One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. The…read moresecurity guard ADAM was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional toward me and my younger sister. I was shopping for my new apartment, spent a LOT of money in this store, and had my infant with me -- and the way he treated us was disgusting. As we were leaving with our cart, instead of using basic manners and telling us carts can't go outside, he decided to threaten us by saying, "Keep pushing the cart and you'll see what happens." That instantly made me feel unsafe and extremely uncomfortable, especially with my baby right there. The flooring outside already stops the carts, so his hostility was absolutely pointless. He kept staring us down, making rude comments like, "They're still here at the doors," and giving us nasty, intimidating looks as if we were doing something wrong. It felt like harassment. Because of this security guard named Adam, I will never return to this store. I'm genuinely shocked that management allows someone with that attitude to interact with customers. They need to replace him immediately with someone who can act like a decent human being.

After spending 2 hours in heavy traffic both ways I am fed up and will not not ever shop there again. The employee was fine, and I know she was only doing her job with the tools she was provided. I was in CS for 35 years and get it. My issue is with Lane Bryant's in store return policy for the on line order. I got a printed receipt stapled to the original invoice which is 9x11, and I am expected to produce this when using in store, OH YES, STORE CREDIT ISNT GOOD ONLINE. I AM NOT DRIVING AN HOUR, WHICH I AM SURE LANE BRYANT IS HOPING! KEEP MY CASH AND HOPING I WILL MOVE ON. Rediculous!!! I will going back to JCPenney from now on!
