Lagree is a whole different ballgame and challenges you like no other. If you want to shake like a leaf, lagree is the way to go. And especially at The Dungeon. Their staff has always been so friendly, their instructors top notch. There's been mentions of no mirrors being a bother - I personally LOVE it. It makes you concentrate on your muscles and focus on what you need to do instead of having to check mirrors. If your form is incorrect, that's what the instructors are there for. No looking in mirrors to see what others are doing or even causing you to be mis-balanced. You are concentrating on YOU! give The Dungeon a try. You won't regret it!

To then have my appointment canceled because priority is given to your direct members is both misleading and unprofessional. If appointments made through ClassPass are subject to being displaced by members, that should be clearly disclosed before customers purchase credits and book appointments. Otherwise, customers reasonably rely on those confirmed reservations when planning their schedules. Unfortunately, this experience has caused unnecessary disruption to my day, and I won't be returning. I hope you'll reconsider this policy or, at a minimum, make it transparent to future customers. I'll be reaching out to ClassPass to share my experience and ask them to review whether this business's booking practices are consistent with their partner expectations. I hope they take appropriate action based on their policies.

From the first time I walked in to get more information from Francis, everything was straightforward, honest, and no-nonsense. It's a solid space to work out without pressure. The recent expansion has added another level of real functionality and appeal, making the space even better. You get high-quality equipment, a clean and well-designed space, and great coaching without paying for hype or trends. It feels like a smart investment if you're serious about training. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and non-judgmental--people of all levels are there to work out, and it's easy to feel comfortable whether you're new or experienced. Personal training with Francis has also been great. He's knowledgeable, has a good sense of humor, and makes sessions enjoyable while helping you see real progress. I'd highly recommend Axioms to anyone looking for a clean, functional gym with great equipment, fair pricing, and an inclusive, down-to-earth environment.

Rriscilla is truly a joy to encounter every time I walk into the gym. Her positive energy and happy spirit immediately set the tone for a great workout. No matter what stress I may be carrying, it fades away as reminded why I'm there--to focus on my health and fitness. Her enthusiasm is contagious and genuinely motivating. She is also always ready and willing to answer questions, help with anything I need, and encourage me to stay consistent and committed to my fitness goals. That kind of support makes a real difference. I also want to acknowledge the manager Andy, who does a great job creating a welcoming and supportive environment. It's clear that this location is run with care, professionalism, and a strong sense of community. I truly love the support I receive at 24 Hour Fitness, and employees like Rriscilla are a big reason I keep coming back. Thank you for fostering such a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Over the years, I have received multiple notices of annual rate increases, which I have not accepted. However, the most recent notification that my monthly fee will increase from $49.99 to $54.99 is particularly disappointing. While I understand that inflation and rising operational costs affect all businesses, I find it concerning that 24 Hour Fitness states it is "grateful for my loyalty," yet is increasing the rate for long‑term members while simultaneously advertising the same membership online for $49.99 to new members. This sends the message that new customers are valued more than those who have supported the company for years. Although the increase is "only" $5, the issue is one of principle and fairness. My membership fee is a recurring charge coming directly out of my bank account for a service I do not use daily. Paying more for the same access, especially when the same membership is being offered to new members at a lower price, does not feel equitable. Additionally, my experience at the gym has raised further concerns. During my most recent visit, I observed at least five treadmills that were out of service, and a fitness class that my wife planned to attend was canceled. If rates are increasing to offset higher costs, I would expect to see consistent equipment maintenance and class availability, neither of which appear to be improving. I respectfully ask 24 Hour Fitness to reconsider this increase for long‑standing members or to extend the same promotional rate being offered to new members as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation for loyal customers. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response. Looks like you lost a loyal customer. I'll be canceling my son and my wife membership as well.

They've always been friendly and I've never had any issues with them. I've also been able to get in my workouts. Despite there being the typical rush that happens at nearly all major gyms, I've never really had a problem getting to the equipment I wanted to use or substituting it for something else. However, this review is regarding my most recent experience signing up my fiancée. She needed a gym to just get her walking and cardio in so I went in a few weeks ago before a workout and Chris helped me get her signed up with zero issues at all. I tend to ask a lot of questions when going through any process and at no point in me asking did he seem annoyed, pestered or like I was bothering him. He was so helpful in explaining the terms of the contract, cost and making sure everything was totally clear before moving forward. I appreciate that so much and it's obvious Chris cares about helping newcomers trying to get signed up. Super pleasant which makes the environment one that someone can feel comfortable training in and calling this their home gym. If you're considering stopping by even just to take a tour and see what's offered, Chris will take care of you without a doubt. Thanks again! It's super appreciated!

The gym has everything you need - the equipment is all functional most of the time and there's multiple machines for each body section. The gym during the morning hours is really pretty chill and the normal members are so nice. the atmosphere is honestly really on point. it's not a skeevy commercial gym. sure there's things that can improve (some of the morning shift people being late and not opening on time), but i'm really happy with this place overall If you don't have a membership and need one, go in and talk to Chris. he was really nice when i signed up. Wasn't oversold, I knew the rules and got a solid walk around of the gym. i asked questions and i felt good about the answers i got. Coming from a girl, I feel like he answered all my questions and I felt confident signing up for this gym. he's THE guy if you have membership questions I've been coming here for months and this place really takes care of all my needs. membership is worth the money and this is def my home gym for the long term

I had gone to physical therapy, but doing the same repetitive muscle strengthening exercises became boring and I soon lost motivation to commit to my physical therapy 'homework'. With running out of the question, my lack of cardio exercise had a negative impact on my mental health. When my ankle was feeling better months later, I pushed myself too hard on a long distance hike, seriously irritating the injury. I was so frustrated. I was limping at work again. This year, I decided to take my injury seriously and to start strengthening my ankle. I went through a few personal trainers and immediately, Glayol stood out. Training with her feels like physical therapy on steroids. In our sessions, she uses her knowledge of sports medical rehabilitation and physical therapy to create a personalized program that is focused on injury prevention. She constantly evolves the cohesive program, increasing the intensity and changing up the exercises, so every session and every week is new and challenging while still working on developing targeted muscle groups. Glayol also knows how to push you beyond what you think are your limits. When the going gets tough, Glayol knows that "you've got 10 more reps in you!" Beyond her endless qualifications, Glayol personally cares about her clients. She goes out of her way to check in and see how you're doing. Glayol keeps me constantly motivated, something I hadn't felt in my physical therapy experience. In the past, I was daunted by the machines--sure, there's diagrams and instructions on the side, but I never knew if I had the right form. Was I arching my back? Was I over-extending? Was I engaging a muscle I shouldn't be? What's a good weight for me? How many repetitions should I do? I had so many questions and I felt overwhelmed. All I wanted to do was get out of the gym and go on a run. Glayol took all the guesswork and intimidation out of the gym. With her diligent work on my personalized program, I walk into the gym with confidence, knowing exactly what machines and equipment I need and how many sets and reps to complete. I know what muscles I'm targeting and what the right form is. Most importantly, I know I'm strengthening the muscles around my ankle and I'm healing my injury while still receiving a full-body workout that gets my heart rate up. I am so grateful for my personal trainer! If it wasn't for her, I would still be going to the gym once or twice a month rather than 3-4 times a week!
