I am never very comfortable there. There is a manager there named lisa ....she is about 60 with blue eyes sort of blonde hair. She is as ignorant as they come...screams and yells and is quite rude.....her cohort lisa, I feel badly for. .... The local manager named Gina or Gemma failed to return my calls. I called her many times and left my phone number with my name and my receipt number, which is something that their contact line requires. I felt that as a consumer this was quite disrespectful. So I went on yel p because I feel that a person should be treated correctly even if they complain and say they saw a mouse. I am now going to contact corporate office and leave an email for the corporate secretary and then I am going to write a letter to the CEO of the company maybe they'll listen. this is my childhood mall, i have many fond memories of it and have zero bad things to say overall…read more more specifically, however, i was helped by gabby when i visited the gamestop at the ocean county mall and she was awesome! i came in to trade in my playstation 4 and upgrade to the PS5. gabby was super informative as to what i would need to bring with me in order to be eligible for trade-in, and also went over all options and details to help me make a decision based on my gaming preferences as to which version of the 5 would be best fit for me. with a year warranty on the new console and a quick upgrade to the gamestop premium membership, i spent about $350 altogether and i'd call that a win when it comes to buying a newest generation console!
