This location needs some work. The burgers are OK, but the service is SLOOOOOWWW and considering how expensive these burgers are, you do the math if you think its worth your time. The Park Slope location is better organized, but they have been there a while, so maybe this place just needs some time. I am not a fan of the fries either, at any location as they are just dripping with oil and overcooked. Overall I think Five Guys is just too expensive and the atmosphere with the loud obnoxious music I could do without as well. When was it decided that blasting loud music improves digestion? So I have only been to 5 guys once before in lower Manhattan and I found the food tasty. This new location that is local to me in south Brooklyn, had me very excited until I had the food. The kids they hired to work here do not seem happy about their jobs and it shows in the food. My burger was thrown together without care and when I opened the wrapper it was just a horrible mess, also the fries were soft and sad looking. If you like Five Guys Burgers and most people do this is a great spot. It just opened so it is cleaner than some others and the burgers, hot dogs and shakes are all fantastic. The only caveat is it gets crowded and isn't very large. Still there is a reason for the crowds. Hope they maintain the cleanliness and it will be a hot spot. read more

This is my second door dash order from this location. Hardly any fries, containers only half full and no extra scoop added to bag. Fries that were received have so much salt on them they are inedible. Lettuce must have been wet when placed on the buns because they are a soggy mess. read more

Food this good doesn't come often, but you can definitely find it here at the Caesars Bay location. Minor simple things that make a burger gross. Cold cheese on the burger, not melted. Unwanted pickles added to part of my burger. I dislike pickles strongly. Made the experience unenjoyable. Fries were good. Cashier was nice. But if I didn't ask for it when I ordered, I probably didn't want it on my burger. Could've been a nice quick lunch, but pickles. read more

I've come here a couple of times since it opened whenever I'm craving greasy fast food and it always hit the spot. However, this place definitely needs better management and training, since they always forget at least one topping for my order. This especially sucks when it's a topping you have to pay extra for and end up not even getting. It's clearly an organization issue since I had to ask someone who was both working the grill and the cash register make my shake after they gave me the rest of my order. Used to be a big fan of the Five Guys in Bsy Ridge until they closed. Was my family's long standing weekly tradition until recently. Been to several other Five Guys locations as well and the cheeseburgers are uniformly excellent and big by anyone's standards. This location carries on fulfilling my weekly fix for the all american fast meal. Head and shoulders above all hamburger chains and diners in Brooklyn when you factor in the consistency of the quality of the food. Been here for almost an hour!!!!!. My bf went to them asking about our food. Everyone that came after us all got their food and left. And we are still here waiting. They said that they forgot to print the ticket. For the order to be made..... I am hungry and I just want my food. Still waiting while writing this review ...... Very upset. And when they finally started making the order my bf was standing there watching them make it and saw that there was no bacon on the burger and when he asked if there was bacon on it the worker said yes. Another worker came to help make the hotdog and it was clear that there was no bacon on it. When my bf told that worker to put bacon on it she did and he asked her to check the other two burgers that we ordered if there was bacon on it and when she checked there wasn't any. She had to open up the burger and stuff bacon in there which made the entire burger extremely messy. I normally do not write reviews unless it's necessary. Typical fast food restaurant that serves average burgers and are priced higher due to the amount of toppings you can add. I don't get why they smash/flatten the burger and let all the juices out but, that their cooking style. I believe the real star of their menu is the flavorful Cajun fries but, it could be a hit or miss(soggy) and you can see where your potatoes are produced from. The serving of the fries are about two serving so that a plus. You can grab a handful of free peanuts while you wait for your food. They have these cool soda machine and you can create/experiment any combination you can think of. read more

We were at this Five Guys location on Monday, November 23 during lunchtime. The service was excellent, and the food was exceptional! The young man at the register helped us with our order and explained the process. We loved the salted peanuts, they were fresh and delicious. The cheeseburgers, fries and shakes were the best we ever tasted. Everything here is freshly made, nothing is frozen and you can taste the difference. We ordered the medium fries and the portion was huge, so generous! Definitely coming back here for our fix! read more
