Service - There were 4 workers present. Two adult women were working the front counter. The whole time I was waiting they were talking to a lady ordering, who informed them she used to work there. There was a several minute conversation about how all of them just ate fries there all day at work there. How they ate too many burgers but they were so good. Something about a drink they had all day. etc. Basically ignoring me waiting (over 5 minutes). I have no idea how long this conversation went on because I eventually gave up and left. Neither employee said anything to me. Food - I have no idea because as I stated the front counter staff wasn't interested in taking my order. Ambiance - just basic and empty. Saw one lady and child as I was coming in, but nobody else was there. So the service wasn't bad because they were busy. Overall very disappointing as I was really wanting a cheeseburger. Ended up just driving the 45 minutes home and grabbing a crappy sonic burger. read more

Ordered a cheeseburger and a small order of Cajun fries that I asked for crispy cause they have a tend be soggy for $15 I could've went to McDonald's and have gotten a better quality meal....burger drenched in ketchup and mustard which made the bun soggy and asked for lite on both them practically put a tons of relish which I asked for lite well but the kicker were the fries which was partially my fault cause I watched the guy do it but he put regular salt and Cajun seasoning on the fries which made them waaaaaaaaay too salty as well as they were also extremely soggy as I didn't want!!! But there is something else about our trip there last night. As we were getting in the car we saw a young man (Five Guys Employee) at the Norman shop, helping an older lady all the way out to her car. In times like those we are living in, it's nice to see people being genuinely good to each other. For that one gesture alone, we will be back. Over and over. The fries will be a plus. First time going to here and it was pretty cool inside. You first wait in line with peanut shells littering the floor. All you can eat peanuts as you wait. They only have about 5-8 items on the menu. I got the double bacon burger with fries and a drink. It is free refills for your soda. The burgers are big!! They arnt greasy but very juicy and grilled to perfection. The fries are along too. Not greasy but crispy and hot. The potatoes are delivered daily from different farms around the country which is really cool. Five Guys is always a good go-to for us. We ordered the bacon burger and little bacon burger. Difference is the little bacon burger only has one patty vs the two in the bacon burger. And regular Cajun fries! With waters our total came to $18, Kinda pricey for not having a combo option (aka burger w/ fries and a drink) The burgers which are fully customizable with an array of available toppings were delicious (as always) and the Cajun fries were hot and with just the right amount of spice! They use fresh jalapeños if you order it as a topping, I always ask for mine to be grilled! This particular location was busier than we thought it would be on a Saturday. They were washing potatoes in the back, so the water pressure was low and the fountain only had soda water coming out so that was frustrating since we only got water cups... Yelling out the orders is typical and just how they do things at five guys so try not to be offended when they call out your order. Tip: most customers get regular fries so if you like the spice, order Cajun fries and you'll usually get more (as if their servings aren't enough) since they had to drop a order into the frier just for you! read more

They are amazingly good burgers and after cleaning, waxing and polishing a car for 4hours damn near it hit the spot like OMFG Thank You! haha. I had the bacon cheeseburger All The Way, tasty burger, fries were fresh and yummy and refills were free. And In & Out Burgers is GARBO! I loved this place and will for sure be back again. Five Guys is probably the closest thing to In & Out you'll get here in Oklahoma I believe. Freddy's is a close second. But really the price is nothing compared to In & Out. The burgers are not your standard ginormous hunk of burger. There are various toppings that you can choose from and you also have the option of ordering a hot dog!! The french fries portion is large enough for you to share unless you're starving. I think the reason why I really like this place is because you can load up on the toppings without having to pay extra unless you want a bacon burger. This was one of the most overpriced burgers and fries I have ever had for the quality Not knowing how big the French fries order was I ordered a regular and had the guy talk me into Cajun If I had known it was going to be $5 before he rang it up I would have passed. It is drastically overpriced for something that could be easily outmatched in terms of taste and quality by many other establishments. Love this place. The burgers are HUGE. The regular burgers are doubles so I always get the little bacon cheese burger. Very juicy!! I love that you get to choose your toppings and can get as many as you want. I have never tried the hot dogs but I heard they are just as good. The cajun fries are AMAZING!! And an order of fried is not your regular order. They over flow the fry cup AND they put a couple more handfuls in the bag. One order will definitely feed at least 2 people. The seasoning may be a little too salty for some, but I like it. While you wait you can eat all the peanuts you want and then you can just toss the shells on the floor. The menu isn't very big and the only down side I hear people complain about is that they don't offer chicken sandwiches. This is definitely the place I go if I want a burger and fries! read more

