The drive thru doesn't tend to move, but if you want the absolute quickest experience, go to the one off Van Buren. Otherwise, it's a solid food experience as you'd expect. The quality is there. Pricing is reasonable (yes, even in THIS economy).

Simply delicious! It was my treat for the week and it didn't disappoint!! Service was fast and friendly! I went through the drive through and the grounds were clean!

The man the legend Marcus at the drive thru window is super cool and deserves the manager position. ( he gave me stickers) food is always amazing at In N Out! 10/10 vibe!

Another picture on long hair on napkin. Yuck!

I went to this IN N Out location on 23035 Hemlock Avenue, Moreno Valley, 92557 tonight. First the lady taking the money was rude and did not listen to me when I tried to modify my order. To make matters worse when I got home and gave my son the patty it had a long hair on it and got in his mouth. That is very unsanitary. This location has way too many people working here around the food and they do not have hair nets on. Their hair is hanging out from under the hats they have on. I am so disgusted like my son because I tasted the patty and it was also very salty when I asked them not to put salt on the food because they put too much. All of the food went in the trash because I do not live that close to this location. The food almost came up after this experience.

Great In'N'Out. Seating was plentiful & so was the parking. Both can often be a rarity at In'N'Out. The server at the counter was very patient as my husband ordered in a fashion that reminded me of that lady in the movie "Good Burger" with oodles of specifications. The I'N'O employee even gave the kids some stickers. Soda fountain area was melts exceptionally clean. Food was great. My youngest child enjoyed the hot chocolate.

wtf kind of fries are these.

Bro i never thought it was possible to give a bad review to in and out but WTF is this. This is legit worse than McDonalds bro. Yall raised the prices to give this kinda of crap out. Not to mention this is the worst positioned in and out ever. Line was blocking half the street, cars were blocking the intersections, Food was lousy and crappy & the place looked dirty. Sad location

There are days where I crave an In-N-Out Burger. Its simple ingredients make for a fresh and juicy California-style burger. The customer service here is always the best - most locations. And lines move quickly whether you order inside or from the drive-thru. Overall, no fuss here. The ambiance is mostly casual and relaxed - some nights chaotic lol. But overall happy environment. Everyone is here for good food when late night cravings kick in!

My ordered double dipped Big Beef Sandwich with Sweet Bell Peppers, melted Mozzarella Cheese, and Giardiniera was enormous, and after initially having my breath knocked away by the Giardiniera's overwhelming spiciness, my intestines soon settled down and I greatly enjoyed the melting concoction. The hoagie roll supporting this mammoth edifice of tender roast beef and embellishments nicely sopped up the au jus, and sank under the heat. The Chicago Dog that accompanied the Big Beef was a classic all-beef Hot Dog with a snap, rounded out with Emerald Green Relish, White Onions, Sport Peppers, and Yellow Mustard. For purists no ketchup is allowed on Chicago Dogs! Crinkle-cut French Fries added to my enjoyment of the meal. Diane liked her Fish Sandwich with a slice of American Cheese, and was especially fond of the Cheese Sauce into which she dipped her Fries.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the atmosphere. I ordered the chili dog and fries, and for the price, I expected much better. The chili was thin and watery, lacking the hearty, meaty flavor you'd expect. It tasted more like a budget canned chili than something made fresh in-house. The hot dog itself was just okay--nothing memorable and certainly not something I would return for. Given my experience, I'm surprised by the current four-star rating. The restaurant looks great, but the food didn't match the presentation or the hype. I would recommend managing expectations before visiting. In my opinion, it's simply not as good as it looks.

The chicken is as good as it gets, perfect batter and execution. The fries, however, were the polar opposite. Undercooked, limp, hard to believe the contrast between the chicken and this mess that I couldn't eat after the first few bites. This is the suggestion part: Be sure the cooks know how to shake the basket and recognize when the regular fries are properly cooked and crisp. I read a lot of other reviews saying they had issues with the fries also. My second trip was via drive-thru and I ordered the amazing pastrami burger. Just incredible, really. I get why they're popular. Based on the first time I decided to try the curly fries to see if it would be a better outcome. It was, fortunately, and I think this is what I'll get henceforth, or onion rings, which are still untried. Anyhow, the girl at the window forgot to give me the drink and I'm still wondering how my bill reached $22, but I'll ask specifically next for the receipt and breakdown. Four stars for now with reservations.

The lobby is spacious, clean, organized, and offers both table and booth options. I came specifically for a chicken salad, and it did not disappoint, so fresh and tasty. Their burger is another win; I got it lettuce-wrapped, and it was so satisfying. I love that they pack it in a sturdy box instead of a paper bag. It kept everything together and totally mess-free. Major props to the kitchen for the excellent takeout presentation! Also, I really enjoy their fried zucchinis, it's one of my absolute favorites here. The staff behind the counter was welcoming and efficient. I had a good experience and I'm looking forward to coming back and checking out their breakfast menu.

I was pressed for time and wanted to pick up a quick non-meat item, so I went to the drive-thru and picked up a Tuna Melt. It was delicious! Not too oily and it tasted homemade. I'd definitely come back and order that again. I've come here on a previous visit but only to try their fries. The fries were okay but I did love their ranch dressing. The first visit was because they offer a discount for county employees, and it's very close to the Registrar of Voters. I sort of relived my first experience recently, in the sense that their onion rings, while very good, are much too much. Especially as an add-on. For me the portion isn't a good value. Fortunately their burgers are really good during daytime hours. I noticed, at least at the University location they reheat pre-cooked burgers in the evening and they taste burnt, consequently. I'm not suggesting that occurs here, but it has curbed my after 8pm dining habits. I do, however, like the large clean dining area, and more than ample parking. The bathrooms are also always clean, so props there. A good small local chain, there's definitely variation between locations, but this one is well managed. Only 3 stars? It's more about QPR with burgers and sandwiches. I imagine their breakfast is as good as other restaurants in the area.
