Trash, waste of money. Been craving five guys just to go and receive burnt bacon to the point is was black charred. Pattie's were way over cooked and dried out burnt on the bottom as well. all the toppings had minimal amount, ordered grilled jalapeños I got like two little pieces and one piece of green peppers. some toppings they didn't even put in the burger. Fries were over cooked. The Kids are there to have a good time gossiping to each other not paying attention to what there doing. The food is great for a burger joint, but I had to wait over fifteen minutes for my food and there seemed to be no reason for this as the place was close to empty. REVIEW: First off, Yelp should allow for 0 stars. Because that's how bad this location is. I've had Five Guys in the past at their Fremont location and the burgers have always been delicious. This is NOT the case with this place. Second time coming to this location, I figured my first visit wasn't great due to them only being open for a few days. I gave them time to work out the kinks. This time, however, was utter garbage. We ordered 1 little cheeseburger and 1 little bacon cheeseburger and a drink, not being super hungry. The fries are a rip off and they short you compared to other locations. (At fremont, the small fry is enough for two people with voracious appetites. Here, its barely enough for a small child. ) We get home, throw on some tv, and dive into our burgers. Something was off about the taste but I was hungry and ignored it, thinking it was the soda I had gotten from those untrustworthy pick your flavor machines they have. Halfway through, I look at my burger. It's flipping raw in the middle. Like raw enough, I'm in shock I didn't hear it moo back at me How can you serve raw meat to your customers?!! Ordered a burger and a water cup. Receipt says a girl named Bianca was working the register. She went to take the next order without giving me the water cup. "I'll get it for you in just a second." She finishes that order, I'm still standing up front right by the water cups waiting. Goes to help other employees making food. She then takes another order for a small group that came in. One ordered a water cup which upon being ordered Bianca immediately walked over, right past me still standing there, and took a water cup back to that person. I walked over and interrupted asking for my own and Bianca asked a different person from the back to grab it for me. 7 minutes on a 98 degree day to get a water cup. My food was ready before I even had a chance to fill the cup with water. Makes me sad to write this review, 5 Guys is my favorite burger place and the food was great, but that is unacceptable customer service. read more

Here goes. This place is very nice inside. Plenty of tables and clean. There menu is good. They even tell you where there potatos come from. There burgers are filling and tasty. There cajun fries are very good. But there prices are very high. For 2 burgers 2 drys and 2 drinks. I spent $50. Last time I paid that much for a burger. I was in Los Vegas at Gordon Ramsays restaurant. But over all the service was excellent. Everyone was very nice. It took 35 minutes from waiting in line to receiving our food but, the place was packed with a line out the door. I ordered a oreo milkshake and it was delicious. I also order the bacon cheese dog with ALL the fixings + jalapeños. I enjoyed the dog and the hand made fries!!!! Had a bottle of water to drink. The fries were a little salty but, I like a little salty. They don't carry ranch dressing though, OUCH! Two things that could improve this newly opened restaurant: (1) install a P.A. system inside and outside so orders that are ready to picked up from the front counter can be heard. It was loud and hard to hear the staff yelling out order numbers, especially outside. (2) start carrying ranch dressing! I thought it was a little pricey. $36 and some change for 3 people. Let me start off by saying I used to work here as a shift supervisor. Tonight I rushed over to make it before close to get a shake. I worked in the customer service business for many years and it doesn't matter if someone walks in at 9:59 (which I didn't, I'm just saying they were still open but getting close to closing) you're there to take their order. Now I'm not a dick, I'm not going to order a bunch of food knowing full well they close soon, I went to get a shake. I walked in saying sorry, I know you close soon, can I just get a shake? And they said no we've stopped serving shakes. Well being that I've worked there, I know they don't stop serving a specific item earlier than the close of the store... they were just too busy to be bothered by a customer. The reason i was upset because i had ordered food 1 item was missing, 2 burgers i had ordered was not the one i had received the person who took my order was very nice we were on the same page and she is willing to fix it. The manager that was working at the time didnt seem to care there was a problem she did say she would replace the order. The store manager did not want to eeplace the order or give the missing item. I'm in from out of town and although I know the cult following that In N Out has throughout the country, I decided to try Five Guys this trip. I've had both in the past but it's been a while. Two weeks ago I had an animal style cheese burger and fries from In N Out. Let's start with the fries: every good burger deserves good fries and in this case the sub par fries diminished my overall experience. Today, I just enjoyed a Five Guys cheese burger and fries. Food overpriced for a place where the tables are never clean, garbage cans full and soda machine has only 5 flavors left out of the hundreds promised. Felt nasty sitting at a dirty table waiting for my two burgers and one fries that costed me over $30. I wouldn't have complained about the price because I know five guys isn't cheap but if you are going to charge those prices at least wipe the tables off every once in awhile. I've dined at the Dublin, and Fremont locations before and have always been satisfied with the meal and service. The food at this location was just as good as the other Five Guys Burger & Fries, I was however a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the restraunt. The floor needed to be swept at the very least and probably mopped. Also we had to look for a clean table as most of the empty tables available​ needed to be cleaned. As others have mentioned in thier reviews it is a bit pricey for a burger place. However overall after finding a clean table the burger and fries were good. Additionally I do have to mention their salted caramel shake, it was absolutely delicious! (I only wish it came in a larger size) Three stars, I would have given 4 had the place been cleaner. read more

Very disappointed this evening. Went just for fries and 3 milkshakes to go. Ordered a regular Cajun fries which at any other location is enough to feed 2 adults and 1 kid not..... I should have looked in the bag before I left, the cup wasn't even filled. Ordered 3 milkshakes by the time I reached home one milkshake a had leaked due to the bottom having a crack. Everything was wrong from the beginning. We called my wife's food in. When on the phone you could tell the person on the other end just isn't interested. Heavy sighs and had to repeat things multiple times. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger, mayo, ketchup, grilled unions with Cajun fries and a large drink. Once we get there, there's another couple ordering. So we stand back to give them their space. Then an employee that's cooking shouts and asked if we had called an order in. We say yes and she tells us we have to pay for our food, as if we didn't know that.... we pay for our food and leave. Then we have to go back inside because they forgot the drink. Then we get to the car and realize they gave us regular fries instead of Cajun. So I go back in and have to wait while they make the correct frys. Then we get home and realize the burger doesn't have cheese or bacon. They literally got the whole order wrong........ there's literally nothing difficult about our order and they managed to get EVERYTHING wrong.. my wife loves five guys and this is the first time she's said her burger was nasty. Not to mention we're charged extra for cheese and bacon. In no way did we get what we paid for. read more

My first experience at five guys today was above my expectations. I braved this place with my 3 young children and was a little nervous about figuring out what to order. Once I got to the register though a worker approached me and I told her I'd need time. Usually they'll just stand their awkwardly or walk away at other places but not here. She quickly jumped in and explained the menu. She helped my children figure out what they wanted and even explained that one large fry would be more than enough for us and she was on point. The food I thought was amazing. The burger is very tasty although the bun could've been better. The ingredients were all fresh. The fries remind me of my moms, good and home fried. Only downfall of this place is it is pricey for a place that is similar to a fast food joint. read more
