Super fries at Five Guys! The french fries are really yummy and fresh, being crispy on the outside while creamy on the inside. The burger was merely okay -- the bun fell apart really easily and wasn't that flavorful. I do appreciate the large variety of toppings you can add to the burger though! Note that the mini refers to just one patty vs. two. This location is convenient and the service was great. It's a short menu, and we got our food incredibly fast and took it to-go, but it was largely clean and has some simple seating inside. Glad to have tried it!

The burgers are fresh and hot. Fries are ok. They give you plenty for your money. Service is quick. The ambiance - Nothing jumps out as spectacular. Typical 5 guys! Efficient and worth coming back! Had the lettuce wrap burger- surprise the burger was not in a boat so I can eat out of the boat. Had to get a separate plate so I would not make a mess when I ate.

Today I was in the mood for a fast food (but not too fast) burger and decided to give Five Guys a go. Their $3.99 delivery fee is a little steep... but the food is moderately priced, so it was worth it. Delivery came quickly in about 30min. I tried the bunless, lettuce wrapped bacon cheeseburger and it was very, very good (the pictures don't do it justice). You can get as many extra toppings as you want, and it was a really well sized burger overall. If you need your burger fix, this five guys is a trusty option!

Good and convenient location in downtown Brookyln. Service is quick if you don't go during the height of the lunch hour. Burgers - 1 patty or 2, bun or no bun - you choose... and options of toppings..get some or all.. your choice... watch them cook your burger and put it together while you wait. Love the little bacon cheeseburger (single patty)! Just right unless you are hungry... Fries - either regular or cajun fries...if you like spicy go for the cajun. They are very generous here with the fries...order a small and it's like you are getting a medium. Don't forget milkshakes...to top it off...

This 5 Guys is among, if not the best run chain fast food joint in Brooklyn. It's extremely reliable with hot fresh cut fries - real potatoes fried in peanut oil on par with upscale restaurants in Manhattan. Their burgers are fantastic too. Plus they have numerous fountain soda flavors including MANY calorie free options (CokeZero is my go-to - it's very hard to find in Brooklyn). Also on days like Easter when almost every other place is closed you can head here and find an open door. The restaurant is kept clean and employees are always friendly. Further they proved themselves elite for fast food in their pandemic response. EVERY time I've been to this location - EVERY employee has their mask on PROPERLY. I don't know how they do it (great training - great managers - great employees) but it works and I know I will never be disappointed if I come here. Thank you 5 Guys Metrotech. You rock.

I ordered a double cheese burger, medium Cajun fries and an Oreo Milkshake. Price is not cheap, $20 for lunch. When I order burger, I always get a milkshake. To me milkshake always goes well with burger. Normally their burger is pretty juicy. But, this time the patty was kind dry. Fries and milkshake didn't disappoint me. Yes, I would definitely going back again.

Five Guys and Me. I love love love five guys. Juicy burger, free peanuts and "small" fries that overflow into the bag. No complaints, just burgers.

I've heard good and bad things about Five Guys so I decided to try it one day while in the neighborhood. I ordered a small cheese burger and a strawberry milk shake to go. Total was ~$11. They offer free toppings for the burgers (lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, etc.) but I just kept light and ordered a small cheeseburger with lettuce. I've heard good things about their fries from previous yelp reviews, but unfortunately, I didn't order them. I opted for a strawberry milkshake instead, I believe they only have one size. Expect a bit of a wait around lunch time (they make it on the spot). It was a pretty solid burger. The meat was so flavorful and juicy, not chewy at all. Melts in your mouth. The strawberry milkshake has a watery consistency, but I prefer my milkshakes thicker. HOWEVER, you taste small chunks of strawberry throughout the milkshake, which I absolutely loved.

It is simply the best hamburger I have ever tasted in my life. I used to think that Shake Shack was unbeatable, but Five Guys is just better. That is if you're looking for this type of burger: t is a little bit greasier (the burger, not the bun), the fries are excellent, specially the Cajun fries. This is burger that you have to try if you're ever in the cities that are served by this, the fastest growing fast food restaurant in the US. It is on the expensive side of the fast food spectrum, but it is well worth spending those extra dollars.

