There is an amazing selection of drinks to choose from. Further, there are many different Mexican juices such as Mango juice, Passionfruit juice, Guava juice, and another one (I don't remember the name). They looked very refreshing, but I ended up getting a Hint water because I need to limit my sugar intake lol. Though, I definitely may go back and try one. I was overjoyed when they had my sour cream Pop Chips, which is one of my all-time favorite snacks. The Dollar Tree in Temecula did not have these chips. I guess they ran out of them there because they had them before. I was pleased with the selection of snacks. The customers shopping here were respectful and happy and the overall vibes were great. The blond woman who was the cashier was very friendly, nice, and had a great attitude. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this Dollar Tree today.

It's weird you don't have one as there normally is always one outside of a store. I spent about 1 hr there with my daughter and towards the end bed she wanted to use it. She came out feeling disgusted. The store did not have as much variety as it usually does. I've been shopping at Ross for practically all my life and even have been an employee in the past. Prices are great which is why I keep coming back.

Upon entering, I was not greeted at all. An employee at the front looked at me, and just kept going about her business. I stood next to her, trying to locate the item, and not once did she even ask if I needed help. I was annoyed at that point, and continued looking for the item. I found it and asked the employee at the front if they could cancel my order. Long story short, there is a big disconnect between online orders and the actual store. Sometimes they do not get notified of any online orders. I was told the online order system is inefficient and not like what you would expect when ordering online to store pickup items at big retail stores. They managed to pull my online order, so I didn't need to call customer service to have them cancel my online order. I will say that the 3 women at the registers who helped me were very nice and did not get annoyed about the situation. They were very engaging and I really appreciated their help. One of the employees, Vicky, is truly an angel. She walked with me towards the exit, and then stopped to show me books they sell, where you can record your voice and pass the book on to loved ones. She really got me thinking about how I take for granted the fact that I still have my loved ones. She wasn't trying to sell me the item, but she only brought it up because she has recently lost a loved one. Her story was very touching. Overall, the store was very clean and organized. Yes, I had a bad experience with that one rude employee who didn't acknowledge my existence or help me, but the help I received from the other ladies had made up for it.

Shortly after I walked-in an employee starts complaining (very loud) in the middle of checkout area and next to Mother's Day card area about the amount of customers. She goes on to say the lines have been crazy and people line-up everywhere they can't figure out where the line starts, like children and they are dealing with ADULTS... that they need to TEACH ADULTS TO BE ADULTS ..... and it went on. I was in awe... looked around and those waiting in line pretended they didn't hear anything, a man walked out, others around me ignored her and a lady next to me and I just stared at each other and said we couldn't believe she was expressing that way loudly about the customers and no one told her to "shut up." Other employees just listened and 2 engaged but with a very low voice. Now I was done within 5 minutes, got in line right next to the sign that read "line starts here" and a cashier was looking around to see who was next and called in a lady that was looking for the line - now the customer saw me waiting and apologized, I said "no problem" but did point to the sign to the cashier. I wouldn't have been petty if she (cashier) hadn't been one of the employees that engaged with the one complaining earlier.

They were priced appropriately compared to other stores unlike Toyland across the way that has them marked up 3x the price of anywhere else. They have so many things to choose from, so many anime and characters and Sanrio and every thing in between.
