Fries were super greasy and undercooked. I am a fries well done guy and there were like soft baked grease bombs. The bagger got super confused on two similar orders and had to open and reopen all 4 burgers to make sure order was right. No communication between the team. The little burger (that's what they call it) was decent and about the size of a 1/4 pounder. It was good and topping were correct. I was hankering for a cheese burger after 4 days in bogota. This fit the bill. I just think the fry guy needs to step up his game. read more

I've never been more compelled to write a review about a fast food joint. Odds are you've visited Five Guys before. The consistency is always the same - solid, fast burgers...fresh toppings, soft bread...ooey gooey cheese...and fries...LOTS AND LOTS OF FRIES. While this place keeps up the same consistency that makes Five Guys so popular, the real reason I wanted to write this review is because of the staff. Mainly the woman I assume is the "shift leader". She was wearing a grey polo shirt, walking the perimeter of the restaurant and shouting out to the staff, "Ticket times?! Come on team! Let me hear those ticket times." and other encouraging words to keep the team moving, motivated and fast. Not only that but she'd chit-chat with workers between the friendly chants, hand out orders when they were ready and she never stopped smiling. I didn't have any direct contact with her, but she really left a lasting impression on me. I was in a rush to get something to eat - and a "small" burger did the job. I only had a few of the fries - although I noticed the container for the fries was smaller than usual.....regardless they stack so many dang fries ON TOP of that cup, that there's nothing to complain about. Greasy, delicious, fast - and friendly staff. This is what every airport dining experience should be like....well maybe they shouldn't ALL be this greasy.......but a burger & fries every now and then isn't TOO bad. read more

This review is for the location terminal D. If you're reading this, have a tight connection and are hungry the quick version is -- go somewhere else. Anywhere else. I might have had a worse at an airport food vendor, I just don't remember it. 1. The wait time looked deceptively short because the group of people still waiting for their order was out of sight in an alcove beside the front window. It was packed with people. 2. I appreciate the crew was joking around and having a good time (no fun hating here) but it absolutely appeared to take precedence of offering quicker service. 3. The food was just gross. Even after not having a hamburger for 2 weeks and craving one, this was just bad. It was not remotely warm by the time I got it, greasy, had a partially rotten tomato on it (pic included) and no seasoning. 4. One of the line cooks wheeled the trash barrel out to the alcove and took the overly full trash barrel contents and handed it off to the person collecting the trash. He went back to the line - without washing his hands. One of the customers even called into the kitchen "WASH YOUR HANDS! WE ALL SAW YOU WERE JUST HANDLING TRASH!!!" 5. Once the order our placed, I found there were no straws or ketchup in their condiment area. NO ONE at the front counter would make eye contact when I went back up to tell someone. It was almost comical as I stood there and watched them completely ignore me - even when I was raising my hand saying 'excuse me'.... VERY DISAPPOINTED to pay well over $20.00 bucks for two burgers, one order of fries and two drinks and have only edible fries to eat. read more

It's "Rexburg" Idaho...not "Rexbury" as this store has proudly written on their display sign. BTW, there is no such place as Rexbury, Idaho. It is and has always been REXBURG Idaho! Im disappointed I ordered some little cheeseburgers for my children before a flight and there was no cheese on them when we got to our terminal. Not only that I had tipped on my receipt so I thought my order would be correct. Sadly I didnt have time to go back and ask for a refund/correction in my order. The food, we know, is great. If you can get to it. The gentleman taking the order was very interested in each and every customer - to the point that 3 left the line before us because the seasons were flying by and christmas was getting awfully close. Taking the time to reconnect with a fried and going offline to exchange personal details with the line growing caused us to leave finallt as well, you know what with planes having a departure time, needing additional calendars instead of a stopwatch and some concern that climate change consequences would get to us before the order intake did. Too bad really - also for the Delta Stewardess who was happy to help hold up the line due to short memory loss as to what a customer is ... concerning really, too bad there was no doctor in the line - he would have had ample time to diagnose and treat ani ailments..... read more

If you happen to find yourself in terminal C and are looking for a burger, Five Guys isn't a bad option. Located right next to C41, you will find a mini version of the full chain. Don't let the size fool you, as they do provide the full offerings as the regular sized version. Plus, they also offer a breakfast option as well as the full menu early in the morning. Be forewarned that these burgers might not be the best option if 1. your looking for a healthy meal or 2. you don't like a greasy burger. The prices may seem a little high to some, but relative to the location, they are inline with other airport offerings. I love the fact that it is a good gluten free option when passing through ATL. Just make sure to warn them ahead of time about your allergies if you have any. The one downside to not being able to eat the bun is that due to the way they cut the lettuce, you cannot wrap the burger up and eat it with your hands. A fork and a knife is required. Word to the wise though, if you have a tight connection and there is a bit of a line, this might not be your best option for grabbing a bite to eat. If you do have time to spare, it is a good option. There is some seating in the restaurant itself, but it is a tiny space and when you add people's luggage into the mix, it can feel claustrophobic. read more

