ATTITUDE. Cortes? Idk the spelling but he asked for my ID (normal) and I waited over 5 minutes while he was in the back in his phone and had the audacity to call me honey and ask what I wanted. He misheard me 4x and the two guys next to me were "this is why I hate Atlanta". Asked me if I was "girl are you okay"? Yes I am but I have a flight to board in 15 min while he's on his phone laughing and smiling. So he wasted almost half an hour of my time and he told me "you ain't got no time for food" soooooo I had to leave walk down the airport to be serviced elsewhere where I met people who left bc of him. He had really bad attitude. Check the cameras. If I could below zero for him - I would COLD. Even every other place told me to never go there but I couldn't get food bc he was wasting my time on his phone and saying those things to me ?!

Lemon garlic chicken and mashed potatoes

My family and I decided to stop here during our layover and all hadn't had the best experiences at this chai but options were limited so decided to give it a try after so many years. From the moment we arrived, the service we received from our server Barbara was exceptional! She brought light to my stressful day of traveling and I appreciate how personal and accommodating she was thought our time there. She genuinely seemed like she enjoyed working there as well! I ordered the garlic lemon chicken with mashed potatoes and it was incredible, from the presentation to the flavor. The chicken was super moist and I couldn't get enough of the homemade sauce. Definitely a 12/10 experience and we'll be sure to stop by there every time we're at the ATL airport and hopefully will be served by Barbara again. She's truly a gem! Very clean and cozy inside as well!

Longhorn Classic Breakfast

The majority of the time, my family and I dine at Longhorn in the airport, for breakfast. The employees are always super nice and attentive. We order the scrambled eggs, toast or biscuit, bacon, and house fries. I get a Gingerale, since I am allergic to oranges. The breakfast was pretty good, just cooked a little too long on the potatoes. Besides that, we're full and ready to board our flight. We will be back, soon. :-)

I enjoyed dining at this airport location and appreciated that I was able to pay right at the table without bothering my server. She was so sweet and attentive as well. She answered all my questions and made sure to check one consistently. The hostess was friendly as well and greeted me right away. I was seated fairly quickly and my table was clean. It is somewhat nosy but that's to be expected. My salad was delicious and the salmon tasty.

Cool bar seating.

If you are not a meat eater, there are menu items that you'll like! My expectations were not high going in, but I was pleasantly surprised! Asparagus was cooked to perfection, tender with great seasonings! I gobbled it up before I had a photo. Sorry. The strawberry, pecan salad with feta was pretty large for a side salad, even for someone on an empty stomach it was filling! Which is why I took a photo half way through my meal. lol The atmosphere was great, 80's & 90's music is always smooth! Comfortable atmosphere while you wait for your flight! Angry orchard was cold and I didn't get any angry vibes from my mug!

The server was great only taking a star because the soup which I ordered the French onion soup was all cheese there was not much actual soup. Salad was fresh and loved the balsamic they have.

They start serving alcohol at either 6 or 7 in the morning. The server was cool. I got a regular breakfast with potatoes, bacon, eggs, and toast. I should've just kept drinking and eating toast. Everything bur the bacon tasted like it was microwaved and got hard after a bit. The French toast wasn't bad though.

Wait was 15 minutes and not bad for airport. The waitstaff was overwhelmed but did very well working with the customers. My salad and entree came out at the same time. No bread service, but no big deal. Good was excellent as always and definitely recommend.

Wanted some quick breakfast before my flight. Ordered the French toast. They used whole wheat bread. It did not go with the maple syrup. I felt like I was eating sweet bird food. Pick a different t bread and it would be better. Should have gotten one of the other choices. The restaurant was open with plenary of seats and the staff were nice. May come back but will skip the French toast.

The food was great!!! The only downfall was that they do not provide steak knives even when eating a steak. But let's be honest, it's the airport and is understandable. Finding LongHorn (terminal C) in the Atlanta airport was a happy find and I'm happy to return again.

