I was the second car in line at 10:00 am today, placed my order at 10:00 am at the drive thru, paid at the window and then waited 16 min for 1 cheeseburger with grilled onion, 1 double single with raw onion and a chocolate shake the order came to just under $15. When I got to the pick up window the guy at the window says your burgers are almost ready, I asked why it took 16 min to get my order and he states "we just opened". Yet all the customers inside were seated and eating. I could have gone to a set down restaurant and got my order in the same amount of time. Sure am glad I did not order $30 worth of food, I would have waited 30 min to get my order since it took 16 min to get $15 worth of food. I went to this IN N Out location on 23035 Hemlock Avenue, Moreno Valley, 92557 tonight. First the lady taking the money was rude and did not listen to me when I tried to modify my order. To make matters worse when I got home and gave my son the patty it had a long hair on it and got in his mouth. That is very unsanitary. This location has way too many people working here around the food and they do not have hair nets on. Their hair is hanging out from under the hats they have on. I am so disgusted like my son because I tasted the patty and it was also very salty when I asked them not to put salt on the food because they put too much. All of the food went in the trash because I do not live that close to this location. The food almost came up after this experience. read more

Great In'N'Out. Seating was plentiful & so was the parking. Both can often be a rarity at In'N'Out. The server at the counter was very patient as my husband ordered in a fashion that reminded me of that lady in the movie "Good Burger" with oodles of specifications. I don't know what happened to this particular location; Kathy left and it's gone downhill ever since. I'm sure it's a coincidence, but I've been going to this location for nearly 20 years and haven't had problems until she departed about 2 yrs ago. Anyway, the wait times are incredibly long especially for what you are getting..and the prices keep rising...but that's not really the issue. They just don't seem to get your order right anymore on the first go around and after you've been sitting and waiting in the car for 30 minutes, it's pretty frustrating because then you have to go into the store and explain your situation. I went through the drive through Got all my food until I didn't As I was leaving the in n out parking lot A young lady name Fernanda Ran to the street Just to let me know they had forgetten the dog patties. Usually no other in n out in socal has nobody like Fernanda Because she agreed to meet me across the street to give me the rest of my order. I couldn't turn back around because the area is super compact. But thanks to Fernanda My three dogs got their puppy patties Thanks for grabbing my attention as soon as you realized the full order wasn't in my bag! I will be coming back more often due to Fernandas attention to detail! And also in n out has bomb food and drinks I'll go and start getting their hot coco on those cold chilly nights read more

After 6 visits to California, I FINALLY got an in-n-out burger and it was worth the wait! My husband is a pro, and my daughter is a vegetarian, so for my son and I this was exciting! Driving from La Quinta to Santa Monica we stopped at this In-N-out burger. Husband and I ordered the double double with grilled onions. Son ordered double double completely plain...meat, cheese, buns. We did the combo meals with fries and drinks. The double double was worth EVERY calorie! Best fast food burger I've ever had!! Cannot say enough good things. Came out hot which I love! Now, y'all need to work on the fries! Even ordering extra crispy didn't help them. Next time I would just get the burger. Had a craving for In N Out so I decided to go after the afternoon rush. I got there around 2 pm but the drive thru line was pretty bad. It almost wrapped around the bldg. There was only one person taking orders. As soon as I got closer and there was one car ahead of me and another server came out to take orders. The food was good. The thing I always love about In-n- Out is that the service is always fantastic. People are always friendly and make sure to get your order to you correctly. Lines are long here as is the typical case for every location so nothing new there. I ordered two double doubles with extra veggies, french fries, and a vanilla shake for lunch with my wife and was disappointed with my meal. Veggies where fresh, which is never an issue, however they put way too much onions and pickles. On each burger there 3 full rings of onions and no joke more than 10 or so pickles on each burger. It was enough to remove and use on other dishes. For some reason they also always put the napkins on top of the burgers, so they are 100 percent unusable by the time you get to them. Not sure why they don't have them on the side, because if not you have to pick napkin out your cheese. For me the biggest issue was that one of the chefs was heavy handed with the salt. Both burgers and fries where so heavily salted they were almost inedible. We where hungry so we pushed through, but I have not been back since then. read more

Even with all the inflation going on the prices have only gone up a bit but the quality of food and service hasn't changed at all! You'd be surprised on how much a different it does lol. Also got animal fries w extra grilled o and added chopped chilies, fries were fresh out cheese was still melting and fries were nice and hot! Only downside is after 6pm it does tend to get super packed and drive thru can bleed out into oncoming traffic wrapped around the corner (gonna be hectic once Dutch bros opens across the street).
