This gym has a ton of different equipment to use. There's usually a bit of people, but its usually not too hard to find a machine or whatever. Staff is super personable and always helping out and cleaning around. If you're looking for training Jon is awesome. Super knowledgeable and genuinely seems to enjoy working with his clients. They play the most suicidal 90's rock music on repeat - such as Nirvana (ew) , The treadmill literally almost threw me off because it stopped at random( i think i switched treadmills 3 times today ). Some of the male trainers are very unapproachable and also rude . they also close the restrooms at completely random times in the morning instead of having an early cleaning crew come in before the crowds do . It's very inconvenient when everyone's having pre workout drinks , coffee , tea or lots of water. In addition , they now have a new "clear bag" policy because they have thieves they won't apprehend specifically ... so everyone suffers through new protocol and has to carry grade school bags into the gym. This gym is a joke . The only redeeming quality is that this location is across the street . But i rather cancel and go somewhere else which is my next move. I just thought I'd spare everyone else . I wanted to open 3 memberships and called to see what good deals they had. I called and was told they close at 2:00 and I should go in so they "could help me better". I was there for the cycle class you guys offer at 615pm and I registered and was given a ticket for the class I go in to the class and I see that all the bike are either taken or reversed by item on the bike, so I go back and ask and I was told that the class was full.. so why give me a ticket for full class I also notice that other member reserve bike for family or friends have not arrive at the gym or even have gotten a ticket for the class and still attended the class after I was told it was a full class. It not fair that I get there on time and some else already reserved 5 bike for someone who is not there with a tickets. Been coming to this gym since it opened. As time passes they gotten new machines and equipment. This gym has everything you need and more to get a good workout in. The only thing I can don't like is how the showers are real small, but other than that this gym is pretty great. I've previously had LA fitness and 24 hour fitness and visited a lot of there locations. Fitness 19 is smaller, but definitely a great gym like the bigger gym competition. read more

The first gym in Perris, CA and it has everything you need! I am so in love with this location! The employees are so welcoming and make you feel like you belong. The gym is very clean, restrooms are nice, and they also have showers! I enjoy Alxxys Cycling class and Agustin's Latin Step Class!! The manager was very helpful as well when I had a question about my account. I love that the employees know me by name now and they always have a smile on their face! I was skeptical when I first walked in. Having had plenty of bad experiences with other gyms trying to up-sell packages that I didn't need or want, I was expecting the same experience here. Boy was I wrong. As I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and given a tour of the place. This place has everything! Lots of dumbbells, a great bike room, water massager, and Red Light therapy machines. The manager that signed me up (Jose, I think?) was super friendly, and did not try to push me to get any plans that I didn't want. Fast sign-up experience and very clean gym. Always packed, parking is horrible, a lot of high schoolers and minimum machines. Unfortunately it's the only gym in Perris. It's nice when it's empty and you can actually work out. I often am forced to do cardio and leave, before weight training. read more

I have asked several times for staff to notify Maintenance to fix the buttons on the treadmill handles because they are broken off. I keep being told to use the screen because we the members of the club are not careful... managers need to train their staff to respond differently when it comes to gym equipment. Its called wear and tear and they obviously know nothing about that. We as members pay a yearly Maintenance fee *gym fee. We would appreciate it if they kept up with gym equipment wear and tear. I asked Jasmin today if she can please notify her manager and her response was the same...*Use the screen!. Everyone has a preference mine is using the buttons as I target my pulse rate as I run. Jasmin also blames us the members for ruining qym equipment once again its called wear and tear. She also claimed they are fixed once a week. I been a member for a while and I notice it every time I jump on to run. I hate when staff lies to members. We are not stupid. We dont want problems. Its a simple solution tell your immediate supervisor and get it fixed. I hope this reaches someone who cares to do something about it. Jose the manager called me back and explained the situation on the gym equipment. He was extremly understanding and was waiting on arrival of fixtures. This facility is new and super clean, very attentive and nice staff. Justyce gave me a tour and worked me out. Her plan for me has assisted in losing inches. All my clothes fit better. I personally need to buckle down after the holidays to get the pounds off but i'm very satisfied with the services provided thus far. Kudos to her and the entire Perris Fitness 19 staff! read more

