I entered in year, make, model, type of suspension, type of brakes and the tires don't even come close to fitting the car. I inquired about returning the tires and they told me I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees. So now I'm stuck with brand new tires that I have zero use for. I honestly don't know if all the five star reviews are real or false, I placed an order and can't get a straight answer , they have my email address assigned to another customer , I had to reach out them to find out the order status only to find out my tires we're unavailable , shouldn't I be contacted? Ordered Date 3/14/22 Invoice Number: 5862032 Amount totaling $1,144 4 Wheels 4 Tires This was for a 2000 Base Model. I went on the website and searched tires to fit this vehicle. I ordered the tires and wheels and shipped to our home. The tires and wheels were installed on the vehicle by me, being an ASE certified mechanic. The passenger rear tire blew and damaged the wheel after 3 weeks. I called in to discuss with customer service they opened a "warranty claim." I had to call back the following day and it was closed out "By mistake". They reopened the warranty claim. I received an email stating that the manufacturer said it "looked like tire was overloaded." The rear of a Mustang requires a min. load index of 94 however needed a 92 but they would be generous by offering to sale me a new wheel and tire for $270.00? I asked why it was compatible on the website and was told by Jared "I did not work with sales rep, not be able to further assist with the return or warranty. At no time does this warranty policy indicate "I must work with a sales rep or call their company for assistance to validate the warranty. I was not "unsure of my order or nor did I have a reason to call. I acted in good faith by buying the tires that indicate that fit my vehicle. Further 176 tires of load index of 92 is indicated as compatible for the mustang. I have requested a new tire and wheel at which case I am denied. I have requested the policy language in the warranty that indicates that a sales rep or phone call should be made prior to order. Without any avail, I am getting no response. Further, it appears others based on complaints from the BBB that are made public, this is not the first time with the same problem with this company. read more

Company is a complete joke. Returns is a complete joke. I have been dealing with this company since May, I ordered a set of wheels and tires and they sent me the complete wrong set after waiting a long time for their shipping process. I call and tell them what happened along with sending multiple emails showing what was sent and what was ordered. I was told I was wrong multiple times for them to finally figure out I was right. They wanted me to pay for shipping/handling and a restocking fee to return the wheels THEY made a mistake on. I told them that wasn't happening and I was tired of dealing with it so I just asked for a full refund which they agreed to. So we move along to the return process and i email them multiple times to set up a time for pick up and I get no response. So I call and they say "they never received the emails" and that they'll get back to me about a time. So I get an email saying that Wednesday(today) they'll be here between 2pm-4pm. 4pm rolls around and no one shows up. So I call and ask what's happening and they say now the time is 5pm-6pm for pickup. 6pm rolls around and what do you know, NO ONE SHOWED UP. Im not sure what they're doing as a company but this is completely ridiculous and I'm so over it at this point. You would think if someone spent almost $2 grand on your companies website you would make sure they get the best customer service, just like any customer spending money on your site. If I could give this company a zero I would. After purchasing a complete tire and wheel set up, I had a tire blow out on me, due to manufacturer error. Bead wasn't set correctly upon arrival. I had a local tire and wheel company diagnose. The car had been driven a total of 200 miles before blowing out on the freeway with my 2 year old daughter in the back seat. After reaching out to the company for replacement the best they could do is still charge me for an AT COST tire. I advise anyone looking for a clean wheel and tire set up to keep pushing. Fitment industries fails to live up to the customer service level anyone expects a growing company to provide. An $80 tire replacement could have prevented me sharing with everyone I know via social media the terrible experience I had. read more

Ordered a set of continental tires with my order , I only had the tires on for 6-7 ( less than 10k miles) months before the rear tire tread was already on 3/32 tread life. Luckily I thought I had warranty as advertised on the website but little did I know fitment & continental either have a complicated relationship, or swindle you by dangling a warranty in your face so you feel more confident & accepting of your purchase thinking you can get it warranted. When I first reached out I was told I needed to find a local shop and take my tires to them for inspection & to replace it then under fitment/continentals warranty. I called 10+ shops and had the rep at fitment call to since every shop said " We do not honor third party warranty's, you will have to buy new tires & warranty them with us", so telling this to fitment/continental one would think they've ran into this before and have alternative ways to support you their customer.... I was not replied to for 2 months and when followed up now haven't heard back in a week and a half. I'd suggest looking throughly for your next set of wheels/ tires or you may be unfortunate enough to get them from FitmentIndustries.com, and I'd stay away from continental unless bought locally read more

