This was my first time here today. So the cashier was such a doll. She explained the whole menu to my family and I . She also informed me that the fries are a really good size and that I only needed one. And the young lady making the food told me that she liked my hello kitty shirt they also have free unlimited peanuts . That's different so it's cool. I wish more places were like this . Foods good but lady behind the cash register had the nastiest attitude for no apparent reason first customers of the day and very rude somebody wasn't trained correctly. Like this place for a burger and fries. Its all the do and they do it well. The fries are made fresh that's a big plus. You can get a burger anywhere but we prefer five guys because they always have good music on and the employees are always happy and energetic. I really tried to like this place but it is not up to par with in n out in my opinion. Yeah, it's good but not great. I think it's pricey for 2 regular cheeseburgers and 1 large fries. Love Five Guys but have been severely disappointed here. At most locations, they fill up almost half the bag with fries if you order a regular. At this location, I have only consistently gotten the cup filled with fries and nothing else. That is not acceptable. Have eaten at a lot of Five Guys and this one severely skimps on fries. When 5 People can eat for under 25 bucks I say thats a pretty good value Im a combo kinda gal and I am always disappointed when there is no combo to speak of. The prices are decent but if you dont like anything on your burger you might feel a bit ripped off. The toppings are what make this place so unique. Topped with the fact that while waiting for your food you can dive knee deep into boxes of peanuts they have at your disposal for you to enjoy. None of my family agrees with me, but I find the burgers only a touch drier than what I would like (that is in my humble opinion the only flaw) For 3.19 I ordered a single patty burger, but then you can top it with over 10 different toppings ranging from grilled onions/mushrooms to all kinds of sauce. The fries are well cooked. We ordered one order of regular and one Cajun. I liked them both. My hubby really loved the Cajun. The food is very good and Cajun fries are bomb! A little pricey but ok once in a while, only 4 stars because the buns really suck and fall apart after two bites every single time. Went to Five Guys last night looking for pizza because one of the yelp reviewers said they had the best pizza at Five Guys. Did not see Pizza on the menu and the workers said they never had Pizza at Five Guys. But I did see kosher hot dogs on the menu. The hot dogs are great I was able to use all the toppings that were available for their famous hamburgers which made the hot dog even better. Family members in my party had hamburgers. Use to always go here but no more.. Got jipped on our fries today.. Not even a full cup and no extra scoop. Went back to ask for more and only gave us a little extra for the regular fries and wouldn't give us any for our cajun fries even tho the cup wasn't even full. We were told we had and extra scoop, even tho we pointed out it was just the spill over from the cup. The fries were also way uncooked and barely had any seasoning.. This place is fantastic. The staff made me feel more welcome then any other restaurant ever has. They were polite, responsive, and worked efficiently. We had a semi complicated order, and everything was right though I was sure they'd get at least one thing off. The burgers- wow they're pretty fantastic. It takes a lot for a burger to stand out to me, and these certainly did. The amount of fries was ridiculous, you definitely don't need to go large with the fries. After hearing so much about Five Guys, including all the comparisons to In N' Out my husband and I decided to try it out. We went on Friday right before noon, hoping to beat the lunch crowd. Well there was no reason to worry, the place averaged around 4 customers from the time we got there until after having set down and ate our lunch. We both ordered a one patty burger with the toppings of our choosing and we shared an order of the cajun fries. Neither of us were impressed with our burgers. I thought mines was absolutely tasteless and I would have gotten up to get some salt to sprinkle on it but I had already gotten up twice for ketchup and salt hoping to add some flavor to the fries. My husband thought the added mushrooms and jalapenos would take his burger over the top but he said, "the burger was just o.k., not worth a second trip". How any one can compare Five Guys to In N' Out is beyond me, there is no comparison!! I must admit I don't care for In N' Out fries either but, their bugers still remain as the best I've ever had. read more

"Poor service" this "bad attitude" that, yelp is an archaic website designed to help promote proper reviews of businesses but it has turned into a monster that allows rude, ignorant, and petty consumers to get revenge for actions or mistakes that they sometimes don't understand. Why is it there is no review page for yelp itself? I have received yelp reviews at my job that have personally gotten me in trouble even though the customer was wrong. Yes the customer can be wrong, especially when they don't understand the entirety of the situation they feel the need to comment about. I personally hope all of you petty yelpers' children come home to you one day, crying, about how they're being punished over some yelp review that isn't even correct. To all employees whose names have been put in a negative review, screw the reviewer; it is likely some middle aged parent (who had 30 or more grammatical errors that they didn't bother correcting) that feels the need to belittle others solely because their life isn't entertaining or satisfying. Love this place! Only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but for the amount and quality of food you get, it's worth it. You can order online and have it ready for pick up too, which makes it a great alternative to those ridiculous lines at their main competitor up the street. read more
