High key. Love this place. Never have I ever been to this location and had a bad experience. Place is always clean and presentable, the food is delicious, and service at the cashier and when picking up food is solid. I usually go for a little cheeseburger or a regular with fries to share. I go with easy Cajun and of course 99% toppings on my burger. It feels like home away from home lol We're not gonna debate on in n out vs this spot. You can't tell me otherwise. This was my first time trying the food at Five Guys and it was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and we were greeted right when we entered. We asked for a recommendation for our burgers and got the Little Bacon Cheeseburgers. We were able to pick any toppings for the burger and it was included in the price. Came in with my Wife for lunch. I had the bacon cheeseburger all the way. Really good flavor just a little messy as the buns get soggy but very enjoyable. My Wife had the hamburger all the way with fresh sliced jalapeños. She Loved it but the jalapeños are hot as they are fresh not pickled. We also shared a regular Cajun fries which is good and plenty for two. Drinks are self-serve, and they have a very wide selection of soft drinks and teas. This place is delicious. It's really easy to customize exactly what you want on your burger because the menu has all the toppings listed there so you don't have to question what might be on it. The meat is cooked nicely and the burger tastes delicious. The fries are super good, too - not oily and not overly crispy, but just like fried potatoes should be. Probably the best fries I've ever had. They give really generous portions, too. I ordered small, so they filled up the small cup with fries, and then put enough fries in the bag to fill up the cup again! Unlimited free peanuts from the moment you walk in, and they have those Coke machines where you can get every Coke product imaginable. The price is definitely more than it should be, though. $6.49 for a hamburger is asking a bit much (Note: Regular hamburgers come with TWO patties - the "little hamburgers" come with one patty...so really, they're not "little" - they're normal). $3.99 for the little fries is okay, considering the generous portion size and how good they are. $2.39 for the smallest ("regular") drink. I went again today.... once again, the food was delicious. However, the floor had crumbs under several tables, and no one was cleaning it up, even though there were staff who could do so. Being more of a veggie-oriented person, I was surprised with the lack of balance in the burger. I thought about the double but I ended up with a single patty instead. I was expecting a burger that matched the images and advertisements but I did not get that. My burger buns were nicely toasted and quite buttery. The meat was not as seasoned as I thought it would be. I had heard about it for a while and, due to COVID, they didn't have their usual peanuts and their inside structure was a bit off. I hope they improve their system and spacing as time goes by. I want to try the other burgers and I do plan to go back and get more! I've been to this location several times and the food was always consistent. But today they gave me burnt fries cooked in dirty/old oil. My burger was dripping with oil and mayo, and they barely used any lettuce to wrap it (literally one piece was used on one of the sides of the burger). Last week, on my way out to the desert, I popped in but Daniel, one of the managers, who is nice enough to make a special sauce for my fries, was not on duty, but Angel was as nice as could be and made his own hot and spicy mixture for me! Their prices are a bit higher than "In-'n'-Out" and a few other chains, but the quality is unmistakeable! The taste of the food and the customer service made it more than a good deal. Along with Angel, his co-workers Hailey, Jyro, Yahir, Andress, and Sabee had everything under control, keeping the mood pleasant and the dining room clean. I go to Five guys on a regular but this location was the worst. Besides the bad service they got our food wrong, missing a patty and no bacon on my bacon cheeseburger. They argued we order it wrong until we showed them the receipt then agreed to fix it. They asked us to keep our burgers so we did. Mid way through my food I get cold, burnt bitter bacon. After the first bite I chose not to eat it and gave it back I told them I didn't want it this burnt if they could make me another. They argued and said that's how it's cooked, I've eaten this burger the same way countless times, that is not how it's always cooked so they refused to make it. Once we finished eating we got the extra burger patty they charged us for original which my boyfriend just ate by itself.
