I stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Concourse C while waiting for a flight yesterday. The line and ambiance was pretty crazy at around 8:30 PM (it was open at this time, despite the hours posted online suggesting otherwise). Despite the line being crazy, I was able to order within just 2 minutes of standing in line. I know Chick-fil-A is known for its customer service, but this one has even better workers than I've experienced at other locations. The workers were all very happy and kind. I ordered a 12 piece chick-fil-a nuggets meals and upgraded to have lemonade. I think in total it cost around $12-13. The unfortunate part was they were out of chick-fil-a sauce which is crazy because that's the best part of chick-fil-a so I got honey mustard instead. After ordering I stepped aside for the waiting area which was even crazier than the line (see my picture). Everyone there was waiting for a bit for their food and I know Chick-fil-A makes fresh, but there were a lot of people to get through so it definitely took some time. I probably waited for about 15 min before my food was handed to me which isn't crazy, but in an airport you kind of want it of be instantaneous if you're getting fast food. They were kind though and gave me a big surplus of nuggets probably had over 15 in my box which was great because I was sharing. The lemonade was good, the nuggets were crispy, and the fries were fresh - a happy meal. There is no place there to sit so plan to eat the meal somewhere else. The terminal had plenty of empty seating compared to other places I've been in so it's not too much of a problem. Overall, a decent fast food option if you're in Concourse C. read more

When you purchase their expensive chicken sandwiches and they hand you the ticket and it says you can get a free one if you do a survey it relieves the pain a little bit. Then they want you to do it before you even digest it good,within 2 days. Not being able to do it immediately after I ate it 2 days slipped by. A day or 2 later I tried to do the survey and it wouldn't let me do it saying I had to do it within those 2 days only. I know what the ticket said. I've done many surveys with Burger King and McDonalds and sometimes a day or two after they requested you do it and they always accepted it and rewarded me with a free sandwich. They usually ask you to do it within a lot longer time period. not 2 days like Chick Filet. I believe the only reason they say 2 days is they know many people won't get to it in 2 days. busy doing other things and then they won't give them anything for being a customer of theirs. It's just to make you feel good when they hand you the ticket. Chick Filet doesn't really care as much about their customers as they make out to be. read more

The service at this location (C gates) has been getting better with each visit. I have a bit of a routine lately, drive back to ATL from Columbus, return my rental and stop at C gates to grab dinner before my flight. I've been showing up to my return flight all out of sorts since each visit I leave my heart behind in GA/AL but todays debacle at security had me really craving the comfort of my spicy chicken sando meal, nothing like a 50min TSA prêcheck line combined with an airport stabbing and all that went down with that incident to leave me hungrier than usual. I thought I'd miss my flight altogether and realized there'd be little to no chance I'd secure dinner before it. I took a chance and exited the train at C gates to run up the escalator and check the line. Very minimal as it has been the past couple visits, I ordered and my food and it was handed to me at the register! This Chick Fil A and it's manager whom I often spot are definitely on the ball. I was able to grab dinner and dash to my gate to board with minutes to spare. Fantastic prompt service! Very appreciative for the staff and this location. You have so many yummy options at Concourse C, but there's only one Chick-fil-A. This concept is different from their corporate stores as it is staffed by an approved airport vendor so you can't expect the same service. In fact, the staff might be a bit more real and authentic than you are used to. The food is still good and worth checking out once. The spicy chicken sandwich is definitely fire! I stick with the sandwich, the fries weren't piping hot but decent enough. A good pickup if you are running behind for a flight. The line can get very crazy so be aware. read more

My boyfriend and i came through last month on our stop to seattle. We both work in the service industry so we were disappointed at our experience when we came to this chick fil a. Summer took our order and didn't offer more than the same 2 word response THREE times when we were confused about the quantity of chicken minis we can get. for context, we live down the street from a corporate location where you can order a bigger meal. I didn't eat it until I got on the plane, but the chicken was tender and flavorful. Though a little soggy with the wait. It wasn't nice and crispy. This location in concourse c is super busy, so it took a little less than 30 mins from the time I got in line until I got my food. I almost passed on grabbing food from here because it was so packed. When getting back to our gate in concourse a, I noticed there was a location in our terminal. And there was no one there! Poor representation of the company. Our order taker was very rude and slow, her name was Tamea. She took our order with, "that all" after every item. She waited until we paid to start making our drinks. She then forgot what drinks we wanted and after telling her over and over again she still had to ask after every drink she made. We asked for sauce and she rudely interrupted us telling us to wait. This really upset me. She didn't share a smile, no enthusiastic tone, and she failed to even make eye contact. As hectic as the airport is, this location held it down. They have an effective system of ordering and delivering to the diners. At the pick up corner, they have plethora of their sauces laid out and it gets replenished pretty often. The prices are not increased like OTHER fast food chains. I'm never one to prefer fast food in any scenario over "real" food, unless if I have no time or I just don't care. It seems with this Chick-Fil-A, I'm willing to put in the time (by waiting in line) and I care about the product (i.e. rewards in junk food). Atlanta International along with many other southern airports seem to easily win me over when it comes to chains I know I won't get in NYC. KFC loyalists and Popeyes fans know the cower in the corner when Raising Canes and Chick-Fil-A around around, a duo of fast food franchises who produce the best fast food fried chicken in the US. Chick-Fil-A has done Atlanta well and gets my thumbs up whenever I find myself at this airport. During breakfast time, a chicken biscuit is a must. The mini chicken bites are also pretty good, a vast improvement over the "popcorn" chicken from KFC. Any of their chicken combo meals are worth looking at, though they are the priciest items on the menu. There are almost always lines here and during the mornings the crowds can be a bit nutty (and cranky). Service is not exactly Southern hospitality worthy, but quick enough to get your food going and the line moving. And while most of the other Chick-Fil-A locations in the Georgia area are infinitely better, just remember one thing: this is airport food. read more

Was flying out of Terminal C from my connector flight and noticed the Chick Fil A. Decided to grab a bite before my flight left and I starved for a few hours on my way to Philadelphia. I noticed that because this is an airport location, they didn't have a full menu. So my normal order of chicken strips, fries well done, and a smll cookies and cream milkshake turned into a chicken nuggets with fries and sweet tea meal instead. You order in line and then the employees packing up the food will call your name. They are definitely efficient despite always having people ordering. There's not much seating by the Chick Fil A counter, but plenty of seats at one of the gates nearby (where many of us sat). The chicken nuggets were okay. They were a bit salty for my taste so I found myself adding a bit more of the polynesian sauce to it to add sweetness to combat the salt. The fries were good, although a little on the oily side. The sweet tea was perfect and not too sugary or watered down. For a quick bite of something you probably know, this is a good spot to grab something on your way to your (next) flight. read more

Turns out they didn't have them ready. They started paying me bc they were about to close the gate... I asked the manager and he said he'd get them. So I waited a bit more.
