This type of conduct reflects poorly on store management and creates an uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff. I had forgotten that there was a Kohl's here in this plaza, so I Googled Kohl's locations in La Habra as I was going to be in area running errands and needed a Kohl's for an Amazon return. This Kohl's location is next to the now closed Amazon Fresh location on Imperial Hwy. There are plenty of parking spots near the front of the store, really convenient. As I stepped in, I did notice that the lights were darker than other Kohl's locations - maybe to save electricity or help "cool" the store down with the heat outside. The signs for Amazon returns was a bit unclear, but it is in the back lefthand side of the store, next to the restrooms and water fountain. I was able to return my item quickly, there were a few other customers before and after me. Overall, it was a smooth transaction and I was able to get in and out within a few minutes.
