    Burnt BLT
    Tiffany J.

I ordered a BLT with extra bacon and got a burger full of burnt bacon crumbs. Just horrible!! They need to stick to ground beef or lower the timer on the bacon because this is the second time I've gotten burnt cold bacon on my BLT.

Typical chain restaurant.. food was made fast, it was fresh and fries were perfect. But as always, the price of food in the airport is just extreme. There is an area where you can dine at. It's also good to know they start serving food at 5a

Whenever I am at Atlanta airport. I make sure I come here to get their best egg and cheese burgers.

Fast to checkout but slow to get your order. There are like 10 people in front of me so deceptively short line. So beware if you're in a rush for your next flight. Tables are a tad dirty. But it's an airport restaurant. The burgers look like any other Five Guys.

    Limp fry

Sitting in Atlanta airport and had just anytime to spend $18.17 for a hamburger, fries and drink. For some reason you can ask for your burger the way you want it but not your fries. Ell done no salt, nope not an option. No salt you can get. But fries that are not limp not possible. I don't understand, the whole concept of a fry is that it should be crispy and you can hold it without it falling over. I guess that is not understood by Five Guys. Don't waste your money on the fries. They can tell you where the potatoes came from but they don't know how to cook them.

The burger was not terrible but it was definitely not as fresh as usual. Upon arrival there were no customers ahead of me and I noticed several burgers just sitting on the grill to the side. Pretty sure that is one of the ones I got. I ate it but it just wasn't up to the quality I expect at Five Guys.

Workers were extremely friendly but they screwed up the most important part of my order.

Good burger and very predictable. Fresh ingredients. A little slow here on Concourse C at Hartsfield, but still good.

Not all…read morekiosks are functioning properly and the time it takes to go through its prompts may seem a little long to those waiting in line behind you. I remember a previous time here when an airport employee verbally bullued a man who was having difficulty going through the kiosk menu prompts. I ordered my eight piece spicy chicken smoothly recently, but not all the kiosks were operational and the line can quickly build behind you at this popular spot in the B Concourse. The kiosks may add to tensions instead of diminishing them and keeping irate customers at a distance may not succeed if this makes their condition worse. I state all this because it overshadows the good chicken. My order was good and crisp, spicy the way I like it. Eight pieces for twenty two bucks is a decent value for airport food; though, a few of the pieces were of questionable nature. 3.5 stars

There's a woman that hands out drinks at a window. I asked her if I could get my water bottle I ordered and she just pointed to the left, so I waited for my food to be called. My food is called and I had to ask about the water bottle again. Nobody even checks my order slip. Both items I ordered came out and were completely wrong. I ordered Mac n cheese and was given mashed potatoes, I ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a box of chicken and fries with a biscuit. I have to question when the employees don't even care about giving customers what they ordered... what else do they not care about.

It's not overwhelming, and to be honest there were so many other items on the menu I wanted to try, which is why I will be coming back. Brake Pad has a full bar & they also have a good craft beer selection and of course they have Sweetwater 420 & Hopsecutioner IPA. The items I had from the menu were the Salsa & Queso w/ chips. The salsa was great and the queso was surprisingly good. I did not have it in my bingo card that they would have great queso but they proved me wrong. For my main meal item I had the Truffle Chicken Salad Sandwich. I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a flavorful yet healthy option. I was only able to eat half the sandwich and I was full, so if you don't mind having more delicious Brake Pad cuisine To-Go, then I highly recommend. The atmosphere of Brake Pad was fun, vibrant, and the staff were amazing. The bartender was fun, and knowledgeable and is the one who recommended the Truffle Chicken Salad Between the vibe, the outdoor seating, the good food & the local vibe I highly recommend. I went in with low expectations but they over delivered on everything. GREAT JOB BRAKE PAD, I will be back

The atmosphere - it's sort of like a dive bar but more like the local pub where you grab tacos, a cold brew or a burger. Don't skip the tater tots! Also, breakfast and brunch are good options. On this visit, we had the Patty Melt and two Shrimp Tacos. Kept it simple with water since it was lunchtime. But they have a full bar and drink specials. Indoor and outdoor seating is plentiful. Parking on the street is how it's done. A few designated spaces but around the corner is fine. Service is attentive and friendly. Refilling our cups, checking in and making sure we're good to go. Definitely worth the stop when in College Park.

Fully open part of Al fresco dining. There's a second area that has a full roof/ceiling but totally open on the sides. Perfect.