Great friendly service, quicker than most other Five Guys locations. Just what you'd expect food wise from the simpletons of Five Guys kitchen. Big burgers, lots of fresh salty fries. Free refills. This location lacks seating, otherwise no complaints. This place will give 5 guys a bad rep. Tables a mess, floors a mess. Customers using napkins to wipe tables. Food mediocre and since I could see them cooking burgers not sure why it wasn't hot. Not to mention I ordered and paid for two bacon cheese burgers but only one had bacon. I was going to get some ice tea until I noticed there was a string of slime hanging out of the spout. So then I went to the soda machine and the first two I tried were out of mix. Not recommended. Find a Mc Donald's. It could easily be better. read more

Unlike the Five Guys in Concourse D, this one is slightly bigger and has seating. It's located across from gate 40. It's not as packed as the other Five Guys perhaps because it's not right at the center area with all the other restaurants. If you're in Concourse C and the Chik-Fil-A line is too long then this is a good quick option before your next flight. read more

On your egg sandwich you'll get freshly cracked eggs (2), plus cheese or breakfast meat if you'd like. And you can have any of their burger toppings on your egg sandwich. Egg and cheese with grilled onions? You bet. And it was delicious. Oh: you can also add a burger patty, and there's fries for your side. And they have the friendliest staff of any food establishment that I've been to at ATL. So if you want a solid breakfast sandwich, and Delta's terminal C is on your travel plan, give them a shot. Ya know you are gonna be overcharged at an airport! However, I was surprised at the portion size of the little Cajun fries and bacon burger. Both were more than enough to fill us up. The fries were big enough to share. The pick up spot is like an alleyway next to the shop. There you can get your ketchup. I didn't want to leave though to go get ketchup for the fries. The fries were seasoned with Cajun salt and didn't need them. So it was $15.00 for two little burgers and one little fry. I am going to try our recently opened one back home. Located in Terminal C across from gate 37 this lively hamburger joint will put a smile on your face. We were Traveling through the Atlanta airport and had been up since 430am. Walked past Five Guys in C terminal across from gate 37 and the employees were smiling and greeting passengers walking by. I was super hungry and the crowded food court was overwhelming. I walked over to check out the menu and one of the employees greeted me and invited me to take a look at the menu. I'd never eaten at any Five Guys restaurant before so didn't know what to expect. The friendliest and fun group of people to find in any airport. As I waited for my cheeseburger, they continued to greet and welcome people walking by. Kudos to these people for finding happiness in what they do and for spreading their joy. Good cheese burger and super fun atmosphere. Put a smile on my face and I even learned a fancy new dance step. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I ordered a veggie burger with cheese. It took them over fifteen minutes to fill my order, which they completely fucked up. I mean, if ya been to 1 Five Guys, ya been to the majority. Just like any other Five Guys, the food is heart stoppingly (is that a word?!) good and leaves you feeling simultaneously content and guilty. The prices are a tad high for burgers and fries but after the 1st bite, the last thing on your mind are numbers...plus it's refreshing to see regular prices for anything in an airport terminal. But there's something about this one and all props go to the staff working both the counter and in the kitchen. They were so hyped up you'd think it was a Five Guys pep rally...yet they maintained a high level of professionalism. They greeted all customers with equal vigor, made sure all orders were prompt and exactly as ordered (when there were no new orders, the cashiers checked each cook to make sure things were done right) and all this with a smile! *Extra kudos for the cute flirty cook who was oh-so chivalrous :-)* Now, I don't know if this is a regular routine of theirs, if I just caught them in a good mood, or if it was a way to keep the all day fatigue from getting the best of them...whatever the case may be, keep it up Concourse C Staff! read more

I always like a good Five Guys burger and this one was no different then any other I've had, but I did have to wait a bit longer than usual and there was no one in front of me. Exceptional service at terminal C , the crew lead/Expeditor is an amazing guy, was enjoyable watching him keep the burgers flowing, eye on the ball both the line and the customers with charm and ease at a exhausting pace at a peak travel hour its April 20th @ 8pm - Five Guys, give this kid a raise he's management potential , if it were not exceptional I would not remark to it. I've never eaten at a Five Guys but decided to try them on a layover in Atlanta, Terminal C. It was too early in the day for a burger so I went with a Bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. Service speed was OK but the sandwich wasn't good. The bacon wasn't just crunchy, it was hard. Way over cooked. They're on Concourse C away from the busy ChickFillA place so great choice if you want good quality fast food that is fast with top notch customer service. Their sweet tea is delicious and I like that they have a veggie sandwich option as this is Atlanta and it's hard to find healthy or veggie options, the fries are a worthwhile indulgence ;) Definitely check them out if you're in Concourse C at ATL, you'll be greeted with 100% southern hospitality! read more

This was hands-down the best five guys experience I have ever had. In fact, it may be one of the best fast food experiences I have ever had. Here's why. The manager, I believe his name is Anthony Dorsey?? ?, runs the ship like a well oiled machine... But that is not the best part... Today I didn't eat a meal here but was waiting for a flight at the gate across from Five Guys. I noticed the man expediting the cook line and calling out numbers to be the friendliest and most energetic man I've ever seen in food service. I work in customer service so I know how hard it is to find this kind of infectious personality. His positive attitude and humor were a welcome addition to a morning of travel.