One pet peeve of mine at Fitness 19 is there clean wipes to wipe down the gym exercise machines when you're done are not all around the gym there at the very end of the gym where what machine you're not on they should have some in the middle where all the equipment is that other than that it's a great place to work out the staff is great read more

My experience at this gym has been sometimes good, but mostly not very great. There are peak hours I try to avoid, during which working out is almost impossible. To say that it gets crowded is an understatement. We need a remedy for this issue; I think that if it became an 18 and over gym, it would be more pleasant. Moreover, when there's a zumba class...there is no parking. I doubt any of these issues will be resolved, but hopefully other quality gyms notice that people in Perris want gyms and save us from the chaos at the fitness 19! read more

The best Fitness 19 by far! The gym is amazing. Every piece of cardio has a TV on it. There is a huge turf field with tires, ropes, sleds, and TRX. The free weight area is huge and has bumper plates. The cycling class was awesome and the room is very modern. Best of all, the staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. So happy to have a gym like this close to home! read more

I walked in today and Jose made things right. My membership is now Premium. However, I can now only bring a guest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. He's going to look into fixing that since my old membership had that feature. In the meantime, I signed up two family members because they have a special right now for 7.00 per month. Jose was friendly, very apologetic and says he lost my number, that's why I wasn't called back last week. Jose also clarified the age is 11 for kids to participate in Zumba and other equipment. Extremely happy with this new gym. From the Manager Jose who is very professional & helpful to Christina who enrolled me and my son making us feel so welcome and Oscar is also great and full of knowledge & motivation. We are beyond happy here at our new home away from home. They offer so much, lockers, showers, Red light therapy, Tanning, Hydro Massage chairs, Personal trainers. The equipment is clean and it is very large inside with part of a Football field, Astro turf located in the middle of the gym to work out on. This gym is always packed. So don't sign up. You're not helping. Trainers always take up the machines even when they're not actively using them. I come in at night sometimes around 12-2am and the women's bathroom is closed for cleaning...like really? Most of the people that go to the gym don't rack their weights, so they're always everywhere. They should make an announcement when they're full to help these special people. The music isn't to great sometimes. We're trying to lift not cry. I do like that they have a ton of squat racks and benches. Overall its an okay place to workout sometimes. You just have to be quicker than that. read more

The gym itself is okay, but the biggest issue is how small the gym is. I went to this gym for about a year until Covid happened. I am giving this gym 2 stars because I was never able to finish a workout because the gym was packed at all times. What really made me quite was when some guy who was clearly on steroids tried to intimidate me to get off a machine he was not using for about 10-15 minutes. He said " I am using using that machines." Wanting to be nice I stated " I'm sorry, I didn't realize anyone was using this machine because it was empty for about 10-15, you can work in with me if you want." Then the man said " if you open your fucking eyes you would have seen it was taken." That's when I told him " I have been looking and you were using two other machines for a while. You don't own the gym dude. I will be done in 5 min you can use it then." The man was still angry but I used the machine and was on my way. I have had three gym memberships since 2011 and have never experience that before. This gyms biggest issue is it needs more space. It was easy to cancel the membership, all you have to do is go to the billing website and cancel. read more

I have had an exciting experience from the first time I signed up. Jose, the Manager is young, energetic, business-minded, cordial, and etc........I could go on and on about him. Jose has made my transition into the Fitness 19 a happy and pleasurable one. My Personal Trainer Justyce has gained my respect with her knowledge and experience of being a Personal Trainer. Her smile is radiating and her sincerity and encouragement during my training session is genuine. Justyce puts me in the "I can do this" mode. And guess what my muscle strength and flexibity are improving each time I come back after challenging training sessions.
