Well, l finally made it to Jack in the Box in Louisville! I live a few miles away and have been waiting for the right time. I grew up with JITB in So Cal but oddly only remember the very late night runs there for Monster Tacos! IYKYK!! Today I drove thru and ordered the #9 combo; smashed burger with fries and a drink. Sadly they do not carry Coke Zero, only Diet Coke and is a pale substitute, at best. The lady who took my order and eventually served me at the window was very friendly, well spoken, and efficient. From the window, the inside looked new still, very clean and everyone was working on something. My fries didn't stay warm very long for a less than 3 mile drive home, but were ok. (My dog liked them!) They remind me of Burger King fries. There were plenty in the box though! The burger was still quite warm and put together nicely. 1/4 lb Beef patty, cheese, pickles, thousand island dressing they call Boss Sauce, and grilled onions on a fresh brioche bun. Tasty burger! Friendly customer service. The menu is overwhelming. I love how bright and I catching it is. I enjoyed the variety on the menu. I tried the five piece mini tacos with avocado lime sauce and they were fresh appetizer size delicious sauce, friendly customer service. I couldn't ask for anything more. Restaurant is located near groceries shopping interstate. I went through the drive-through. I can't tell you much about the inside parking lot is a little hard to get in and out of on the days. It may be a little busy shopping. read more

This was my first time at a Jack in the Box (they are newer to my area). My son and I went through the drive thru for a quick bite. I ordered an unless burger and was happy with the product. The fries were good--hot and crispy. My son loved his meal. Looking forward to returning. read more

I've seen this place for a few weeks but didn't get to stop into the location until tonight. It's 22:25 and the drive through has a small line with wait times of about 10-12 minutes at this point from what I see. Could just be prep and night. Ordered the tacos and jalapeño poppers. Staff was friendly and made sure I got my sauces. This chain is one of my favorites from when I lived in St. Louis. I'm going to come back and try the lobby. My food was hot! read more

I ordered through the app for a deal. I chose the carry out option and my order said it was ready within 10 minutes. I proceeded to wait a few more minutes because it was not in the online carry out stand. I went to the front counter to ask an employee about my order but 3 of them were looking at their phones and took almost 5 minutes to attend to me. It turned out they had placed my order where people pick it up them on the drive through area. The label on the bag said take out. These workers are incompetent. I'm only giving 2 stars because the taco was decent and the burger was delicious. read more

First off I would like to think the manager that was on duty Sunday, August 10, 2025 miss Jessica. I really appreciate you because you went above and beyond when my order was not correct. It was unexpected and most appreciated. So I finally decided to try the new Jack-in-the-Box on Westport Road and the Westport Plaza shopping area. I am not a big fan of Jack-in-the-Box because other Jack-in-the-Box that I've been to the food wasn't that great but since it's new, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the number seven which is the smash buttery smash and with some fries and a sweet tea unfortunately, my order was not correct the first time but when I called Jessica was very nice and she told me to bring in my receipt which I did have as well and I brought the burger with me as well And once we determined that it was not the burger that I ordered she replaced my burger and also gave me new fries. It really wasn't expected, but I just wanted the replacement burger, which I got without any difficulty and the staff there while they may be young they are professional And I think given more time it will be a very well very well oiled machine. My fries were hot as well as my new burger again thank you so much for this experience. I will be coming back to try other things on the menu so if you're over on Westport Road down by Westport Plaza Feeling a little adventurous, give Jack-in-the-Box a try cause it is actually way better than I expected from my past experiences with Jack-in-the-Box. read more

I had the benefit of being there when they were doing their morning routine so they were still cleaning. I've watched a lot of fast food restaurants basically just hit the main areas and skip out on under the tables and booths but that was not happening here. The cleaning was very thorough. They were having some computer problems at the time but they went ahead and took my order at no charge. I've seen restaurants do that but most fast food joints I've been to just say they can't take your order right now. Staff was super friendly and apologetic. Food was above average for fast food breakfast. I was bummed when the Arby's near my work stopped serving breakfast and they were one of the few that offered a bacon/egg/cheese croissant. Not only did JiB have one but they added ham to it and it was much better than the Arby's croissant (croissant wasn't dried out like Arby's often are and don't get me started on McDonald's biscuits, "would you like that brick or soggy style?"). Hash brown was good and about twice the size of McD's, but then who's isn't. That's my experience here and I think it warrants 5 stars. It's fast food, and for that caliber of restaurant I thought it was pretty good. read more

Since their system seems to limit their ability to make a burger with the toppings the customer wants, we will not go back to any Jack In The Box. First, you have to tell them what to leave off and then what you would like to add to the sandwich. We wanted a cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. We got cold burgers with unmelted cheese and mayo only. Every time we've tried to place what should be a simple order, it's an ordeal for them, and they never get it right the first time. It's not the workers; it's their system for workers to place an order. IT people should not be in charge of making a sandwich. read more

Visited the Westport road location yesterday 6/7/2025 at about 4pm. I requested a gift card. I was told to pull to window 1.. then "A manager will be here to do this" NOT ONLY could this manager not load a gift card (he couldn't figure out how) nor could the lady trying to help him. After 10 minutes, I was asked to pull out front to a parking spot while they tried to "figure this out" I then waited FOURTEEN MINUTES and the woman came out to tell me "The manager wants you to come inside while he's trying to figure this out" Are you KIDDING ME?!! For a gift card! She tried explaining the "location had only been open a month" OH well! The cash register is the first thing that everyone should be trained on!! I spent 24 minutes of my life and didn't even get the gift card! Which was for my Grandmas 90th BIRTHDAY party that I was NOW very late for!!! What an absolute joke! I will NEVER visit this location again. Why didn't he just call someone (even another location and just ask what to do?!!!) Zero stars!!!! Newly opened location. Counter service was great. Fries were delicious and served piping hot. Unfortunately, the burger let them down - the beef had zero flavor. Two suits were sitting in the dining room on their computers - if that had been my business, I would be walking around asking customers how they enjoyed their dining experience. Fries not enough to get me back in the door. $23 for 3 burgers, 1 large fry and no drinks. read more
