I drive up to the place and the main entrance is closed because of decking issues. So, I drove away. A few blocks south, I changed my mind, turned around and endured the "inconvenience" of using the alternate entrance. I knew what I wanted. I could taste it my entire 15+ minute ride to Five Guys. A double bacon cheeseburger with everything. Except hots. In lieu of their incredible fries, I opted for a bacon cheese dog. It's a bacon kind of night!! I also ordered a fountain soda delivered via Coke's Freestyle dispenser. Amazing combinations await!! After a short wait, I grabbed my stuff, went back to my hotel and enjoyed consuming true animal protein! Yum! Five Guys is getting a little pricy, but, there's only one Five Guys... Ordered on doordash. When we received delivery, an order of fries was missing. I called store to see if I could just come pick up the other order and was asked by person on the phone if the bag was sealed upon arrival. I told her the bag was sealed when it arrived and offered to bring the receipt with me to pick up the rest of our order. The person on the phone said she packaged the order herself and told me the doordash driver must have taken it so I had to call doordash. I did and was credited for the item they forgot to include and afterwards we also discovered that condiments that were ordered on a burger were also missing. I love 5 Guys because they make good hamburgers and love the bag of fries (small ordered) that you share or eat all on your own. I have to say every location I have been to is consistent and friendly staff. I would give 5 stars but they are just too expensive. the customer service is normal to all fast food chains. The food overall is pretty good with the fries having a little too much salt though, but they are still really good. The cheeseburgers are also good but they aren't the best. The bathrooms are clean but the toilets may not work with the flushing. It could still use some more cleaning but its overall a very nice establishment and I would definitely recommend. read more

Stopped to get a quick burger before heading out. Food always good. However felt uncomfortable as Workers had masks under their nose....there was one young man who took his down and was yelling orders. At times he was yelling over the bread/condiments on the counter. I asked him to wear his mask when yelling orders. He complied immediately...apologized and wished me a good day (he was not sarcastic). This is the new norm and it is hard to get use to! read more

I had dinner at Five Guys on 136th street with my daughters on Tuesday evening around 7 pm. Place was packed and service was top notch. The men in the back preparing food and doing disbursements of food were all in mask and gloves moved extremely quick and were still professional and very friendly. Food was amazing, facility was clean and I was very impressed with the service. We will definitely go back next time! read more

Ordered 3 burgers and a milkshake online. My wife went to pick it up, after 30min of waiting she was told there is nothing else , but a milkshake in our order. She showed them confirmation email showing we payed over $30 and we have 3 more items. I love Five Guys and was excited when the North OC location opened. Great burgers, dogs, fries and a cool Coke machine where you can customize your drink. Vanilla cherry coke is my fav. Milkshakes are pretty awesome as well. The staff at this location are friendly and efficient and even with a line, they still take time to greet, smile and thank you. Great juicy burgers and the Cajun fries are perfect with a slight crunch and most inside. This location do them right to perfection. Giving it a four star since you can only get them cooked all the way. However it's is still juicy. read more