Just recently, I was looking for a new set of wheels and tires for my Audi S4. Upon finding the wheels I really liked, as a total newb to cars, I, of course, didn't check the bolt pattern to see if it would match with my Audi. The wheels I chose did not have the correct bolt pattern, which would have caused me to buy an adapter to use said wheels on my car. COSBY quickly found the mistake on my end and recommended several options for me without affecting my purchase's total cost. Where do I begin? Was told 6-10 days delivered to my door, that everything was instock. Placed my order and received a email that product now had to be ordered into the warehouse. Well there goes that 6-10 day window. 10 days in, my order status takes a step backwards in the process from "preparing order" back to "order received". So I email over to see what the delay was and like magic within 20 minutes my order jumps all the way to "pulled for mounting/balancing/shipping" WOW Then Im told the product would ship in 1-3 days. This was on a Tuesday so everything should have gone out by Friday. Nope, waited till end of the day Monday still nothing. Called Tuesday was told it was going out that day if not then definitely Wednesday. Nope, wrote a email explaining my frustration and that if I did not see a active tracking number though FedEx by Friday that I would file a dispute through PayPal. Now were getting somewhere because magic happened again and the package went out the next day and was overnight shipped to my local FexEx facility where I now have to go fetch my order. Expecting the worst I get there and found the rims/tires and bolt pattern to be correct but I HAVE NO GOD DAMN LUG NUTS!!!!! I mean your a wheel and tire business where customers NEED those accessories. It's why you offer them in the first place so how can they go overlooked ALL THE TIME. Read other reviews and look online elsewhere and you'll see this is a stupid common problem. Doesn't someone oversee the order before it goes out? My invoice/order sheet was with my wheels/tires and it shows I paid for lugs nuts. Of course I called and they said they were in stock and that they would be shipped overnight to my house but I wasn't taking any chances so I ran to Advanced Auto and picked up a set. This place is ran by a bunch of KIDS, check the YouTube videos and you'll see. Every email sent during this run around was replied to by someone different. Even phone calls made someone new answered the phone. Zero communication skills with this sad company. I should have ordered everything separately online and paid to have them mounted and balanced. Where do I even start with how horrible my experience was with Fitment Industries... I placed an order almost 3 months ago for just under a thousand dollars for a performance tuned suspension setup by Eibach that they have for sale on the Fitment industries website consisting of a front and rear sway bar and front and rear lowering spring package. The only thing that they did quickly was take my $960.00... i then had to wait almost a month and a half just to receive the lowering springs and this is were it really got bad, over the course of the next 3 months I had to reach out constantly every 2-3 weeks at a time by email asking customer service where in the heck my sway bar kit was and if and when it was going to ship out, over and over and over I continued to get the same lousy response from Fitment Industries making excuse after excuse pushing out the shipment date again and again and again giving me the run around, blaming the ridiculous hold up on their Vendor. after 3 damn months I again reach out via email asking what the heck is going on, and after I paid them $960 for sway bars I still hadnt recieved and lowering springs still sitting in the box that I couldn't install because of missing 2/3 of my order that are supposed to be installed at the same time, I finally once again get a reply from Fitment Industries, this time informing me that the "Vendor" got back to them and said the sway bars are discontinued and that I would not be receiving them at all Period, meaning that for 3 Fu**ing months Fitment Industries gave me the run around LYING TO ME saying, " spoke to the vendor your sway bars are shipping out in 2 weeks" then " spoke to the vendor your sway bars are shipping out beginning of next month", then again "spoke to the vendor your sway bars are shipping out the middle of next month now" and then finally, " spoke to the vendor your sway bars are discontinued we will have to refund your money, WHATTTTTT THE F*******KKKKK?!!!!! The Vendor wouldn't keep pushing out the date 2-3 weeks 4 times in a row just to end up saying after 3 months of promises to ship that all of of sudden they are discontinued without fulfilling the order at all whatsoever,, so