This a top notch Five Guys location. The service is always excellent. The cashiers and burger masters are always friendly, upbeat, and lively. The music they play there is at a perfect level and always enjoyable. I go to this location at least once a month, especially right before 10PM when they close after having been out beforehand. The burgers are always made to specification and the Cajun fries are a masterpiece. I have absolutely no complaints about this Five Guys spot. If I wanted fries it would've been $15!! Come on, what place doesn't include fries with a hot dog??!! It, cool, great burgers and fries, and the free peanuts are great, nice clean, friendly.

I prefer healthier offerings and therefore can only give Five Guys a 4 star rating. The taste of the burger is good, but it's too greasy, and the fries are not as flavorful as McDonald's. But there is a wide variety of toppings and the service is fast and accurate. My children, preteens and teenagers, love this place, even the vegetarian college students like their grilled cheese sandwich. A great place for those who don't have to worry about the fat and cholesterol.! :) read more

Latasha was super friendly and inviting. She was very patient with my five year old and very polite. If I ever come back to this location, it would be because of how inviting she was my first time there. Food took a bit to cook but everything came out perfect! The only downfall, maybe all Five Guys locations are like this, is that you have to pay for the burger, fries, and drink all separate from each other which adds up. This is a standard Five Guys. The price is a bit high for what is essentially slightly higher quality fast food, but if you eat enough free peanuts you get your money's worth. This is my first review, and I've never been more disgusted by a restaurant before. I work in customer service and this has been one of the worst experiences i've dealt with. Firstly I ordered a grilled cheese and a REGULAR size fry (keep that in mind). I took my food to go, so I didn't inspect what was inside. When I got home I saw that they gave me a little size fry, although I ordered a larger size. So I decided to call the establishment to fix my order and give me my correct size fry, and let me tell you they were SUPER disrespectful. The woman I spoke to, who i'm guessing was the manager was super disrespectful and completely gaslighted the situation. She spoke, over me, told me it was my fault, and that" it's just fries, it's just fries. SMH. I will never be back, and plus the food was cold anyway. Save your money, time and dignity and just go to mickeys down the street. At least you'll get your correct order at an affordable price, with warm food and with nice workers. My experience was the worst.....The service was horrific and the restaurant was filthy. The dining room was dirty and the bathroom was not clean an had no soap. How are the employees washing their hand, as stipulated by your signage. I ordered a single cheeseburger, small fry and a vanilla shake. The burger had only cheese on it as I ordered, but it was not hot. The purpose of ordering a fresh burger is for it to be piping hot. The fries were cold (no excuse for that). I didn't receive my vanilla shake with my order, I had to ask for it. The cashier said to me when I told him I didn't receive my shake, could I wait until he serviced the line (five deep) of customers. I stated that I had my food already and wasn't going to wait. At that time, I asked someone else to help me. He tried working the shake machine and said it was not solid . I had to wait until the cashier drained the machine to get the shake to be frozen. I wiped off my table and ate my cold and horrible food to tune of $20.00 dollars. Never again will I eat at Five Guys again , its my fourth and final time. You get an amaZing cup of yummy fries!!!! No need to order a large, the regular size is more than enough for your empty belly! My regular cup fed 3 people. We olson ordered a bacon burger and a bacon cheese hot dog. The hit dog was just average... Nothing that u can't make at home- just a Oscar Meyer wiener split down the middle, fried, and binned next to some bacon and sliced cheese. It would have been better if it had a cheese sauce. This place is overpriced, but I do love the occasional homemade tasting burgers. I have not been inside this location because I ordered online and had someone pick it up- which is a great option.He said that it was hard to find. Overall, the fries are awesome.
