5 days a week and was seeking new things to try since I do the same thing all the time. I also wanted her to check my form as I was pretty sure I was doing some things wrong. Genesis understood the assignment and put me straight to work! She modeled every exercise so well and was great about correcting my form. She also observed that my left foot/leg seemed dominant, which it is for snowboarding and skateboarding. She was very knowledgeable too, answering all my questions with excellent explanations. Loved her positive, encouraging energy. I would take another coaching session with Genesis in a heartbeat when my schedule allows it!

So keep in mind, if you go over your 2hrs of workout. You will have to pay extra. Everything is brand spanking new inside this gym. New weights, new equipment, new bathrooms.. etc! This will last for at least 5 to 6 years until mold accumulates and machines starts breaking down. So I would join right now to enjoy the clean amenities. Perfect time. All is pending on the up keeping on everything. If people are trash, in no time this place will be destroyed. This place is 24hrs 7 days a week! Awesome place. Staff is very friendly. A warning... this gym gets super packed!! Good luck on finding equipment to workout in Peak hours. Plenty of Eye candy :) just saying. I recommend this gym. Only negative thing, you have to inform the staff to activate the massage chairs or water massager. The other EOS gyms i have been too lets yourepeat scan by using your phone. Customer service: The sauna hasn't been working for a long time. POV: me the very night before, in the HOT "broken" sauna. Me: I was here last night and it was working perfectly fine. Also, there isn't even a sign. Her: oh there should be a sign. [Hmmm, if it is an amenity that is broken wouldn't it be a safety violation for your thousands of patrons to have no signage for your sauna "that has been broken for a long time" ] Her (backtracking): oh, actually we have no way of turning the sauna on and off. [I was shocked at her audacity, because even after being caught in her lie. No remorse. Not even a slight apology. Which leads me to believe she is so solid with her supervisors who allow her to do stuff like this to not even apologies for her lie.] I walked out of the sauna to the majority of them hanging out in the customer service area - knowing they just watched her lie to me. Again makes me believe that their management not only allows her behavior, but most likely endorses it. Literally afraid to complain because I'm for sure going to be silenced. I'll figure out something. But for now this review will do. Customer service is abysmal, and second to their "hang out" time. Hopefully someone see's this and gets new management where customer service is at least somewhere in the building or at the very least much needed coaching for the entire team. Or a governing body to really audit and check what is going on with their lack of signage and the safety of the working-not-working amenities. The only star I am giving is for Jordan who works at night. He is the only one with the welcoming attitude and customer service. KUDOS TO YOU!

They are all super attentive, constantly checking on you to offer corrections, adjustments, and encouragement so you're getting the most out of every movement. The workout itself is incredible every single class! Each day targets different muscle groups and the classes are structured into five stations with 2-3 exercises at each, giving you a nice mix of strength and cardio while letting you push at your own pace. Usually there are more men than women in class but it never feels "bro-ey" or intimidating at all. The environment feels very welcoming and inclusive. It's honestly one of the least intimidating fitness spaces I've ever been in and it's so easy to make friends here! If you go at the same times each week, you start seeing the same faces, exchanging fist bumps, and building that sense of community. It makes showing up something you actually look forward to. One thing that really sets this gym apart for me is the accountability. They actually check in on you! Like if you haven't shown up in a while, they'll text you to check in and encourage you to get back in. I personally NEED that kind of structure and motivation and it makes such a difference in staying consistent. It can be considered a bit on the pricier side but it's completely worth it. PLUS they have parking. In downtown Long Beach (!!). If you're looking for a gym that keeps you accountable, pushes you, and makes you feel part of a supportive community, this is it!!!