I can't remember the last time I gave a two star review. This was by far one of the worst restaurants experiences that I've had in a long time, specially during a time where I am so exhausted from delayed flights. Upon arriving to the host stand, I wasn't even greeted and when I asked how long the wait would be I was told it was unknown, which is fine because I know times are crazy... However, everything went downhill when I had to ask the waitstaff to bring me bread while I had already been seated for about 15 minutes. I had to clean the table on my own with some disinfectant wipes because it was visibly dirty from the previous customer. I also had to ask my waiter if they had the mashed potatoes I ordered after overhearing they were out... She asked proceeded to ask "oh you ordered that ?" Yes, yes I did... I'm glad I was proactive and requested an alternative. Once the bread came out, it took a while for my food to do so as well and when it did one of my sides was missing and the waiter asked me "oh I didn't bring it out?" No, my full order wasn't complete ma'am... After that experience, a table next to me broke some glass so I communicated it to both of the servers in the area due to the glass almost cutting me when it fell and being so close to my feet while I ate. Nobody decided to make that an urgency even after 30 minutes of my communicating the safety concern so I decided to go up to the host stand and tell the manager. Suddenly that's when three people decided to come clean up the broken glass. At the same time, I was also waiting for my steak to be cooked a little more because I asked for medium and I got a rare steak :( I waited for ANOTHER 15 minutes and then decided to ask if it was ready. Again, somehow my order was forgotten because the waiter proceeded to ask me "what steak" when she brought me my receipt. When she noticed I was visibly frustrated she went and finally got my steak which was still RARE in some major areas, so I decided to not to forego eating it. The manager did offer to rectify the issue by covering my tab, but I think it's still the lack of urgency and chaos that REALLY made me disappointed in this place. I shall not return. Please remember QUALITY over QUANTITY. Having so many tables so close together doesn't seem efficient if positive customer service is not there.

Popped in during a 2h layover, and the server w a smile, Heather, was welcoming & knowledgeable. She could tell I needed a proper glass of red and guided me delicately to (though a little over priced), a delicious glass of fully body red. She was mindful, to order my filet w a light dusting, when I asked about the salt content (though she did let me know, there's no salt is in the seasoning... she could just read, I I like my steak without drama!)... plenty of seating, near gate C9. Come in & enjoy an ambiance like ur out for dinner & not stuck at the airport between flights!

We were there celebrating our engagement, and they made it feel so special by decorating our table with rings and confetti to celebrate our love. Our server gave us so much attention and made the experience feel personal. Since it was our first time there, they took the time to walk us through some of the best items on and off the menu, and shared their favorite dishes. Everything was done with care. The restaurant was clean, the bathroom was amazing, and the food was worth every dollar. The short rib was so tender, and the New York strip was seasoned to perfection and cooked medium well just how we like it. The twice-baked potato loaded with bacon, sour cream, chives, and cheese was delicious, and the mac and cheese was so good. I also appreciated that they allowed me to order it without the roasted saltine crackers. I can't wait to visit again!

The ambiance, service and the atmosphere was really nice!…read more All of our food items came so quick! I really enjoyed the salsas they provided too, one was actually really spicy. I also enjoyed the pulpit, thought it had a nice char to it and a good flavor. I really enjoyed my pork belly tacos! I really liked the sauces here honestly, it complimented everything well and made me eat so many chips as well. The service was very nice and attentive.

Right when we walked in, the staff complained to us that we hadn't called ahead to have a "smaller, special menu" crafted for a large party. To make matters worse, they loudly announced to the whole table right off rip that they wouldn't split checks separately--only an even split. It felt incredibly rude, lazy, and unwelcoming. The irony is that the large group size wasn't even an issue; we staggered our arrivals and the patio was completely empty. The kicker- my brother in law ended up paying the whole tab at the end anyways! so all of that initial laziness & nastiness for NOTHING! Throughout the night, the service felt incredibly rushed and stressed. While we were still eating our appetizers, the busser was aggressively trying to clear our plates because the mains were coming. Our server was very short with us the entire time, which was confusing because the restaurant didn't even have a stressful vibe. She recommended a main dish to me that I really didn't care for, though I will say the salsa was unique and probably the best part of the meal. Shoutout to the one staff member who was actually friendly, but overall, this is not the kind of place where you leave feeling like you had a nice restaurant experience- at least I personally didn't.. Too bad we didn't just go to C&S next door which we always love. Regardless tho, my sister had a blast, but that's entirely because she has a wonderful crew of great friends, not because of Casi Cielo.

