I am not a fan of the Ninety-Nine Cent stores. They are usually dimly lit and only have one or two employees, who always look exhausted and overworked. But. But, Five Below ain't them! Granted there is no dairy or produce section, but they have a plethora of goodies to choose from, including some electronic just above their $5 name sake. Candies, check. School items, check. Energy drinks, check. Interesting Five Buck books, check. I could go on. We have been won over. Plus everyone looks happy to work here. Always a plus, which tells you about the company Btw, this location is near Capriotti's, Amazon Fresh, Starbucks and a modern updated Sizzler's. Nice. read more

$5 is the new $1. I remember when I used to be able to go to a dollar store and get excited from all the things they have. Same feeling at Five Below, except items are mostly $5. One thing about this store is that (coincidentally) everytime i come here the card reader is down and we'd have to wait a few minutes. This is a great place to get stocking stuffers and/or gifts! They also have a lot of kids toys! I was really impressed w all of the selections they had!! Highly recommend if you're trying to get nice things while staying within budget. read more

If you need a cheap white elephant gift or just a cheap gift in general this is a solid option. I take my daughter her for all her secret Santa's shopping or if she needs affordable items. They have a lot of new fun items out for Easter that you don't really find elsewhere, but especially anime character items such as hello kitty, a whole 80's line, Stitch and more. They constantly have a revolving line of cool things to peruse, costing anywhere from $1 on up to $20+, but 99% of the time, they have really good deals on most things. Definitely a great store to peruse at your leisure, I love to go up and down every aisle (because FOMO) but their narrow aisles make it difficult especially with his busy this store can get. read more

Fully stocked! Everything is fairly organized and they seem to have everything. Their holiday items are placed in the front near the entrance which is nice. Like all Five Belows, electronics and home items are placed in the back. The beauty and random miscellaneous stuff are towards the front. This location, however, is a bit smaller compared to other ones that I've been to. All of their registers are self-checkout and they have great deals. Their workers are really helpful and knowledgeable. I had a pricing error when scanning an item and they quickly changed it to the correct price. Brought my daughter here to do some shopping, she chose five below because she felt the money she received for getting straight A's would go a long way. When it was time to check out, she was told to go to the 1st register by an employee who was also filling balloons right next to that register, we needed assistance and when I looked up to ask for help I noticed the employee was watching my daughter scan her items, this immediately upset me and made me uncomfortable. Didn't want to embarrass my child so I called the store to advise a manager of the situation but after reading other reviews I see this is a common problem. Note to management: it's 2025 we live in a diverse state, stop profiling (thieves come in all colors) Also, if you can't trust your customers revert back to registers. Very disappointing read more

Interesting store. I'd never been to one of these before and I'm glad I checked it out. It's basically a dollar store except it's for $5 and under, hence "Five Below." This location is very clean inside and had a good inventory of affordable items. I especially liked the range of candy and snacks. They have one of my favorite candies for sale for much cheaper than I've seen it elsewhere, and it's hard to find! Some of the stuff is a bit tacky, but hey, it's a cheap place and isn't meant to be top quality. It seriously smells like incense throughout the store though, which I don't care for. read more

The location is great, this shopping center has Marshalls, Ross, Burlington, many restaurants (Chinese, pizza, sizzlers...ect), pharmacy, shoe store and much more. The employees at 5 below are always very nice, they greet you as soon as you walk in. I take my kids to 5 below very often... they can always find a wwe figure that they are missing (they collect) or an interesting board game. I always end up purchasing something for my office as well, they have so much to see and all less than $5... hints the name. I definitely recommend this store. read more

When's the last time you saw a CADBURY chocolate bar with almonds and fruit? Or the Caramello one? Grab a bag and choose from the 10 for a dollar bin, or 4 for a dollar.... perfect place to take your child to for that inexpensive treat. I love this store! In the back of the store, you will find excercise/fitness equipment--Baseball bats, basketballs, soccer balls, physical fitness accessories like dumbbells and weights, jump ropes, excercise tubes, etc. There are books, and school supplies galore! The store is nice and all but yesterday I went in with my fiancé and we were kind of just aimlessly looking around and grabbing things, when we came to self check out the girl wanted to do it for us? Odd never has done before when I go, and she checked every single one of our items out including watching us pay but allowed the other lady with like 4 kids to check out on her own. It was just kind of embarrassing I felt like they thought we were steeling and this happens often when we go to places they always seem to think we're stealing because they profile my fiance. First time at five below, I heard about it from a coworker and decided to visit it. Basically everything is $5 or less. A lot of workout stuff you find other place, you can find them here cheaper. Yoga mats, balls, weights, form rolls, etc.. I got few workout stuff, its reasonably priced and it doesn't seem like a bad material. customer service was outstanding and cashier was friendly. This was my second visit here....think of a Dollar Tree but, a 5 and Under Dollar Tree. Found a couple of pretty outdoor rugs and a battery operated lantern. All five dollars each. I was just shopping for the lantern in Target and the cheapest i found was $16 on sale. The one I bought here was more of the style I was looking for and way cheaper - score! First time I came in here I had no idea what to expect, I didn't know what they sold in this store. I saw sand toys from outside and stopped to grab some since we were on our way to the beach. I was surprised at how many awesome things they had for under $5! My 3 year old had fun walking around and picking out toys and candy! I got some great beach items. Ended up spending much more than intended but the vibe and atmosphere made it a fun shopping stop! We came back another day just for fun and picked up some candy :) read more

Some of their stuff is priced $5 but I just saw the same exact thing at the $.99 store for $.99! Overpriced! All of the electronic stuff I bought either didn't work or died within the first two weeks, junk!!! Don't buy electronics or electronic toys from here. It's a good place to go to when you want to spend money on stuff you want but don't really need I bought a couple t-shirts there, as well as some stickers I use for my journaling/planner. Only thing I didn't like was the very loud music, which was also very pre-teenish, like RadioDisney style. Went yesterday first time. Now I know why they call it Five Below!! It was freaking freezing in there!. I mentioned it to the guy working and he told me they had no control over the temperature ... it is set for them. Yikes!..
