Best burgers ever. The place is usually clean and the workers are attentive and fast!

This restaurant has fast service. It took around 10 minutes from the time I took my order to the point where they hand you your order. I ordered a Cheese Burger, I was pleased in both the taste and quality... Burgerfi has some competition. I also ordered a 'little' size of fries and I got a huge pile of fries. I now wonder what the 'large' size of fries will get you. This and Burgerfi are your premium burger restaurants, if you rate it bad because of the prices... Why eat there in the first place? Great Burger as always. Not a huge fan of the fries, but they were a solid B. The biggest issue that I had was the time it took to get my burger. I was the only customer in there and it took almost 15 minutes for my order. I am a fan of fresh cooked products, but that was a bit long for a burger and fries. Gotta love them fries! Good, fresh food cooked in front of you and as you like it. Burgers are delicious and fries are to die for - soft and fluffy on the inside. They scoop extra fries into every bag on top of what you ordered - bonus! The only hit I'd give them is that they don't have sauerkraut for the hot dogs, so I stick to burgers. read more

This location has recently been renovated, it's new, clean and has friendly service. The burgers and fries are good, but I think they are kinda pricey still, they now offer milkshakes, which I have not tried, but maybe in future visits. read more

Five Guys has always been a favorite of mine, and this particular location lives up to the great Five Guys name! It is great, because they tell you where they get their food such as potatoes and meat, and their portions are a great value. You can get anything you want on your burger for one price. I ordered some burgers for my daughter and I since her school was currently holding a fundraiser there. We took one bite and my daughter declared that she didn't like it. The fries were soggy and some of the ingredients in the burger, like the ketchup, fell all over the wrapping. The burger was overall flat and too "ketchup-y."Their bathroom also seemed quite unhygienic, so that was a problem too. On the bright side though, the staff were very friendly, but I don't think I'll ever come here again and will probably stick to some better burgers like the Habit. read more

I've come here a few times and the burgers are pretty good and the service is usually top notch. Occasionally you'll come across the tired cashier, but they're always respectful and great at their jobs. I usually go total fat kid- bacon cheeseburger with mushrooms and ketchup. Nothing cures a bad day like one of these. Two patties of meat with a large amount of bacon and mushrooms on there. I make the BIGGEST MESS eating this, with ketchup and grease dripping down my chin, but I'm in HEAVEN. A few things to take note of: their fries sizes aren't your usual small or large. Like another yelper mentioned, they scoop extra fries in. Usually myself and my boyfriend will split a small (unless we're adventurous and particularly ravenous) and have fries left over. The other thing is that there are also two sizes of drinks available, but if you're eating in you can save a bit by getting the smaller cup and taking advantage of free refills. You can also get your burger with a single patty instead of double, but what's the fun in that unless you're dieting? And chances are if you're dieting, you're not going to Five Guys anyhow. Sure it's more expensive than McDonalds or other fast food, but it really is the best $5 burger I've had. People expecting 100% Kobe Beef with gold sprinkles inside the burger and a Hallelujah chorus when you bite.... prepare to be disappointed. This place is good, but it's not on par with $30 burgers if that's what your palate is. Lastly, if you want to skip the long lines at meal time, there's a handy iPhone app that will allow you to do so (search: Five Guys-- may also be for Android as well, but I don't know), or you can order online. You simply place the order, pay with a credit card, and show up at the time you designated. You just go up to the pickup counter and ask for your meal. You can still eat there if that's what you want to do, but if it's lunch and you only get a half hour but NEED to have your Five Guys (hey, I've been there- I don't discriminate) this is the perfect way to do it. read more

I have been to many Five Guys across the county. Most of them would get 5 out of 5, but this one has register workers that annoy me. The workers at the register are very hit-or-miss with friendliness. The nice ones are super upbeat and awesome. The bad ones act annoyed, speak quietly, and generally just don't seem to know how 5 guys works. When I walk in and say "I'd like a burger" the one girl always says "single or double?" like whaaaaaat? Your menu says "burger" and "little burger". The register workers don't even know the lingo of their own restaurant? You may think that's being nitpicky, but when I go to any other five guys I have never had them ever ask how many patties I want. If I ask for a burger, they give me the menu item that has that name. The quality of the food is exactly what I expect from Five Guys, so no complaints there. They have made mistakes with our order once or twice: one time it was the register worker's mistake and once it was the kitchen's fault. It wasn't a big deal either time and when I brought it up to them they fixed it right away, but if we had brought it home without noticing we would have been pretty disappointed. We have been going to this one so long that a few mistakes are inevitable though. The cleanliness is acceptable, and the lines move pretty fast. Years ago when I first came here the guy calling out the order numbers for pickup was too quiet, but that has improved greatly in the past year, so good on them for that. read more

