After having months of difficulty getting…read morea technician through the company, I finally found Jerzy's information and, on a whim, contacted him. Boy, I'm glad that I did! He responded within ten minutes of me sending my email and squeezed us in for an appointment the next day. Jerzy arrived ahead of schedule and got quickly to work re-assembling our treadmill, which was in pieces in our basement. He finished in about 45 minutes, giving the treadmill a thorough look as he assembled. Once he was finished, he gave me a walkthrough of what he had done, and had me test out the machine.