now I not only still don't have the sway bars I needed to replace on my vehicle and have to wait who knows how long to get my money back but now have to wait to be able to return these lowering springs that I no longer want or need and get my $330 back for them as well, never in my life have I ever spent a thousand dollars with a company to be treated the way I was by Fitment Industries, completely false/inaccurate advertising of parts on their site that they never plan to fulfill on your order, they NEVER, NOT EVEN ONE SINGLE TIME, EVER took responsibility for anything that happened, and blamed everything continuously on "their vendor" After they in fact made up bullshit excuses month after month lying to me and insulting my intelligence multiple times, worst company I have EVER done business with and I spend 15K - 20K in aftermarket Performance parts with dozens of other companies every year for my vehicles never have I been F**cked around, lied to and insulted like I have by Fitment Industries, do yourself a Gigantic favor and buy your car parts from someone else because they will F*ck You for months at a time and give you nothing for your money and make it a pain in the as* to get your money back, Buyer Beware!!!!!! read more

I am a 50 year old man trying to order a rim and tire packaged and I wasn't sure on what I want and need help.....good luck. Was looking at a set of Gramlights a few months ago on their website. Stated that 2 sets were left in stock on the website, so I ordered them. They were listed on the site for around $1280 which I thought was a crazy good deal. Later on I get an email from them stating that they put down the wrong price for the wheels and that I'd need to send them an additional $300 to process my order. I was a little annoyed, but I knew Gramlights went for around $1600 so I complied. In my responding email, I asked if these wheels would still be in stock if I went through with the order, to which they replied YES. Come next day, I get another email saying that my wheels were out of stock and it would be an ETA of 9+ months. Turns out that they didn't even check the availability of my wheels before telling me they'd be in stock, so thanks for LYING to me! I ordered over the phone with Zach to insure that the wheels would fit my mercedes benz . Wait weeks for wheels to come and when they do show up I have 2 different wheel shops try to put them on but they do not clear the lower control arm knuckle. When I contact them that the wheels need to go back they want a picture. You sent me the wrong size wheels and I have to prove it when the fact is if they fit would be on my car point blank. I have a stock jack and can't jack up car take out the undamaged wheel to possibly damage it to hold up and take a pic from under a car that's on the stock jack there is no room for me to even get under the car and hold rim on at the same time. It is ridiculous to be asked to to all that for a return on the wrong size wheel they sent to me. I expect better customer service when you spend money on something that is sent to you claiming proper fitment. Received almost if the parts I ordered except one small thing and they made 4 tries before I finally got the right part to be able to finish my car. Tires weren't balanced properly and they lied to me about a few things. They don't run a very professional company at all and have to figure a lot of things out before they try to run a successful company. Wouldn't suggest buying from them. Fitment Industries doesn't live up to their name and their customer service is atrocious. I went to their website 11 Nov and sorted wheels by vehicle specifications 1997 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL and selected my wheels and the website then offered me a wheel and tire package. I selected again based on year make model and trim of my vehicle. After a 3 month backordered I finally recived my wheels on 17 Feb. Discount Tire couldn't install them due to the overall diameter of the package interfering with the oem suspension. Fitment Industries refuses to accept responsibility for their website sorting incorrect fitment tires based on my selected vehicle specs. They also refuse to take the tires back without a 20% restocking fee + shipping. Their manager was rude and spoke over me for at least 30 seconds straight. They will not allow you to escalate beyond a customer service manager. They offer a small military discount and even though I identified myself as active duty they didn't even offer to assist with a portion of fees for military sake as I never received discount online. The manager lied and told me they do not utilize factory specs online even though the website allows you to select your factory model down to trim level. I'm taking my business to Discount Tire who is not only getting me proper fit tires, they are also giving me a military discount and a lifetime warranty on the tires. I do not recommend fitment Industries. This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. They told me if I had contacted a fitment expert they would have told me to not to order those tires yet if you search on their site right now for my year make and model it'll even suggest you purchase a 245/55 tire which is /10 larger than the tire that already doesn't fit my car.
