After more than a decade working in a very specialized niche within the IT sector I've come to…read morerealize that I'm ready for a major career change. Normally, I've been a very driven person, but working for large corporations doing something that doesn't fuel me anymore has left me feeling very burnt out and frustrated. While I've identified what I want to do with the rest of my life, I've been pretty stuck and I reached out to Christa not knowing exactly what I needed or what was slowing me down. This uncertainty about what "my problem is" would usually leave me feeling underprepared for some of the services Christa provides. I'd also not normally approach someone without being able to articulate what was going on, but after many months trying to figure it out on my own I needed help. I've since found that Christa has a really unique skill for bringing the right technique/service/whatever to our sessions to help identify what's going on. Whether its her intuition, education, or experience she's helped me pinpoint the things that I struggle with and that are keeping me from making positive change. I really connect with her professionalism and executive background, but most of all her pragmatic approach to the work she does. With her help I've identified the root cause of some major life and career blocks that I wouldn't have ever discovered on my own. Discovering these things has given me the confidence, energy and drive to focus on my dream career, something I didn't think possible due to my corporate life. She continues to provide me a very holistic approach to our work and I am making forward progress and feeling more successful every day. Thank you.

I am loving how my body looks and feels (buh bye, arthritic pain, sinus congestion, brain fog, tummy bloating, and unhealthy weight) and am emotionally in a brighter and stronger place. The front desk staff is always really nice, and the trainers seem awesome overall. I can definitely recommend mine, Will. He's knowledgeable, astute, goal-focused, and encouraging. It also feels like a genuinely respectful space. I haven't seen anyone leering or acting like a jerk - quite the opposite. And people are good about reracking weights and wiping down equipment. Parking can be a little bit of a situation at times, and people sometimes seem to wait around for spots for some reason, but there's actually plenty of parking diagonally across the street in the garage. Street parking is also often free or just a couple of bucks, so it's very manageable once you know the options. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this spot. Great vibe, great trainers, and solid equipment. There's even a hot tub in the locker room. It's not a polished, spa-looking place, but honestly that's part of the charm. I'd much rather deadlift somewhere with personality than in a lifeless beige box.

I needed someone to walk me through how to get the most out of the gym, to give me the confidence to pursue fitness on my own, and to keep me coming back every week. So far I've worked with both Khino and Nataliia who have enthusiastically given me everything I've wanted and more. They don't take a one-size-fits-all approach, and they understand my goals and what's important to me so that we can focus on that every session. I have always felt that I could ask them anything without feeling stupid or like I don't "belong" there. They are clearly experts at what they do but are very kind and welcoming to newbies like me. I end every session feeling tired but accomplished at having completed the workouts they designed for me. I can't recommend PPT strongly enough!

She gives the right amount of pressure, is professional and not too chatty (I like to meditate when I get a massage) and her prenatal massages are wonderful. Plus she accepts insurance at Bloom! Initially, I was going to her to reduce what I thought were tension headaches in the first trimester. I noticed the first two times when I put my head face down on the table the headache would increase. She figured out it was sinus related and recommended sinus flushing. Once I started flushing the sinuses with saline solution, relief took over. In addition, I completed Lori's "Hypnobirthing" class this past November. Our second child is due mid January. I cannot express how grateful I am that she offers this course. There are things I learned that I wish I knew four years ago when I had my first water birth. I also saw Lori for prenatal massage a number of times and that was also informative, relaxing, supportive to the birth experience. So grateful for her work!