I've eaten a lot of burgers in my life, but the one I ordered here definitely makes the top five. Everyone I know has told me that Five Guys is a great burger place, and I was not disappointed. Your entire burger is customizable. You order a normal hamburger, cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger, etc, and then the toppings are free! All of them! No topping is extra! It's completely customizable. You can even get a two patties if you want but I don't know if that's extra. The drinks and fries are extra, the only downside, but even the little fries (the smallest size available) came with a lot of fries. I think they put the cup in the bag then just dumped them in, which in my opinion is a good thing. The restaurant itself is pretty basic. It's nothing fancy. Mostly white with some red in there, the food is the main attraction. They put your order into a large paper bag which does get greasy from the fries. How much grease depends on how greasy the fries are when they come out of the fryer. The burgers aren't anything pretty, but they are delicious! I got a regular hamburger with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mayo, and barbecue sauce. It was really good. The burger was cooked perfectly, and the bun was buttered and toasted. You can see them make the food since the entire kitchen area is open. They do have peanuts set out which are free. I'm sure during rushes the peanut shells can cover the floor, but I went between rushes so the floor was peanut shell free. Me and my mom (who also has never been to five guys) were the only ones in the restaurant besides the employees by the time we got our order, which only took a few minutes. Our fries were cooked to order since they were piping hot, but I'm not sure if they do that during a rush. The fries are good. I've had better, but these also make the top five. They cut a whole potato, skin and all, then fry them. Our cashier didn't offer any other ways to get them served besides just salted, but I looked on the online menu while I ate and saw an option for Cajun fries, which I am keen to try next time since I love Cajun food. Let me tell you about my $22.50 order of French fries. Was at 5 Guys today, made my order a small cheese burger with mayo, ketchup and tomatoe, and a small frie. My husband gave his order a double cheeseburger and a hotdog, bottled water and reg soda. Total order cost $44.89. The only thing they had correct on my order with my french fries, I'm not sure where they got the idea that I wanted a second Patty bacon grilled onions pickles all in addition to the civil small cheeseburger I ordered. I didn't return the burger because I don't have the time and I didn't have the desire and I was quite angry this is the second problem I've had with that restaurant. Given the cost of our total order which was extremely expensive in my opinion for two people, especially coming from a burger joint. I left with the resolution that I had paid $22.50 for a single small fry. I won't be returning to this location and my advice to others who would try to eat there, I wouldn't do it. Burger was just ok, which is odd for Five Guys. The meat barely melted the cheese. Fries were good and hot. My biggest complaint was the air conditioning. It wss cool outside and they had the AC blasting so hard it blew my receipt off my table twice. I even said something to the people working and they just laughed and said that's how it is. read more

Burgers were a bit small. Good flavor, crisp bacon. Fries were average. Not many options. My wife couldn't finish her burger, so I finished it for her as always. As I bit into her burger, I noticed it tasted a bit like liver. I was not happy about this. It was 20 DOLLARS for 2 small bacon cheeseburgers, 2 drinks and 1 order of fries. The staff was incredibly friendly, they asked if this our first visit and explained sizes etc. The food was fresh but over the top greasy. The peanuts were a nice touch but with all the grease they should set out pickles or for that matter fresh veggies to combat the "vitamin g". I liked the option for malt vinegar with your fries. I was really surprised our eat in order was in a greasy paper bag. The acoustics were horrible, every time someone moved their chair it echoed. We also has the misfortune of sitting next to a large table that filled with the most obnoxious salesmen i have ever seen. Their loud babbling mixed with the, activity sounds and the radio had me packing my meal back in the greasy bag. We both felt the need for a shower. Reminds me when my brother got a job at Wendy's in high school and developed severe acne from cooking fries for 20 hours a week.
