    Patty melt!

It's good, albeit a bit pricey for burgers. Massive loads of fries though. For extra bang for your buck, check out the secret menu items.

Cheeseburger + extra patty (aka triple cheeseburger)

The food is great, but their logistics are awful. I ordered ahead online from my car in the parking lot to avoid standing inside around all the people (it was pretty crowded). I waited until my pickup time, then went inside and found somewhere to stand where I felt safe and waited about 15 minutes as people came in, ordered, got their food and left. I realized something was off when I saw someone else come in and "check in" with the cashier then the cashier shouted her name to the cooks and they started making her order. This is how I learned that even when you order ahead, nothing happens until you arrive AND tell them you're there (aka there is no point to ordering in advance). I then checked in and of course had to wait another 5-10 minutes for my burger. The burger was excellent! However, I'll never get that 30+ minutes of my life back. In all the restaurants I've been to during the pandemic, I've never heard of any process like this and it seems very odd and pointless to me... but now I know! P.S. a "cheese burger" is really a double cheese burger, so don't spend the extra $2 to add a patty... you'll end up with a huge triple cheeseburger (and outrageous cholesterol).

    Yum it's smiling at me!

I was really happy to eat here! I've been watching my cholesterol and decreasing my consumption of unhealthy food for a good month and now I get some burger time! In lieu of a tofu wrap, I'm biting down on a beautiful burger. I ordered the small burger with everything on it and I'm good to go! The Cajun fries are spectacular. So here is how it goes... I grab the food when it's ready and pump out some ketchup into a cup and sit down. I tear open the bag to find what's likely a 20 oz cup overflowing with fries! So I set my burger in front of me and start munching on fries. Oooooh boy! I could not stop. I was grabbing them by the threes, dunking them in ketchup and slaughtering that French fry village. It was horror! A man's voice cried out from somewhere in the distance. A mother shielded her child's eyes from the grotesque spectacle. The singing of birds came to an abrupt end. It took about three minutes of this carnage for me to REALIZE what I was doing, another minute to stop, and about five minutes of looking myself in the bathroom mirror sobbing before I returned and began to eat my actual burger. Had I been provided some ranch or honey mustard with those Cajun fries, I may be stuck in an endless loop a la Groundhogs Day where I stay there and consume their Cajun fries forever. I'm torn between five guys and Homerun burger! I must say that homerun burger makes a beautiful burger, but both are delicious and fresh. Compromise! Five guys for lunch, homerun for dinner! Yaaaay I can only win. But my cholesterol levels lose. Worth it. I'll start eating salads in my 50s.

MR says ... this is the IN and OUT burger of louisville MRS says ... i love peanuts and the fact they served bulk peanuts ~ its as good as it gets! no questions on portions. my goodness! if i've known how generous their portions are on french fries i could have shared with MR but fries were that good i had to make room. don't be fooled by their "LITTLE" burgers ... it's not "LITTLE" at all, if you're a giant likely but average AMERICAN size it's enough to fill your stomach. they load your burgers with all the fixing you like. to the max!

Let me begin by saying if I were rating this Five Guys on the customer service it would be 5 STARS hands down. There were no less than 10 employees that I could see. 2 taking orders, 6 behind the line, 1 continually cleaning the dining area and 1 that seemed to be doing a little bit of everything. Kudos to these folks below... CASHIER: Chelsea G., was welcoming and genuinely friendly. She also saved me from ordering the regular sized fries offering me the Little Fry instead, plenty of fries for one person. COOKS: All wearing gloves! FOOD EXPEDITOR: Handed me my bag with a :) and a thank you. CLEANER: Great job keeping the front of the house clean! Now on to the food... This was my first visit to a Five Guys and my only expectations were awesome fries, so I heard. I wish it were true...the fries were flavorful yet lukewarm at best, too greasy and soft, not the way I like my fries. My grilled cheese-lukewarm, 3/4 of the way melted cheese and sorta soggy...the food needs some improvement ASAP! I would recommend serving the grilled cheese in something that doesn't allow the steam to make it soggy, cook the fries a little longer and just slow down. I appreciate the extremely quick service to a point, however if you guys would take just a couple extra minutes per order the quality of the food will skyrocket.

All the usual suspects. Smartly ordered you'll hit the spot with east coast chain.

My wife, ever diligent, ordered grilled chicken strips and a side salad. I believe her order came with 3 "strips" and some "nuggets", probably from broken strips. They were dry and flavorless. Inedible without sauce which wasn't offered. We had to go to the counter for sauce as well as salt & pepper. Her side salad, was a small plate with a few lettuce leaves, cut tomatoes, hard boiled egg and lots of croutons for filler. Me? I chose the Swiss mushroom burger. Kudos here. Hot, juicy, and tasty. The "ding"? When food is freshly cooked, there's simply no excuse for lukewarm fries served with a hot burger. The taco salad, ordered by my son in law, was, as he put it, "off". He didn't eat more than a couple of bites. One other thing, we had a group of six. And with the seating setup, we couldn't sit together. All in all, Jaggers is a "one and done".

Ripe beef steak tomatoes sliced thick enough and not mushy. Thinly sliced onions that provide the right amount of bite and crunch. Iceberg lettuce that is firm and not wilted from the heat of the cooked patties. And a well made bun that provides the vehicle to bring that Sammy home. Here a toasted bun can be a good solution to holding everything in place until that last bite.

I ordered from the app, which told me 9 min to have my order ready. Great I am 10 min away. I arrived at 11:34 no one was in the drive through line, the nice young lady asked me to park and Wait. No big deal. I set there and watched car after car get there food, pull in and wait until the nice young lady brought out their food. I asked her at one point when my was coming out and she said let me check. She returned and ask if I would wait inside since she had no idea how much longer it would be. I went inside and asked when was my order ready because if it was going to be much longer I wanted to cancel my order. I was told if I would stop arguing She could get it ready. Now that really -pissed me off. I was not arguing, I was trying to find out much longer it was going to take for my order to be prepared. The order had been placed 30 min prior to me finding myself standing there waiting on my order. In a few minutes I did get my order. The time stamp on the ticket was 11:49 30 min plus since I had placed my order. I can understand issues, I can understand delays, just tell me , we missed your order, it took longer than expected, want ever.... But do not be insulting when I am trying to get information. And to top it all off, my fries were cold and under cooked. Not an enjoyable lunch by any means. I did not cancel today's order, but I will think long and hard before placing another one. Was given an incomplete order from what I had repeated twice and paid for, so I completed the survey. The manager Jennifer Fuchs emailed me and said they would remake my order for me but gave me no way to redeem it and now is ghosting me. What kind of service is that? Sounds like everyone there including the GM needs to find new employment elsewhere.
