The gym is nice and big, plenty of machines to workout on without waiting. The downfall for me is, #1 There's a very rude manager named Jorge... I haven't seen him in a while, so I am not sure he is there; but I waited for a hour for him to come back from lunch, because there was a glitch in the online system when I was enrolling. He came back from lunch, I saw the young lady go talk to him, because there was 3 of us waiting for the SAME reason, and he was the only manager there... we were told. After she spoke with him, he walked RIGHT PAST US.... OUT THE DOOR!!! Me, giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited 30 more minutes, then learned Jorge has left the building. #2 My available hours to workout varies, I work very long hours, may go home rest a few hours and want to go workout around midnight, and/or if I go into my office on Saturday morning, I THOUGHT I could just go workout like 5am....due to the 24hours open, but they are not open, and on Saturdays they don't open until 8am... #3 I have guardianship of my grandsons, but since they are my grandkids..... I cannot bring them... What the heck is that all about, especially in the summer or weekends when grandkids usually visit. I can't workout, because I have my grandkids.....smh. I am going to end my membership, and I JUST read in some other reviews, that it has to be in writing, like I need permission to choose not to come anymore... I was very excited to join, since I live 1mile away...but now I am disappointed. I rather walk around the block a few times a day. read more

I have been a member since they opened the location! The gym is huge and regardless of how busy it is, it stays clean and always has machines available. However, they don't let you use the group fitness room which REALLY SUCKS because there's no other spacious area to do certain HIIT workouts besides the turf area which is small!!! Their excuse is that they don't want o ruin the floors but that's not legit excuse because they hold classes in there anyway. It's so annoying that they don't let you use it. They also have yet to change their times to 24 hours like the told me when I got my membership. read more

We were really excited about this gym and tried over and over. We signed up for personal training and 7, yes that's right 7 times, we showed up with and there was no trainer scheduled becasue they had quit or not shown up that day. They kept trying to give us new trainers and in 2 months we had 4 trainers. After the 7th no show and fifth trainer, we said no thank you. We did call again to try to work it out, and it took one week for the head trainer to take call me back and say they had a new trainer for us. The manager did not return my call after this initial complaint. I was sad we were looking forward to this gym. read more

This gym has so much potential to be an awesome gym, but customer service is the reason for a two star rating. I have been a member since January '19 and the two main reasons why I hate (such a strong word but true) coming to this gym is because of the employees and the false promise of being 24 hours. I have spoken to management multiple times about being confronted by employees during closing time stating "threats" of revoking my membership or "they are going to have to do something to me" if I didn't drop my weight during my set at that very moment. First of all, never interrupt someone during their set because of safety precautions and honestly it's just rude. The employees look like they hate their jobs, they scream on the intercom 30 minutes before closing that they will revoke your membership if all members did not start cleaning up and leave precisely at closing time (which btw your clocks run a few minutes fast throughout the gym) and at the end of the night they scream at everyone "Let's Go! Everyone out! We are closed!" and this is also the only time you see the employees smiling because they are trying to rush everyone out of the gym. I have worked in customer service for 13 years including a number of gym facilities and I have never experienced such rude employees. As for being open 24 hours, I am told something different every time I ask about the status of this change. I do not believe this gym will ever be 24 hours, but I can promise you that this gym will become the #1 gym in the South FW area if they do become 24 hours everyday because it would be the only one. I do not generally write reviews, but my experience at this fitness club was so poor that I felt compelled to do so. TLDR: IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP. I joined this gym as a temporary measure during a move, in large part because I was told that they just required 30 day notice for cancellation, and it was an easy process. THIS IS NOT TRUE. When I went in to cancel my membership, I was told to go online. When I went to their website, it directed me to call a number. At that number was an automated message directing you to send a letter to their corporate office. I sent the letter, did not receive confirmation, and when I called to confirm was told they had not received it, but could initiate a trace. I was not contacted again, so I sent another letter. Again, when I called a few weeks later they "had not received" my letter. At this point I gave up and disputed the charge with my bank. They have continued to charge me every month, and every month I have had to dispute the charge. I was notified today that they are sending my past due bills to collections. BUYER BEWARE. read more

Nice facility (Hulen Location). Good Classes. Employees can be friendly. BUT---BEWARE with the personal training staff. I was offered a "TRY OUT" for two sessions with a personal trainer in April 15, 2019 by Jacqueline Nardi. I was asked to sign the liability waiver and I did. I received the two "Try out" sessions on April 30, 2019 @ 12:20pm, I contacted the sales person: Jacqueline Nardi and asked her to cancel the services at 817-361-8888. No response. After that I went to the center and asked her in person to cancel the sessions, she knotted and said ok. May, June, July and August the total $320 has been drafted from my account for sessions not used. I walked in on August 14 and spoke with head director, Jazmin and she printed a one year contract for personal training with my signature on it. Claimed to have emailed to me (never received or seeing until yesterday.) If I want to cancel, I have to pay 50% of remaining sessions ($320). UNETHICAL TACTICS For sales. The gym is incredible inside, updated equipment, clean and state of the art!! Staff is very friendly and helpful to a degree! However, there are two main reasons i have to give them a 3. First, If you go there between 4:30 - 8 during the week its unbelievably packed with other members!! You can never get a bench in the free weight/dumbell area or a squat rack/smith machine during this peak time!! I say if they are going to continue to increase their membership they need to also increase and expand the amount if equipment available! Second, when they first opened during the holidays 2018 they advertised it as a 24 gym! Here we are in August and still not open 24 hours. This would certainly help with the crowd in the evening time for those early morning risers. Also, if your going to lie about the reason its not 24 hours yet make sure your employees have a consistent lie! First it was the City of Fort Worth holding up the gym going 24 hours and now its due to a staffing and financial issue!! I suggest they do something soon as ive talked to several other members who have the same concerns and are considering leaving and joining another local gym! read more
