What I love about five guys the most is how consistent they are. I've eaten here about a dozen times and it is always great. I love the burgers. I love how I can customize them and I love how they taste. Fries are always amazing and you get more than you can eat. The soft drinks are consistently bad. We tried them a few months ago and noticed that the drinks were not mixed correctly and just went back and found that they are still the same. The drinks are not even close to what they should be. In addition, Five Guys asks for a tip before you get your meal. What exactly am I tipping for--especially before I get the food? I feel like I am bribing them not to mess with my food. In Washington state I was told that $15/hour was a "livable wage." Now our minimum is over $16/hour--why is a fast food place asking customers to tip on top of that? I wanted a decent burger on my way home the other night. Only one other person inside but the chairs were awry like there had been a brawl recently inside. Prices still are a little more than I'd like but I haven't been to a Five guys in years so I didn't mind too much. I got a cheeseburger with jalapeños, grilled onions, lettuce, ketchup, and mustard. The burger looked great and was still warm when I got home. Pretty messy with too much condiments put on the lettuce for some reason. It tasted good but I noticed I was still hungry afterward. If you want a huge burger that's sticky and messy and dripping with condiments, fried onions, mushrooms, BBQ sauce, and packed with tons of delicious greasy high calorie meat patties and yummy bacon, but you're on a budget than this is the place to go. Always our favorite burger joint not just because you get a lot of food and flavor for your money but the service is fast and friendly!!! We ordered the double cheeseburger with pretty much everything that you could put in the burger and they definitely didn't skimp. We also ordered their delicious thick shake for a wonderful finale to our dinner. Lots of peanut butter chunks, double oreo malted shake really hit the spot!! Dont recommend. we ordered a lot of fries to go and our burgers to eat on site. they threw a couple pounds of fries in a large bag on top of our burgers. I kindly asked for a seperate packaging (bag) for the fries and the server said. "No, that is how we do it here!" o said I prefers not to dig through the fries to get to our burgers and he said. I'm really getting bad about waiting until I feel starving to eat and forgetting to take pix. Next time! I love this chain, I typically support local small business establishments whenever possible but feel good as they still local source the potatoes. LOL They don't have freezers so everything is fresh and made to order. The tates on everything I've had is fantastic and portions are large. Beware if you typically don't over consume like most of us, I highly suggest going with the single patty small burger. Trust me, you'll be full. I get the large fries every time because it's a better deal and I LOVE them in my air fryer as the next day's snack. You can dine in, it's clean (I actually seen them wipe down tables several times while I was there), and bathrooms stocked and clean as well. The employees seem to have higher energy/care/friendliness than most places of this sort. I only know of 2 locations in WA and wish ID would get some over here too! read more

I'm not a big hot dog eater, in fact, I only eat them once or twice a year, and that's only when cooked on the grill. For this visit, I wasn't in the mood for a burger, and a Hebrew National Hot Dog sounded pretty good. Knowing the great quality of the meats and potatoes 5 guys uses, this felt like a safe bet. And I wasn't wrong. It was served split in half so the exterior would caramelize, and it was tastier than any hot dog I've ever had! Now for the venue: nicer than the one in the Valley. Why? It didn't feel like it was a garage converted into a restaurant, so the interior was a pleasant temperature instead of cold. A nice plus for me. read more

Prices might feel a bit on the upside but as I have said earlier only before you eat that burger .. afterwards it is all party :) Also, given they have such a limited menu .. they are vegetarian friendly too .. get that veggie sandwich or grilled cheese sans meat .. and it is as good as it could be. I order it with the exact same fillings I would make it with at home -- meat, lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, dill pickle, mayo and mustard. The buns come the same size as home and are toasted. Fives Guys is a place for great fries. Fresh cut fries cooked in peanut oil, they are always fresh and tasty. The remainder of the limited menu includes a selection of burgers as well as a number of hot dogs and sandwiches. Yelling at each other (08/14/2021) and joking loudly about fighting while one is yelling about how he's been to prison and knows how to rape a guy... so yeah this was an awkward meal... while I'm quickly eating to get out of here two different people come in to pickup an order and the employees turn them away quickly without being helpful. "Naw we don't do pickups. Blah blah something yeah we don't know why people keep coming in" As I'm leaving, The last person who came in trying to pick up their order was in the parking lot confused trying to mess with the app to figure out where their order went. Tonight would be my second time coming to this establishment because the first time is so great. But unfortunately I came to this restaurant five minutes before closing and was met with locked doors? And a disgruntled manager by the name of Jennifer. To be honest, I'm not even sure if she is the manager, because when I made the phone call to ask why the doors were locked because my cell phone was showing there was still five minutes left of what should've been an open establishment I was told her clock said it was past 10, and that they could not serve even the simplest of the milkshakes as I stood right outside the doors of the establishment. Now I am no one's special, but I'm sure my general manager/boss/owner would've been proud to have me as an employee/manager if I was to open the door for that customer since they were standing just right outside and the establishment was in fact to still be open. instead Jennifer, the employee who must've had a bad night decided that she'd rather go home and that whatever she had going on was more important than the companies name and reputation. Not to mention that attitude with such righteousness in her voice leads me to believe that I'm not the only one who has met Jennifers power trips and little moments of pride when she gets to control something over somebody else. But we came back yesterday 3.21.19 and the employees were in great moods; singing, dancing, and laughing. Always super friendly upbeat service here. The place is always clean, workers come out and sweep often and tables get attended to even though there's a lot of seating in this location they don't let it get messy. The fries are always cooked right (Not over cooked and not soggy) and the burgers are great. Workers have always been really pleasant even when you come in late, I saw someone come in when I was leaving and order fries right at closing, like 1 minute til, and they made him fresh fries. Not give him old stale fries to get out on time, no, fresh at closing. That's pretty rare for any burger joint but I was super impressed with these young guys that work there, they really have pride in what they do! Also 5 guys burgers are delicious! read more

I ordered food via ubereats and have regretted it. The burger and fries were so greasy that I got an immediate stomach ache and then at 3am was woken up with food poisoning like symptoms. The food was tossed in the bag and the burger wrappers had tears exposing it to the bag and whatever else touched my burger. The fries were tossed in the bag without care and got everything greasy. It was disgusting!! I recommend if you want a delicious burger you go to American Kitchen. Same price and no tummy ache.
