Even when it's busy, it never feels overcrowded or overwhelming. The gym has lots of updated machines and equipment, and it's always clean and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. A special shoutout to Cassandra! She seems to know everyone by name, which really speaks to how dedicated and personable she is. She always takes the time to greet members and genuinely helps create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Thank you, Moxie, for making it such a positive place to get a work out in. I'm so happy to be back!

It would be great to see some newer equipment and additions like a Smith machine or hip thrust machine. My sister and I had an uncomfortable experience when we visited together. A trainer asked us to swipe in separately, assuming we were trying to share a membership. The way we were approached didn't feel very welcoming or respectful. It's also frustrating to see the owners opening a new Pilates studio while this location still needs updates. And honestly, for a women's-only gym, it's surprising there's no childcare option. I think that would make a big difference for many members. I prepaid for an annual membership and honestly unsure if I will renew when the time comes.

I was hesitant to start my own personal training based on the cost and because I felt like I didn't need it, but it's totally worth it! I feel mentally and physically stronger! She's so supportive, a great listener, super energetic, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend her

And more than 30 inches over all. Yo is thoughtful in her training, she takes time to understand what is needed and how she can best help with getting her clients to their goals. Her personality is wonderful! Yo is very personable and genuinely caring, and she mixes that with TOUGH workouts. She truly expects you to put the work in! but does it all with our best interests at heart. I am so thankful for Yo, she is the BEST trainer and a Great! person. Everyone there is so warm and welcoming, and there is no judgement there at all. There are so much laughter and chatter, it's always such a warm and fun atmosphere. I know it's seems almost impossible to wake up at 5am and be at the gym by 6am for exercise, but once you get into the rhythm of starting your day early and sleeping early, it does wonders for your body and energy! The pricing is also very affordable, and bootcamp membership is offered in chunks of 3-months/6-months/a year. I'm only be in California for an undetermined amount of time, and after expressing my concerns, Mitch was very understanding and accommodating, so we were able to find something for me. Time flies really fast during bootcamp, but what I really appreciate is that there's no pressure to do beyond what you're capable of, you can go at your own pace and no one will judge you. Dianne and Mitch both demonstrate each exercise so it's easy to follow along, and they keep track of how many sets of each exercise we do. One of the biggest things they emphasize is correct posture, so you don't accidentally injure yourself during exercise. I've walked out of gym feeling all my muscles aching (in a good way!!) and I definitely am feeling so much healthier and less antsy I recommended my sister to come here as well and today was her first day of PT. It's her first time going to a gym for exercise, so having a PT to personally guide her was a good choice. She said it was a little bit of a challenge but she appreciated how attentive they were to the exercises she could do and the ones she struggled with. Needless to say, this was a great choice for us!! Thank you so much!

I had no background in CrossFit or weightlifting and felt completely new to it all, but they explained the basics clearly, kept things motivating, and often stepped in to correct form so we built the right foundation. That gave me confidence and made the classes something I looked forward to instead of dreaded. Over time, I enjoyed Boot Camp so much that I moved into CrossFit. I'm still a beginner in CrossFit and probably will be for a while but my weight loss has accelerated since making the switch, and I've started feeling stronger, healthier, and more positive overall. So far, I've had classes with seven different coaches plus Brad, the owner, and every one of them has been dedicated, approachable, and engaged. Each coach has their own style, which makes it fun you pick up something new in every session. Brad himself is humble and very committed to building the kind of community that makes people want to keep coming back. The best part of this gym is the great community of coaches n people. It's full of people who push themselves, encourage each other, and make the hard work enjoyable. If you're looking for a place that challenges you but also supports you, CrossFit One World is it. Joining here has been one of the best decisions for my health and well-being.

Over the last 4 years, my monthly fee was going up. I probably contacted once a year to figure out what was going on, and was told "management will get back to you". They never did, up until a few weeks ago. The reason my membership went up was because back in 2018, the "Dues Lock In Fee" was never paid (they literally have my card information on file). At the time of signing up, they said my monthly fees wouldn't go up. It took you 4 years to tell me that?! To which management said "Well this is the first time I am hearing about this, and I called you right back". Yeah, no. Again I have been trying to contact management for the last four years, and not a single response. To find out, again this was due to an error at the time of signing up? In trying to resolve it, I had two options. They could throw in some personal training (which I declined, since I am being trained by their former trainer), or I could sign up for the Lifetime Membership which they would waive the annual fee. I ALREADY PAID AN ANNUAL FEE with my current plan for the year! Ultimately I said look if you can bring it down to the original price, I'll continue being a customer with yall. They couldn't, so I decided to leave. I genuinely wanted to stay, but with the way management dealt with this, no thank you. This gym is extremely dirty, and I have gone at almost all times. I know they have people who clean the gym, but it's disgusting. Bathrooms look like they are cleaned once, and 9/10 times it's always dirty when I come. I feel like the same machines are always needing to be fixed. The only good things about this gym were how polite the front desk workers were and their inbody scan! Erin is extremely friendly and so polite! I didn't work with all their trainers, but the one I did work with was amazing. It 100% sucked to see her go. The best part of the gym was the in body scan (probably the only reason I wanted to keep the membership). If you are looking for a basic cheap gym, please by all means go ahead.
