I was looking for some new rims and tires for my 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer ES. I observed an ad on Facebook for Desert Tires and Wheels in MURRIETA. The ad had some very good deals. My vehicle was in the auto mechanics shop, so I was ready to buy, but the tires and rims could not be mounted until Monday, November 27th. I visited Desert Tires and Wheels in MURRIETA on November 24th. I met Christina, who provided me with very good customer service. Christina remained in contact with me through Facebook and the Facebook messenger. I told Christina what kind of rims and tires I wanted for this vehicle. I explained to Christina that I have Champagne taste and a beer budget. I wanted quality, but for a very low price. This is a beginner vehicle for my son who just obtained his driving permit. Christina attempted to find what I wanted, but also made some very good suggestions. Christina's suggestions were within my "beer budget." Christina found me some really nice rims and tires for my vehicle. The price for my tires and rims package was right around the Facebook ad price. This is a review for the Elsinore store. Completely incompetent. They ordered the wrong wheels twice and then it took them a week and a half to tell me that they couldn't get the wheels I wanted. So I asked for my deposit back, and the young lady had the nerve to mention that it costs them time and money to pick up the two sets of WRONG wheels, Unbelievable!!! Oh and by the way I bought the wheels on eBay and had them at my front door three days later, the same wheels they couldn't get. read more

I visited Costco, Walmart, America Tires and Desert Tires. I got 4 new tires (I know, crazy) for my mom's 2014 Honda CRV and it's pretty much a requirement for us to get 3-star tires or better. We use Bridgestone wheels so I was pretty much expecting $600-700 to go down the drain. Juego (I could have this name wrong) really hooked me up and even accommodated me right before closing on a Saturday evening. He was so kind and willing since they no longer do service on Sundays. Location: Exit French Valley, Right on Jefferson, right hand side near Temecula Boxing! Industrial area, kind of hard to find at first for me. Called yesterday and asked for an alignment and they told me 2:30pm appointment. Was then called 15 minutes later and told 4pm. I said ok. Was then told that I wouldn't be able to get it done at all today. I set an appointment for 9am this morning. And I sat in-shop waiting for an hour before they said I wouldn't get my alignment done until after lunch! They wouldn't even look at my truck until after lunch! They jerked me around yesterday and today and I'm very insulted by their lack of professional service. Would not recommend their service at all. Thought I'd have my alignment and brakes checked on my 2 year old car . Said toe was out so got the car aligned . The steering wheel was way to the left and car pulled right like I was going to drive off the road . Brought it back 2 weeks later as I was told thief machine needed work or software update .
