No apology, no offer to make it right, no customer service recovery at all. They also forgot to include a spoon for my ice cream. Mistakes happen, but how they're handled matters. This response lacked the courtesy and care Chick-fil-A is usually known for. Hopefully they take feedback like this seriously and do better in the future.