Good and fresh. I called ahead and enjoyed my order at the restaurant. I really like Five Guys. The fries are so good. I got a grilled cheese and asked for lettuce and tomato. I think I'm going to do that more often! This location is loud and busy. Ppl tend to eat and get out of there really fast.

Friendly waitress greeted us and sat us immediately. Menu's came out and they recommended a pizza and burger. We agreed and ordered. Place started to pick up and get busy immediately after we ordered. Food came out pretty quickly. We each had a burger. Not a lot of options on the menu but we all tried the emily burger. It was worth it. Think, juicy and with an amazingly unique taste. The ingredients were high quality, the burger cooked to perfection. The table also split the modern pizza (I think). Not sure what to expect from this one but turns out it was perfect, unique and delicious. The cheese taste really shined through. Overall, we were super happy with the food here. Both restaurants have been in business for well over half a century with well-deserved accolades. Despite having grown up in Brooklyn, I hadn't been to either before this year. I read reviews and actually asked ChatGPT what to order at R-N-R. We went with its suggestion: medium roast beef with cheese, onion rings, root beer and lemonade. My sandwich was more well-done than requested. They don't offer 'rare'. The few bites with red meat were infinitely better than the rest of the sandwich. The roll, as everyone points out, is baked in house. Though light and puffy, it didn't outweigh overdone beef. Onion rings were great, root beer average, and lemonade -- per my husband who loves lemonade -- excellent. While I wouldn't balk about returning, my vote goes to Brennan and Carr, though truly, when cooked as requested there is no substantial difference. If you take the train, get off at Sheepshead Bay Road and head south. Turn left at Emmons Avenue and keep walking. Twenty minutes all told.

I ordered: * Truffle Maker ($11.59) * Truffle Parmesan Fries ($6.50) * Chicken Bites with BBQ sauce ($8.05) * Large Yuzu Honey Lemonade ($4.00) Truffle maker was pretty good and I was glad I was able to remove the caramelized onions and truffle aioli (I'm picky). The bun is soft and sweet and the burger has a good amount of sautéed mushrooms. Truffle Parmesan fries were pretty standard, but still very good. Yuzu honey lemonade has bits of citrus at the bottom of the drink and it was refreshing. I saved the chicken bites hours later and it was still pretty crispy after being microwave. Texture was reminiscent of Taiwanese popcorn chicken, nicely seasoned. Overall had a pleasant experience, I definitely want to return and try the rest of their menu.

The taste of their burgers is different from most of the burger places I have tried before. I have also ordered Yuzu Honey Lemonade. I was trying to taste the honey in the lemonade. I guess I was expecting too much. The drink was refreshing. I may try the Matcha Yuzu Lemonade next. I met a gentleman who goes by the name Ten P aka 10pushups on IG. He recommended that I try his cola shake. That is what I got, plus the whipped cream. I was honestly looking for the taste of Coca-Cola because Cola is in the name. Regardless of what I expected, the shake was pretty good. I am not a shake person, so when he asked me to try it, I made an exception. Overall: I plan on coming back to Bun Haus. This was good eats.

We both went with rare roast beef, cheese and onions. T asked for his double-dipped in gravy. Yum! Short of five stars, but yum nonetheless. We ordered two unhealthy sides which added to the decadence of our lunch: corn fritters and onion rings. If you only get one, go with the fritters. The place is busy. I already knew I wanted the double cheeseburger with bacon and egg, so it didn't take me long to place my order. I definitely enjoyed sitting at the bar because the restaurant has an open-kitchen concept. You can watch the chefs prepare the food, which is always enjoyable for me. The burger itself was definitely an experience! It was beautifully presented, and everything was cooked to perfection. Honorable mention goes to the pepper on the thick-cut bacon- it added a nice savory kick to the burger. I had really been looking forward to trying it because I recently passed by Au Cheval in Chicago, but the wait was extremely long, so I didn't get the chance to go. This burger was definitely good. It's not at the top of my list, but it was worth the experience. I must say, it's also extremely high-end price-wise. For just the burger with bacon and egg, plus tax and tip, I paid about $47. Again, it was a treat, but not necessarily one I'd order again. I'd love to try some of the city's other standout burgers before returning for this one. Would I recommend it? Absolutely! Would I return? Sure, but I would probably try something other than the burger next time.
