@fortunefoodfinds: "Time FRIES! My son turned 5 years old n' we started his birthday festivities with FIVE GUYS located at Pearlridge Center in Aiea. One of his top foods that he asks for are burgers so it only made sense to go here. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger, grilled cheese, fries, pb milkshake, n' last but not least, got a little cheeseburger for birthday boy. He was happy n' got to enjoy!" SERVICE: 3 out of 5 in terms of friendliness. A smile wouldn't hurt when being given your food n' when asking for utensils, you shouldn't feel like it's a burden INTERIOR: good amount of seating but can get filled up quickly. Crowded in between some chairs due to table placing. EXTERIOR: located at Pearlridge Center WAIT TIME: 15 minutes PARKING: free mall lot OVERALL COMMENTS: haven't had Five Guys in maybe a decade where my last time was in Cali. Knew that I wanted to take my son here for his 5th birthday bc he loves burgers. It's just how I remembered, burgers wrapped in foil, which can make it soggy although I get it, that's their style. Burgers were good, fries were generous, milkshake was creamy. Aside from the service, we still enjoyed our food n' I'm glad my son liked his meal.

I came to Five Guys before my massage appointment this evening. The restaurant was pretty quiet and not too crowded. I ordered a little bacon burger in a bowl with regular fries and a drink. I let them know that I had a food allergy to sesame. I did overhear the asking what type of allergy I had. I decided to eat in. I got my food immediately and it was delicious. If I am back in the area around mealtime, I would come back.

This place has the best, juiciest hamburgers and their fries are to die for. You must try this place, and if you use the Upside app (which I love) you get 20 percent back of what you spend. A plus plus situation!

I'm honestly really disappointed with my experience at Five Guys. From the moment we walked in, the staff was giving us dirty looks and whispering to each other while staring at us. It made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Instead of feeling like valued customers, we felt judged and talked about. To make matters worse, when we got our food, the fries were mostly the small crunchy pieces from the bottom of the container. Anyone who's been to Five Guys knows their fries are usually one of the best parts of the meal, but this batch felt like we were given leftovers instead of a fresh serving.Overall, the combination of rude behavior and low-quality food made this a really disappointing visit. I hope management addresses the customer service issues because no one should feel uncomfortable just for walking in to order food.

I haven't been here in years even though I'm at Pearlridge a lot. I opted for Genki next door, while the hubby ate here. He got a cheeseburger $12.79 and a regular fries $7.29. The food here is pricey. It came to around $19 and that's without a drink. The burger is a decent size and you get to put whatever toppings you want on it. The beef they use is all natural. Their fries are homemade and they still give out complimentary peanuts. The food was good. No complaints. Hey, you get what you pay for.

Today I revisited Five Guys here in Hawaii. First time I tried it, I was traveling with my cousin in the Northern Cali a decade ago. It was amazing that first time. Because back then a burger place was a fast food place. Here was Five Guys, burgers cooked to order, 100% beef patties smashed one at a time. Served right off the grill. For that I'm willing to pay more for "just a hamburger ". You have so many condiments to choose from! Next time I'll skip the bacon on mine and just have pickles and grilled onions, lettuce and mayonnaise. The meat patties are so good on its own. The service was excellent, patient and helpful with helping me choose my burger. The shakes are extra thick. Yum! So it was just as good this time. I missed the peanut shells on the floor.

Good burgers here! Like being able to add toppings. I prefer a lettuce wrap. They do that well. Like the peanuts that they have. Before it used to be in the open. But of course Covid... however if you ask them it's given in a brown bag.

I had a Double Patty -cheese - onion - lettuce - mayo - ketchup - pickle and Bacon. Tasty burger but hard to eat. Sloppy, I guess next time I won't ask for too much add ons. The fries were soggy not crispy! Maybe because they were just about to close for the day. I'll try again another day maybe lunchtime.

Burger at the bottom and the bag of fries.

I guess smelling it after school hit a nerve because I couldn't resist! Service at this location is pretty top-notch. The workers are friendly, prompt, and always seem to have a smile on their faces! I appreciate that they're a fast-food spot, but they still make the effort to greet each customer and provide that extra bit of hospitality. Gabriel helped me both times yesterday, and it was pretty funny when he thought I had a doppelgänger haha! He even tried to remember my name, which I thought was pretty awesome. The food options are minimal, but let's be honest - you go to Cane's for the chicken tenders, so that part is pretty much settled. One nice thing to note is that they'll discount the combo if you don't want the drink, which is always a plus because I usually only drink water. Overall, another solid Cane's experience! Good food, friendly service, and a crew that clearly puts some personality into what they do. Definitely a spot I'm happy to swing by when that Cane's craving hits!

Their chicken tenders are tender and moist and it's an absolute must to eat it with the sauce. I also enjoy their coleslaw since it adds some freshness to the meal. The texas toast is nice and buttery and you can dip it in the sauce too! I like how you can get an Arnold Palmer there (half sweet tea/half lemonade) as a drink! When you dine inside, it's pretty big and spacious and they keep the place clean. The food comes out fast! You can't go wrong with Raising Cane's for a quick affordable meal.

I told him I didn't mind if they didn't have any, and said I can get a regular drink but he insisted it was okay. We ordered chicken fried noodles, chili spaghetti, and chicken katsu curry. The food was not worth the 30min wait. It is the typical local food very similar to LnL or Loco Moco. We were disappointed because we were expecting really good food since this place was feature on cheap eats & a few other local social media creators IG pages. The price point is good for the amount they give. There are other locations on Oʻahu if you're interested. The vibe of this place is very laid back. Service was atrocius and the food was fair. I've never had a rude server since Tao Restaurant in Las Vegas back in 2009, and this was the second time. I've never had a server shout at me with a frown on her face, saying "WHAT???" (it happened twice during our meal). I mean, come on, the music is loud, but don't yell at me from across the table with a frown. Also, do not say "Well as you can see, I've got my hands full!" when I ask for a refill politely. Also, do not walk past one of your three tables that you are waiting without looking down or making eye contact. It also looks bad when you are standing against the wall talking constantly with your co-worker instead of waiting on tables. Do not get the "endless" appetizers at this location as long as you have the waitress that we had, you will not get your money's worth, which makes me think this is Buffalo Wild Wing's ploy on cutting costs, which is a horrible idea, because destroying your brand by having poor service likes this warrants reviews like this. This was almost a two-star review until the service knocked it down into the dirt, especially since the last rude wait staff I've had was in 2009, which was 17 years ago. I am not generous with one-star reviews, so that should be revealing. Will not return to this location ever again.
