My review..My opinion.IJS... Went back to 5Guys been a couple years. Wanted to see if that flavor had come back.. no...It was ok burger, not as much flavor as the first time I tasted, cheese had not melted, a lot of mayo.. Fries were good but not great. The top had fresh fries, the bottom had old fries. I gave a 4 because it was just ok, but not finger linkin good!! I'm looking for that famous slab somebody burger..My review..My opinion..IJS

We came in around 9:30 PM to get a burger patty for our dog. It was close to closing time, so I was surprised to see others still ordering and waiting. We ordered the burger patty ($2.00) and decided to get a couple fries for ourselves too... and wow, $7.79 for a large fries? Kind of ridiculous in price, but we still ordered two. The fries were two large cups and the employee filled up half the bag for us too. We ended up waiting about 15 to 20 minutes... for just a single burger patty and two fries... Overall... it was a long wait, expensive food, and we ended up needing to air fry the fries when we got home because they were just too soggy. The customer service was great and the girl packing all the takeout bags was very friendly... Despite the nice employee, it was just not a fun experience.

I normally love five guys but lately it's just been bad. Soggy and over salted fries. Today was the last time going when I was given my burger with burnt and disgusting bacon.

Delicious as always! My only complaints are: bun goes soggy too fast and fries are over cooked. Otherwise I love coming here!

I finally made it back to my hometown and had to stop by Portillo's in Moreno Valley again!!!!…read more This was the first time I decided to try their burgers and boy I'm glad I did because I've definitely been missing out. The char-grilled burgers were cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings. The Italian beef sandwich was tender, juicy, and even better with the hot and spicy peppers that added the perfect kick. The French fries were hot, crispy, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt. And if you're ordering fries, the cheese sauce is a must--it takes them to the next level! Daughter had the Chopped Salad with spicy chicken, and it was fresh, crisp, and packed with flavor. The spicy chicken added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the salad. The portions were generous, the food came out fresh, and the staff was friendly. If you're looking for delicious burgers, amazing Italian beef sandwiches, crispy fries with cheese sauce, and a fresh, satisfying salad, Portillo's in Moreno Valley is definitely worth a visit!

I ordered the chili dog with onions and got a side of nacho type cheese to dip it in and for the Fries...... Not bad overall, but the chili had BEANS in it and was too watery. It needs to be THICK like at Tommy's and Cupid's. The fries were no big deal. Speedy service, as the inside was just about empty on Thursday around 3 p.m. How about selling just the raw dogs so we can take them home and make our own? These were not anywhere near as good as Cupid's in the San Fernando Valley on Winnetka.....which has been the gold standard for decades!!

The portions were much bigger than I expected--they absolutely do not skimp on serving sizes. The boneless wings were phenomenal. I honestly thought I wouldn't like them, but they were made with actual large pieces of chicken, not the typical frozen nuggets tossed in sauce. That was a pleasant surprise. There were a few issues with my order, but it seemed like they may have been cross-training new employees. They fixed everything immediately, were very polite, and handled the situation professionally. The food was fresh and made to order. The Jolly Rancher lemonade was , and the kiwi boba was also really good. Strawberry lemonade also I also appreciated that they have games and a coloring area to help keep kids entertained while you're waiting. My only suggestion would be to have someone at the front register at all times. I'm not sure if it was the owner or a manager helping elsewhere, but the register was unattended several times, which left customers waiting in line. They did apologize for the wait, so I appreciated that, but having someone consistently available at the register would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a good experience with great food, generous portions, and friendly customer service. I'd definitely return. *We got junkyard fries, kid cheese fries, 5 piece boneless hot Cheetoh wings with bacon ranch fries, also root beer float, cookies and cream funnel cake fries, state berry lemonade, jolly rancher lemonade with kiwi boba

For drinks/dessert we had a Strawberry Float and an Orange Creamsicle Float. We left with leftovers (so much food!) and full bellies! Great place for Fries Lovers! Highly Recommend!

This is a one-person operation, who is a vendor of the City. I had the Bacon Wrapped Hot Dog. The skin of the dog had a nice snap with each bite. The bacon was thick sliced, ye the whole dog was incredibly rich. I'd guess it didn't lack for calories. The bun was moist, yet carried everything well. I also ordered the beef street taco. Not knowing the type of beef, I asked for ground beef. Don't do that! The owner was very quick to show me the beef packaging showing that the beef was cubed Angus steak. The street taco was flavorful and good - about what you'd expect from a cubed steak taco. The hot sauce was good - just enough zing but not overpowering. They only have outdoor seating. Generally we see city employees taking their meal breaks there. On this particular lunch, it was a bit cool out, so we ate in our car. The trash cans were convenient so it was easy to throw our trash away. If we are out and about, between errands, we would stop by again.
