Tonight I was at Five Guys in Springfield, OH. A young guy by the name of Avery was at the register. You couldn't have asked for a more mannered person. He was polite, repeated our order, spoke loudly and with a smile, Thanked us for coming in, asked if we needed anything else before we left to find our seats. When we left, he thanked us again and told us to have a nice evening. I have NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL. He deserved a big shout out for being the kind of employee that Five Guys was smart enough to hire. WAY TO GO FIVE GUYS. Very dirty outside area and the inside bathrooms were quite dirty as well. The staff definitely needs to brush up on their people skills. Not impressed at all I would suggest another one of the fine locations for a quick bite to eat! read more

The staff is super nice to my friend and I. We are not your typical customers. They don't treat us differently than say speedway or Starbucks or some other boughie restaurants in the area. Not sure what all the hoopla is here.. Overpriced burgers, suuuuper greasy fries, with a cattle-call/assembly line to get your food. We lucked out and didn't have to wait too long for our slippery mess o' food (just missed a HUUUGE long line shortly after we arrived... phew!!), but neither Mr. M&P nor I were quite sure** what all the fuss is about this place. If I need a burger and/or fries, going past the newness/gimmicky "appeal" of this place, I think I'll stick with one of the standard (and MUCH cheaper) fast food joints, which are about on-par/even better than this place, in my opinion... **We were here a couple of months ago, and Mr. Meat & Potatoes STILL compares every subsequent (better!!) burger and fries he gets to THIS place, and then just shakes his head in confusion....!! read more

It's like it was made in our backyard.... The burgers taste and look real, real tomatoes, lettuce, bacon, cheese. I swear it looks and tastes like you made it yourself on a grill with quality ingredients....... I was impressed. Pretty fast too..... I did t have any fries, But the " little bacon cheese burger" was amazing for me. Maybe a little high on pricing... 10 bucks for small drink burger. Couldn't believe the rudeness of one of the employees this evening. Went to pick up order, had no ideal that they had raised their prices, $8.99 for burgers, what got me was now plain patty for my dog went from $2.00 to $6.19. When was asking why, guy behind the counter had a smart attitude about himself. I was so appalled, that as I was leaving I said I would not be returning . As I was going out the door he spoke very loudly saying " I don't care." Who ever owns this franchise should teach his/her employees better manners. We used to go here quite ofter... No more. If we ever go again will definitely go to the one in Beavercreek. read more

Pretty decent burgers, wonderful Cajun fries, unlimited peanuts, and this location even has a new soda machine with like 100 flavor options. Cherry vanilla coke would be my recommendation. Burgers get all toppings same price except cheese. Watch out these jalapeños can actually get spicy unlike most you find at restaurants. The fries come in huge portions so share with a friend? Fantastic burgers! Grilled to perfection with a nice bit of crispy around the edges. Nice selection of toppings. The Cajun fries are so good however the portions of fries is just too much. A small fry is plenty for 2 people. Love the soda machine with all the different choices. The peanuts are nice but not really needed. You will leave stuffed without the addition of peanuts. This is my favorite establishment to visit in Springfield, hands down. I've been in this place upwards of thirty times since it's opened and the staff are friendly and seem to love what they're doing. They serve with a smile on their face and certainly delivered on taste. I just wish they add a little sticky-note with my name on it and they can just order me what I always get, every time: a Bacon Cheeseburger with A1 sauce, pickles, lettuce, with a large drink and small fries since I'm such a regular there. We ordered Five Guys last night and you must go there when you are hungry. Very large portions and delicious fresh made fries. We had ordered our meal online for pick-up and only had a 5 minute wait at the pick up counter as they were making fresh fries. I would recommend the Bacon Cheeseburger and topping it off with barbecue sauce and fried onions. It really hits the spot. We will be returning here again. read more

Well worth the money! They give you your money's worth of fries! A regular fry serving was larger than I anticipated. The bacon cheese dog I had was excellent.
