This place is unreal my bowl was only half full so I had to say something to them so they put a half spoon full of rice and said that's enough. Really this place is a joke shouldn't have payed,should have just walk out. When sat down to eat at the place I'm staying across the street from chipotle the chicken was cold like it just came out of the fridge. They also didn't have any lettuce. Chipotle is always a great opportunity to get a known food entity and this trip was no exception. They delivered with some delicious burrito bowls that hit the spot for our whole family. We love the fact that each can be tailored to each family members' tastes, so my son went with his chicken and cheese bowl, my daughter with the veggie bowl, and me with my guac, beans, chicken and rice bowl. The lady who prepared our food was amazing but seemed to be really tired and overworked. I asked her if she was okay, after she exhaled a deep breath as she started our orders, to which she replied that she was really tired. She did a phenomenal job preparing all of our bowls, but it seemed they were short-staffed, as the three employee working should have probably been 6 or 7 people working there at that lunchtime hour (about 1:15 pm or so). The dining area was clean and the tables were well-monitored for cleaning. The trash can was overflowing but the tables were clean and there were plenty of clean tables to choose from, inside and outside. We chose an outdoor table and enjoyed our meals right then and there, where we shared our tortilla chips and inhaled our burrito bowls. I absolutely love Chipotle, but I will never go back to this location. First, the employee scraped the bottom of the rice container--multiple times--instead of using the fresh, full container that was literally right behind her. The rice ended up being undercooked and hard. Something in the bowl (either the chicken or the pinto beans) was way too spicy--so much so that I couldn't even finish my meal. And the final straw? No salad dressing. Not only were they completely out, but no one even offered to make more or offer an alternative. The only positive I can give this location is that it looked clean. But unfortunately, cleanliness can't make up for poor service and bad food. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. read more

After exhausting nearby (walkable) local eateries, I finally got a chance to try Chipotle, a chain that has yet to hit my home state of Hawaii. ATMOSPHERE: This is a newer location with a drive thru and in great shape. The dining area was clean and sports takeaway shelves labeled by letter where your to-go package awaits. Because I ordered online, I didn't get the chance to see our food being made which is one of their selling points. MENU: Totally customizable burritos, burrito & lifestyle bowls, quesadillas, salads, tacos and sides. FOOD: Burrito - $13.85 I opted for chicken, guacamole ($2.60), pinto beans, fresh tomato salsa, sour cream and cheese. I really liked it! The chicken had a nice grilled flavor and moisture to it, with the other ingredients marrying well together and making for a fresh, delicious burrito! Chips & Salsa - $2.60 I didn't know how big or small this side was, so I ordered two. One is big enough for two to share as far as the amount of chips go. I also should've known from the pictures that the fresh tomato salsa is a sauceless salsa. Lesson learned. The second order I opted for the tomatillo-green chili salsa that was really tasty and not spicy at all. SERVICE: Ordered and paid online, went inside and grabbed my package from the shelf and left. The restaurant itself was so dirty and messy. I understand they must be busy but they should staff properly to make sure it's a clean experience at least. 8:44pm on a Sunday night and they didn't have white rice, corn salsa, guac, and honey vinaigrette. God forbid you asked for chips and you got a side of side eye. At least offer a small discount if you can see how irritated people are about all of the staple items being out. Or put a sign up so that we can get out of line before you start building our bowl. Glad I paid for an overpriced bowl filled with stuff I don't even like because I'm not going to get out of line mid bowl. UPDATE: customer service department makes you jump through several hoops rather than just apologizing and admitting this location sucked. Nobody keeps a receipt. I placed an order at this location on 8/17/24. Everything in my order was correct and on time. The problem was that my daughter's cheese quesadilla had human hair in it. She is only 4 years old and didn't eat much of it but when my wife went to eat the remainder she noticed the hair of the quesadilla. My wife and I were so disgusted by this that we have not eaten at a Chipotle since. I contacted Chipotle with this complaint and they never followed up with me. Highly disappointed with Chipotle's customer service with this complaint. My wife and I still get sick to our stomachs when thinking about Chipotle. read more

Newly opened Chipotle in Ocean City! Woohoo! This is located next to the Holiday Inn Express and Uber Bagels. I ordered my usual Burrito Bowl. It tasted fresh and consistent, and the usual large portions. They were full staffed, and I was happy to see all the workers wearing masks, and wearing them properly. They also have outdoor seating which is nice. We will be coming here often, for sure! read more

Service denied me a water cup again!! Came in from the beach to get food and was extremely thirsty , was yet again denied a water cup. This is unacceptable again!!! "Worst chipotle in America!" I LOVE Chipotle! I used to love THIS Chipotle. I work within the area of this particular one and would come to it at least once a week for lunch with my coworkers. It used to be great: It was quick, efficient, and you would get what you ordered. It was delicious. Over the past year or so months, the quality has gotten TERRIBLE. It started with undercooked rice: I took my food back to the office and the first bite was a shock as a literally CRUNCHED through their undercooked rice. I called and spoke with a manager: she was very apologetic and said they had other complaints about it too. They've "thrown out the bad batch". That was disappointing: I had to throw out my meal. I waited a month to return. When I went back, I ordered the sofritas bowl. Imagine my horror when I bit into it and found it was peppered with chicken. Whomever was scooping out the "meat" options, flung the chicken all over the place: my friend who got steak also had chicken all over hers. People have allergies and I, personally, am a vegetarian. I didn't call this time, I just threw it out. More wasted money. read more

Our son wanted Chipotle for dinner, since this was the closest location, we decided to come here on a Friday evening. We were the only customers in line. The guy behind the counter was busy lifting items, moving things, cleaning up, and was walking back and forth to the back of the restaurant. He greeted us and asked to help with our order. We asked him to change his gloves. He obliged but as he took off his gloves to put on a new one, he went to the back of the restaurant, and we could hear him complain to a colleague stating we were the 3rd customer asking him to change his gloves. We ordered a couple of kid's meals and the guy cinched on the meats and sides for both meals. We tried to order a quesadilla, but the guy said that quesadillas could NOT be ordered in-person at the store. However, they can make quesadillas only if customers ordered the quesadilla via the Chipotle App. He pointed to the menu behind him stating that they took quesadillas off of the menu. We asked multiple times to confirm we understood what he was saying...that this Chipotle does make quesadillas but customers can't order it at the store in person, needless to say we didn't get any quesadillas. We went to Ledo's instead to get our dinner. If you're craving Chipotle, we recommended going to a different location. read more
