If you're okay with this, then have at it. But just remember this review when you smell this under seasoned chunk of rancid meat you just spent your hard earned money on. The first thing I noticed cutting into this burger was the scent. It was FOUL. And then I instantly remembered why it has been 2 years since I visited this place. Same experience. This meat cannot be fresh whatsoever. It stinks. But to no surprise, it mirrors the poor quality of the fries (mid at best) and the knock off hidden valley ranch disguised as a house ranch you have to pay extra for. TBH the idea of a burger spot specializing in turkey burgers is really unique and opens up options that are both simple and satisfying. However, the turkey-- where you buy it, how you store it and the overall quality is the star of the show, and this ain't it. Simply put, it's not for me. I could not eat this food. Not to mention I feel there is a bit of deflection on the workers part when a concern is politely brought to their attention. The food, guaranteed IS NOT FRESH. I recommend Chinollo across the street. Fresh, high quality and juicy farm raised meats paired with equally high quality sides made in house (not frozen), fresh veg, fresh hand cut fries, house made sodas, milk teas and teas; nothing reeks of left over food being sold at ransom prices

The burger was a mess when I got home, the bun was soggy with the juice of the meat and the sauce. Plenty of napkins needed; however, the charred meat combined with it's flavor and the sauce made this a perfect meal. Ate it like a savage with sauce dripping at every bite. Today I looked at some reviews and a Yelper noted that he would challenge anyone to try the chili and to disagree that this chili was one of the best ones around. Well, I accepted the challenge and ordered a chilli burger, in case the chilli sucked, I could always just eat the burger. However, the chilli is very tasty and not oily as some other places I have tried. I concur with the other Yelper and would say that this is one of the best chilli I've had in a long, long, long time. The location is nothing to write about but you can always close your eyes when ordering and they will be open once you take a bite, at least of these three items I reviewed. Service was friendly, but as others have suggested, call your order in advance. You might encounter a long wait when you show up and get in line to order at the window. I will continue to frequent this location and will try a hot dog or chili dog next time.

I see that in the past year that this chain has exploded. This particular location seems to be busy pretty often. I like the simple decor of the place. Very Chipotle style but for burgers. I guess it is the new way to run the business. I came up to order the girl was kind of nice, could have been more enthusiastic but it is OK its 5 guys. I order the bacon cheese burger, regular fresh cut fries and a regular drink. My total came to $13 and that is including tax. I was expecting something around $10 dollars but aye $3 won't make me go broke. The fries were pretty dark but I liked the flavor. The burger was pretty good but there was no salt or seasoning on the burger. I got it traditional mayo, lettuce, tomato and pickle. Yes the peanuts were a good start. The bacon had pretty good flavor. I think for the average consumer this place will a little but expensive. I think this will slow them down in the future. Too much competition in the burger business. Maybe in the future they will put some specials who knows. PS: You cannot really compare In -n- Out with this place. Very different. Just ordered some burgers to go from here and they are huge--made fresh to order. It was a quite weird and empowering being forced to customize the toppings on your burger, from the veggies to whatever sauce you like. I opted just for cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onion, pickles, and grilled mushrooms, and hold the sauce. In the end, the sucker weighed a pound or more. Meat patty was thick and juicy, but without sauce there was something lacking in flavor to me, maybe A-1 or bbq might do the trick. I may not be the biggest burger boy out there, but I have started to like this staple of the American diet. Five guys is more expensive than most fast food burgers so take advantage of the unlimited toppings. The Bacon Cheeseburger was good. If I'm going to gain 2 lbs for lunch, I might as well go all out. Also get the fries. They are too salty, but its a great deal because the pack the bag with them. The free peanuts were a nice idea that really didn't taste very fresh. The line wasn't bad when we went. Maybe it isn't as popular as it used to be. Five Guys may not be five stars, but it is good. read more

I am traumatized from getting food at this discriminating yelling shouting and barking nonsense orders to already know what to do during a pandemic where they changed all the store rules joke of a food service joint. I said that I didn't know how they organized to get food, but they argued for no reason that me, new to the store, already knew, then the big loud White staff woman shouted I was killing her for entering the store exactly according to the posted signs instructions all over their door and on their store front. Good burgers a bit different from In-N-Out. Ordered online to beat the lines and picked up the food at the suggested time. Turns out, the food was slightly cold and soggy (we selected a lot of sauces). Went to this joint before and ordered in without this problem. All their regular burgers come with 2 patties! One of the top five burgers I've had in recent memory. This restaurant provides excellent customer service with the food to back it up. The burgers come with plenty of optional toppings and a lot of flavor. The french fries were good, skin on. A little more expensive than In n out, but worth it. A good alternative. The only reason I visit this chain is that it's close to Carson IKEA. If you like a large quantity of fries like I do, this is a option, I the burger is good with lots of choices although I wouldn't say it's a great tasting burger.
