Needs to change the name of the company to it might fitment industries. BY FAR the worst company to do business with. It cost me over $600.00 to order and return wheels and tires that didn't fit. I went to their website and looked up and ordered wheels and tires for a 2011 Camaro SS . And in two places on their fitment guide I had to specify that I had a 2011 Camaro SS with the big Brembo brakes. And of course they said that they would fit. Well guess what... they didn't, Ok no big deal the wheels or tires never hit the ground so I will just return them and get the proper wheels that would fit without using spacers. WRONG...they want to charge me 20% restock and reship fee of $629.00. SO now I have no wheels or tires and I'm out $629.00. I tried to dispute the fee's with them and I was told in so many words that it's not their fault that their guide was wrong and I should have verified on my own that the wheels would fit. Well how the F**K am I supposed to do that without the wheel? I tried to explain this to their return dept. here is our e-mail chain. Writing an update to my previous review. Joey was kind enough to reach out to me and helped assist me with my order. Shortly after he reached out, my wheels shipped, and were here in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately when unboxing the wheels, they sent the wrong Hub Centric Rings. Joey without hesitation sent me the correct pair free of charge, and I was able to get the wheels on the car. They look STUNNING, and the Fitment is incredible. As others have stated in similar reviews, their website and staff are misleading people to believe that they actually have wheels in stock, when in fact they are drop shipping from the mfg. My original delivery date was May 9th, and the salesman told me that they would likely arrive sooner. It is now May 31st and after spending more that a week sitting on the shippers dock in IL, they are somewhere between IL and my house. I also paid an expediting fee of $100 to speed this order up. I have asked for that to be returned, but have received no response. after this experience, along with a similar one from Tire Rack, I will never buy tires or wheels online again. I asked why the website was showing backorder, he puts me on hold and returns to say he double checked and they were in stock, and I would get them Thursday or Friday. I recently ordered a Wheel and Tire package and it has been a horrible experience. First the Tires were mounted backwards with the outside stamp on the inside. Then they were missing the lugnuts, center caps and center rings. Their customer service is awful and takes forever to get through. Once they shipped the lug nuts I had the wheels installed and though they looked great the tires were very loud so much so I will have to buy a new set and they would not warranty them. To top it all off it appears that the TPMS sensors were not properly programmed so they don't connect to the car. I would not recommend buying anything from them. read more

Ordered a tire/wheel package that arrived with damage to the hub area - exactly as others had shown. Wheels and tires had to go through two additional wheel balances and I still couldn't get the shake out. Separate shop confirmed one tire was out of round, two other tires needed to be remounted and rebalanced. because I was out of the 60 day period, my only option to fix this through Fitment was to dismount the tires and send them back to the manufacturer which would have cost me $$$ in shipping. I then asked about a discount on new tires, but they stated the tires came directly from the manufacturer and they couldn't guarantee that these were A1 quality new tires! If a Tire/Wheel company doesn't know if it's selling first or second quality tires, I would recommend purchasing from a local tire/wheel shop. Here's what Fitment did right: - Super helpful and knowledgeable customer service on front end - Good prices - Refunded me the cost of a wheel for the damage to my order - Offered discount for a replacement set of tires - Good YouTube/social videos Here's what Fitment did wrong: - Sent me damaged wheels that had paint chipping around hubs - not new - Provided tires that required re-balancing twice - Return process that costs you $$$ compared to locally purchased tires - Warranty/return team that only communicates via email once a day, so it may be several days before your problem gets addressed - Warranty team is not knowledgeable about what quality (first or second) of tire they are selling through the manufacturer. Wouldn't go through the trouble of confirming for me. Tires then went on backorder during the email only communication process Here's what Fitment needs: - Figure out what quality of product you're selling - you should know if it's A1 quality. So I want to start off the review by acknowledging I did initially make a mistake. I ordered a wheel and tire package on Thursday, December 22nd, and accidentally added the wrong sized tire. Within 30 seconds of placing the order, i realized i made a mistake and filled out a request to change my order to the correct sized tire. I then realized that their customer service team was on break for the holidays. The next morning (12 hours later) i immediately called fitment industries sales team and explained the situation, and the representative was happy to help. I paid over the phone for the correct sized tires and was told he reached out to the shop to let them know to switch the tires. Fast forward a week, the wheels are on my doorstep with the incorrect tires. I contact customer service immediately and they let me know they made a mistake on their end. Their solution was to have me sign a promissory note and to send me the correct tires, and I was to go to a local shop to have the tires switched, and to send the incorrect tires back. However, it has now been a week and no shop can removed the tires because of how stretched they are. I am not even sure how fitment industries was able to stretch these tires this much. I am scrambling to find a shop that can help me. All in all, i am well aware i made a mistake initially, but feel that i took more than enough appropriate measures to correct the situation. I don't think they should be having their shop run or take orders with their customer service team on holiday for over 5 days, and i believe their website should be organized better to not initially recommend stretched tire fitment. I appreciate the customer service reps trying to help, but this whole situation has been a nightmare to say the least, and I am sad to say I am incredibly disappointed with the whole process. Update: I finally found a shop that would swap the tires on the rims for me after visiting 4 places. They called me to let me know that two of the rims had significant scratches inside the barrel of the rims. Big thank you to Aaron Benson for helping me choose the perfect pair of wheels for my vehicle. I was clueless on the wheel and tire measurements and Aaron walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood the information. Since I have air suspension, and didn't want to change out my factory tires, I thought the process of finding the perfect wheel with a gloss white finish was going to be nearly impossible. Within 15 minutes I was able to identify the product I wanted, asked him if it would fit with no rubbing along the fenders or cause any complications with my suspension, and we were done! I'm very disappointed with my experience with Fitment Industries. I ordered a full set of new wheels and tires through them and I was initially impressed with the catalog of wheels, even though it seemed like everything was out of stock no matter what I looked at. I finally managed to find a set and ordered them. I waited over FIVE WEEKS to receive my order and when I got it half of the order was missing! I wasn't sent center caps for the wheels nor did I receive the wheel cleaning kit I added on! And the absolute worst part is I was sent wheels drilled with the INCORRECT BOLT PATTERN..... Then there was the hassle of actually going through customer service and going through the gauntlet just to get them shipped back. Took a week just to get sent a shipping label... I ended up getting fleeced out of $800 because due to their return policy. I was hit with paying for shipping, a 20% restock fee, and the ceramic coating on the wheels was nonrefundable. Ordered sick speed 3 piece lug nuts. installed and about a week later the wheel came off. The cost to repair the car was over $1,000. Fortunately no one got hurt. I double checked the size of the lug nuts, it was correct. I put them on with a torque wrench so that was correct. After the accident I tightened them up again drove around, sure enough they loosened up. I requested a refund and asked about getting a shipping label. I asked three times never got it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Most definitely do not recommend fitment industries to anyone. I don't know what all the hype about this place is either. Their shipping times take over a month, they didn't balance my tires and somehow when they mounted my tires onto the wheels they didn't realize that there were TWO BIG FLAT SPOTS ON THE WHEEL! Ignorant and frustrating. Of course I am the unlucky one to Mount my wheels and drive 5 minutes with a violent vibration in my steering wheel for any speed over 20 mph. Thought they needed a rebalance and an alignment but sure enough as soon as I took it to the shop, the guys there told me that the wheels were completely bent. Filed a claim and tried to get my money back for the two wheels that were damaged. They respond to my emails, only about once every other day. So this was a one week process with about 4 total messages. Only to end with them saying that since I drove on it I can't return them...?