Combined with the exceptional service and beautiful ambiance, the experience left a lasting impression and made me want to return for another try. That opportunity came this past Sunday. I originally planned to stop in for a drink and the bread service, but my boyfriend and I ended up ordering the Caesar salad and the Lobster Risotto as well. The bread service was just as amazing as I remembered. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed the Caesar salad, especially the freshly grated cheese, which he said was incredibly light and airy. As for the Lobster Risotto, it exceeded my expectations in both flavor and portion size. The risotto itself was somewhat mild on its own, but once I mixed in the herb butter, it became absolutely delicious. The lobster itself was very tender and tasty, I loved it. I've officially fallen in love with Marcel and will definitely be adding it to my list of go-to dinner spots. The bread service, ambiance, interior design, and customer service are all outstanding. Our waiter was incredibly sweet and patient with us, especially since we were a little indecisive and had plenty of questions. The restaurant itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and had a really nice atmosphere. I started with the lychee martini, which is easily in my top five lychee martinis I've had. The bread was a little underwhelming, but the butter made up for it. For my entrée, I ordered the wet-aged 16oz ribeye cooked medium, and wow -- it was phenomenal. Crispy on the outside, perfectly cooked, juicy, and served sizzling straight from the skillet. I got the green peppercorn sauce on the side, but honestly, the steak didn't even need it. For my side, I chose the Brussels sprouts with the delicious yuzu drizzle. I also sampled the truffle fries, creamed spinach, and lobster mac and cheese -- all were really good, but the creamed spinach completely stole the show. Late post‍ I was taken here for my birthday which fell on a…read moreWednesday. Valet parking. Dress code..... enforced by a fault( till they didn't want it to apply) on this day. My date had on a baseball cap...told it was not permitted, fine he took it back to the vehicle. Then told we could not be seated because he had on basketball shorts(he did not) they were white linen shorts by Lacoste and a Gucci Polo shirt. Nothing was said about his shoes just the shorts. So I asked, since it wasn't crowded outside(only two people) can we be seated out there.... which was where we wanted to be seated anyway. They finally agreed to that. Once we got over this hurdle... it was up from there! Welllll one big thing slightly angered, more so disappointed me... I'll get into that later. The patio seating was nice, nothing extravagant, pretty comfortable. The outside bar area was nice. Our waiter was such a gentleman, really nice, attentive, all around good service...hate I can't remember his name‍ Now the reason for a truly decent review: food... Cocktails: Kentucky Mules and French Connections APPETIZERS: Oyster Rockefeller and Roasted Bone Marrow SALAD: Baby Iceberg Wedge SIDES: Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Garlic Spinach, and Lobster Mac & Cheese Stars of the show: Lamb Porterhouse and Ribeye-aged 35 days Everything was delicious.... well my date wasn't crazy about the Bone Marrow(lol) By the time we got to our main course, we had gotten pretty full, so we didn't eat much. Y'all why we(he) forgot our foodit was on the table before I went to the restroom, when I returned it was gone.... I would say him and the waiter had the food under control..... sooooo who left the food?(I was the birthday girl) We did have a few bites of everything so we, had the memories of how delicious the main course was. There restroom was clean and spacious we know this is important Now let's get into my problem, disappointment, and slight anger.... I told y'all we weren't aloud inside because of the hat(he took off) and the shorts(they said basketball NOT) We're enjoying ourselves we here a little ruckus and see a small crowd... don't think much, besides saying, "well we know they'll be sitting outside with us if they stay". Glance over and see a few outside. Time passes, we see men with baseball caps, jerseys, t-shirts, and basketball shorts, come out to smoke....Oh no, I know good and well.... I go in to use the restroom, guess what I see inside.... everything that prevented us from being seated inside....The compliments I received saying how nice I looked, fell on deaf ears. Now don't get me wrong we wanted to be seated outside anyway, the problem was....the option to be taken away and seeing everything that prevented us was seen inside was a problem for me(remember they had to think about allowing us to sit out there). Mentioned what was seen to our waiter.... he says the manager or owner is from I believe Morocco or maybe Portugal and he was hosting them this evening. For us to still be there and being served, it was still business hours, so I hope y'all understand the problem I had..... The acceptance of the FIFI fans being in our city, who will eventually leave and we who will be here when there gone...WOW! I'll leave it all right there..... Just know this want be the location for us/me next time.
