Went here for the first time today May 30 2026 First I would like to comment on how neat and squeaky clean this place is! They have a nice deck outside that is equally as well kept and lots of umbrellas to keep you out of the sun. I guess I better get to the food. I had a hotdog with chili and onions with french fries. It was very good and just a hair over $12.00 no drink. The employees are very friendly and accommodating and the service is excellent. Next time I'm going to try the hamburgers. 5 stars for the food, owner and prices. They have a courtyard out back, with fans, but no indoor seating. We had a burger, a couple of hotdogs and a cold beer. The owner threw in a koozie for the beer which is a nice touch. You order inside at the counter and find a table outside and someone brings your order to you. We asked this person for a cuo of ice but they don't have any ice. Owner confirmed this fact. Seems odd, particularly for a place where you're eating outside . Anyway, food runner didn't show much of a personality (as opposed to the owner/chef who was very personable) but, they do have to work outside and clean off tables so, there is that. Anyway, the fans create a nice breeze but we'll wait till the fall to head on back over and enjoy some more food. read more

We were super excited to try this place- a few positives: space is really clean, good parking, and staff is very friendly. The hotdog was lacking in that punch of flavor we were hoping for- the "chili" was just ground beef- very mild flavors- I added the grilled peppers and onions. We had lunch after our family Putt Putt game at Pirate Cove in Daytona Beach Florida and our time on the beach. The Hot dogs were awesome! They were Foot long Dawgs! Mine was served with a Habenero Mango Relish & Onions with Onion Petals on the side and a Asian Slaw. It was very good!! Everyone got something different and I didn't want to bother them with photos. The dining area is outside outback dining court, very nice! Definitely would go back again. I remember Deacon got a Burger with cheese sauce on the side & his burger was steamed & very Juicy. An amazing place for hot dogs and burgers. I visited there and had the Reuben Dog and the Pit Road Dog. Both were delicious the the right amount of sauce on both so they're not messy, but just the right amount. They make there burgers and dogs to order, so you may have to wait a minute. The have a patio in back with plenty of fans and umbrellas on hot days. My favorite on another visit was the steamed burger. Juicy and tasty! read more

When you take your first bite, it's till hot! It was amazing! So tasty and juicy. You have to give it it a try! Had those with the their onion petals and fried zucchini. They were so good! Went back two days later for more burgers. Tried my husband's hotdogs as well. Hotdogs were tasty! We tried the Reuben's and the Pit RoadI, both great. Love the buns that they use. Such a great place! The staff and owner were awesome, and so accommodating! As soon as we walked in it felt so welcoming. Their menu suggestestions were perfect, and everything they recommended was delicious! The food was reallr good, and the hot dogs are served on grilled bread. So unique and a really good balance being that we often feel like hot dogs buns are so much bread! The seating is all outdoors, but with the tree cover, umbrellas, and fans it was really comfortable! Have to try the steamed burger!! It is absolutely delicious, one of the best burgers I've ever had. The dogs are beautifully dressed and served in a brioche bun and the homemade condiments will blow your mind! They are not messy and easy to eat. They come with a sleeve that lets you hold the hotdog with lout getting all messy. The back patio has a ton of shad and has plenty of fans, and is inviting. Can't wait for my next visit to Florida just so I can eat here again. read more

Dining here has been long time coming...kept missing it because they close by 7pm...the only downside to this joint. Quaint little hot dog bar - clean, updated, very nice courtyard in the back to enjoy the yummy food. I got the new addition to the menu that is the peanut butter/bacon dawg...it was awesome!!! I haven't had the whole menu. though I was so excited to have the peanut butter hot dog and I got it. the bun is 2 slices of regular bread. the dog is extremely thin. this was not what I was expecting and my "want" to like this place superseded an honest review. they probably spend .30 cents to make the food and turn and sell it for like 7 or 8 dollars a dog. it wasn't worth the money. if you want the same quality just go to Costco and get the 1.50 dog read more

The employees there are very nice, the restaurant is nice and clean and the dining area in the back is SUPER cute very clean and shaded. Now, I've gotten steak fries Twice and they are pretty okay for steak fries. I also got a burger and for me that was a bit disappointing. There was no seasoning on the meat itself (cooked well) I didn't get the toppings that I ordered (online order) and my bottom bun was literally soggy. The top bun was toasted perfectly! While dropping my daughter off around the corner at BCU we found this nice quaint little Hot Dog spot. Owner and his son were super friendly. Good quality dogs with the fixings. I can't wait to go back! I really enjoyed the food here and the service was excellent. The gentlemen who served me, who may have been the owner, was so nice and helpful! He offered to put the toppings on the side for me to add when I got home, and even brought it out to my car when ready. It's so infrequent that you get great service like that, so it was a pleasant surprise. I'm usually the type to peel off parts of the bun, but it tasted so good and they were cooked to perfection, I ate every bite. The steak fries were crispy, hot, and tasted great.