Seems silly to review a "fast food" burger joint but damn do they have the best burgers & fries time and time again. The quality beats any I've ordered in a more sit down restaurant (CG Burgers, Red Robin, Duffys, etc). This is our go to on the rare occasions we're craving a great burger. This location is pretty quick, located in the Legacy shopping center. We like to walk across the street to "Gelato Grotto" for dessert. Worth the higher price than other fast food joints for quality ingredients. They know what they're doing & do it well. Smart that the owners of this chain refuse to go public (wanted to buy shares a long time ago). They said they want to keep that caring family feel & keep quality high. I guess there is little reason to write a review for 5 guys as pretty much everyone has tried it and most people have the same opinion. The only thing that has changed for me is I used to say," this is a good hamburger, but a little on the expensive side." But now with most quality burgers pushing the 10 dollar and beyond mark, not including tip, this is actually a good bargain, especially with the extra ingredients included. Of course, if you are a fry eater, one large feeds 6 people, unless you are a potato head. Why 4 stars instead of 5? Well because they refuse to add milkshakes to the menu. It is such a natural fit for a 50's style diner, it makes no sense. It cost you a star, so let's get on the milkshake thing. read more

This Location is AMAZING!!! I was about to purchase my order when my card wouldn't work (it has deep scratches). The Kiosk card reader didn't have a chip option and therefore they had to manually type in my card number. I guess after looking for way to data input my acct# the system option wasn't available. The manager stated it was ok, and that it was on - the- house. - MIND BLOWN- that was great customer service he choose to put the customer first and not the mighty dollar for a sale. Eventually, one employee was able to figure out the system prompts and was actually able to data entry my credit card info. Which I think was still Amazing that a manager was open to ask a subordinate and to learn. A business is only as strong as it's leader- and this location has proved they have a positive and healthy environment. The manager has asked an employee to escort me to my car and carry my order since it was more than I could carry out and the employee was very happy to do so he even said: "Drive safe and stay dry." I've only known Chik-fil-A to have great customer service. I will continue to enjoy my experience at this PGA location. They are a fast food place that cooks fresh food so that is a plus. If you're on a diet or anything like that don't bother. I don't get it... I have heard people rave about this place so I decided to try it for myself. First off a burger, small fry and small coke costs $11.00...I can get an Outback Steak for less than that with a salad and a potato. That is way too expensive but OK, it must be great right? Not so much...they give you a ton of fries...overflowing in the bag so that the bag is all greasy and so are the napkins and everything else in the bag...not impressed. The fries are limp, greasy and gross. Hey here's an idea...give me less fries, alot less fries and charge me less. So onto the burger...the burger has no seasoning so it is bland and it is not char-grilled so no flavor. All in all I was not happy with my experience and I will not be eating at Five guys again and I want my $11.00 back :( read more

All the hype of how they're better than in-n-out, is not true IMHO. Not even close. It's not a bad burger place. But please don't compare yourselves to In-n-Out because if do, you're going to lose. If I judge this place on it's onw merits, it's pretty good. The regular burgers have two patties. if you order the "little" burgers, it comes with one pattie. The little is plenty big enough for me, but since it was my first visit, I ordered the regular. Order of fries and a drink. What is the BFD with the fries? They stick all the food in a brown baggie so everything steams in it and gets it soggy. I do like how you can customize your burger by adding bbq sauce, onions etc. They also offer bacon for an additional fee, hot dogs too. I didn't pay close attention but they may offer veggie options too, which I don't get. It's a burger joint! LOL read more

Well we stopped at this location, after hearing from others how good 5 Guys are. Well those recommendations were not wrong. This place is dynamite. The concept is so simple. A great burger, although I didn't expect a double when we ordered. It was to die for. And their hand cut fries are fantastic. The place was hopping and we expected a delay in our order, so we grabbed some complimentary peanuts. By the time we cracked our third peanut, our order was ready.
