Fitness by Napo changes the game. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Before, I swore off paying a trainer. My previous experience with trainers was an expensive "one size fits all" work out & diet plan. Someone trying to give a quick result in sometimes, unhealthy ways. My girlfriends told me they started training with a trainer. In my head I thought, "good for you... I don't need a trainer. There's so many free tools online & someone's just going to take your money for something you could have done yourself." And then, I discovered Fitness by Napo via social media. My girlfriends sharing little bits of their work out sessions with Napo. The work outs looked challenging & they were doing work outs I'd never seen before. Seeing the trainer tagged in the post, I checked out his page. His clients progress in real time; @fitnessbynapo sharing their journey-motivating & pushing them to their goals of better health & better bodies. I instantly followed the fitness page & couldn't stop watching it. I watched my girlfriends bodies transform, week by week. By their week 3, I was emailing the man responsible (Napo) asking him if you could take me on as a client too. (Yes, the girl who swore she would never get a trainer again.) It wasn't an automatic yes. To my surprise, It was basically an interview. What? Why is he interviewing me when I am potentially hiring him? Either way, I hoped it went well because the transformations he's done for other people was something I wanted for myself too. Napo sat me down, went over my health goals, history & basically asked me how serious I was about it. I understood now, he's busy. He's not lacking clients, therefore he is interviewing me just as much as I am interviewing him because he needs clients who are serious about getting results. I don't feel like "I am paying a trainer". He changed the stigma I had. I invested in my health with a professional. I am being educated on proper nutrition for my goals, I am being coached to use weight machines properly & effectively. I am being pushed further than I would have pushed myself. I am being supported & mentored. Napo checks in regularly with his clients to make sure you're supported outside the doors of his gym as much as you are during your sessions. He asks questions to make sure mentally in a good place through out the weeks because he knows changing habits & making this transformation isn't easy & not always rainbows & butterflies.
