    Lunch!

In the area running errands before work. I had a phenomenal experience. Pleasantly greeted by the crew !! Lightning fast service. Order made fresh and tasted great. Bathrooms were clean and overall it was a great visit. The fries were in a heaping amount and tasted awesome (Cajun) The burger was made/dressed just how I wanted it. These guys definitely know how to make you feel good about choosing them. If in the area I will definitely visit. Thank you for being awesome. Respectfully, Bryan Oklahoma City

Its Crazy expensive now receipt shows it.

We were shocked how expensive Five Guys has got. 2 Small burgers 1 small fry and 2 small drinks for over $25. Lots of other options including table service and beer at other locations for less. Now we know why at lunch on a Friday so few people were there. I think this was our last visit as they priced themselves to high for what you get.

More like Zero.Five Guys, which is being generous. I can recall having this for my first time and thought they had some of the more delicious chain burgers I've had. Oh how the quality has declined, or at least at this location. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered wasn't served with bacon initially; when I asked for it, they handed bacon such atrocious, discolored, and dry bacon. I asked the manager if they could cook new bacon and he replied that they only make bacon in the early morning and can't/won't/unable to (as if some unmovable legal policy). Supposedly, this Five Guys has it as an impossibility to cook new bacon in the evening. Whether its such a ludicrous policy or such overwhelming lackluster service and management, this visit was and should be in the negative stars honestly. What a disservice to a once-considered-great burger place! I'll never be coming back to this location and I'm extremely likely to never return to any Five Guys. The only reason this experience gets any rating (aside Yelp disallowing so) is that I enjoyed leaving this Five Guys so much!

My first visit to this "Five Guys" was at 3:30pm on New Years Day. It was empty, but the staff was quick to greet, cook and serve - bonus! We ordered the cheese dog and regular cheeseburger with fries. I had forgotten how large the regular cheeseburger was and with the double patty, it was too much. However it was good, as usual for a five guys. I just need to remember to order the single patty cheeseburger next time. I also forgot how many french fries are served with an order and as you can see from my pictures, a party of four would not need to get more than one order of fries. Overall, I think five guys has a good burger and I love the fresh-cut fries, just save yourself some money and get the single patty and one order of fries to share about two or three people.

Believe it or not this was my first visit to a Five Guys location. So when I found myself craving a juicy burger, I decided to try them out. The staff greeted me warmly and asked if I had been in before right away. I advised I had not and she mentioned a few things I should try. I ended up getting the little bacon burger and a "little" fry. The burger was good, but nothing spectacular. I wish the cheese was melted onto the party while cooking because it was still not all the way melted when I went in for a bite. I like the fact that you can add so many different toppings for free, but let's be honest...when you spend so much on a burger, it should come with a $1 bill on top as a garnish. Now the Cajun fries were really good! I wish they were a bit crisper for my personal taste, but I know they were cooked the way they are intended to be. They were yummy. Next time I might try a shake, but I honestly had sticker shock from the small burger and frIes costing me $14. That was without a drink! A bit pricey, but for the fries I would come back.

    Cheese burger with everything.

The grilled onions and grilled jalepenios really added great flavor! The bun held up...and I had all the condiments on this bad boy! The malt was just what I needed on this 106f degree summer day! This place is hopping! NW 23rd construction has cut off access from the main road, you have to go through the neighborhood to the south and enter the back way. But that didnt stop all the local workers from coming in by the droves! This is one hoppin' onion burger joint! I have been wanting to try this establishment for quite a while and SO glad I did!

This place is more like a 3.5 out of 5 stars…read more this is kinda sad, but before coming to OKC, i really wanted to check out a place that serves an onion burger. I read about them on wikipedia... and apparently Oklahoma was the first one to create them. they were made during the great depression, were the owner would mash onion with the beef patty to stretch out the meat.... and back then, burgers were 5 cents. Fast forward to almost 100 years later, my burger was about 11 bucks. Don't get me wrong, the burger was decently sized, but it was just alright. I mean, if i wanted to get an onion burger i could simply go to in n out and get a burger with grilled onions and raw onion as well. so, while the burgers were good, it didn't wow me and maybe it was too hyped up and it didn't live to its hype, is the reason i only gave it 3 stars. The fries on the other hand were great. The parking lot right in front is really small, but there are plenty of seats inside and outside.

We found only a brunch menu until 4. So about only option that wasn't breakfast type was fried pickles and one hamburger. Yelp, ordered them and hamburger was pretty good. The major neg was the flies! Lots of flies! Not even any of the garage doors open ? They have lots of outdoor seating too. Huge bar inside goes all the way around the oval bar station. We also opted for a nearby restaurant or food trucks. Until we finally walked in and gave it a shot. Now I'm a little upset we took so long to do it! I got the Park Power Bowl - quinoa, sweet potatoes, avocado hummus, roasted chickpeas, candied jalapeños, almonds, and a little more. The candied jalapeños were the best part, but the whole bowl was amazing! And it was huge! I only at half and took the rest home. The kids got an uncrustable and the chicken bites and shared some fries - pretty standard, exactly what you expect. But my husband got a burger. For the life of me can't remember which one now, but he was so surprised with how good it was that he ordered a second to take home with us. I surprised the kids with a seasonal Lemon Pound Cake shake to share for dessert. I'm not a huge fan of milkshakes, but it was tempting to get a second just so I didn't have to share this with the kids! I don't know if it was the Lemon Pound Cake in there or if they secretly added some crack, but our straw was slurping the very bottom just from the time it left the counter and made it outside to the sidewalk walk. I will forever try any new food trucks that come around, but on days they aren't at scissor tail but I am, Spark will have my business now.

A New #1 Burger in OKC!…read more Our Burger Passport adventure brought us to Spark at Scissortail Park, and I think I may have found my new favorite burger in Oklahoma City! This was our first visit, and from the moment we took our first bite, I couldn't stop telling my wife how incredible these burgers were. I ordered the BLC Burger topped with pimento cheese, bacon, a crispy cheddar crust, pickles, and Prairie Ranch. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the crispy cheddar crust took it over the top. Outstanding! My wife, Lori, ordered the Spark Burger, swapping the American cheese for cheddar. She absolutely loved it, especially the fresh dill pickles that added the perfect crunch and flavor. The crinkle-cut fries deserve a shout-out, too. They were cooked just the way I like them--nice and crispy. I ordered the signature Pink Sauce on the side, and the garlic aioli was excellent. Before we left, I asked to speak with a manager--not because there was a problem, but because I wanted to compliment the team. Marisol was genuinely excited to hear how much we enjoyed our meal. She also told us about their limited-time Chicken Salad Sandwich, available through the end of the summer, and after this experience, I think we'll definitely be back to give it a try. Spark checks every box for me: outstanding burgers, perfectly cooked fries, a fun atmosphere, and a friendly, welcoming staff. If you're looking for one of the best burgers in Oklahoma City, put Spark on your list. This one earns an easy 5 stars from me.
