Five Guys has a great burger! Their buns are so soft and sweet that adds to the fresh flavor pallet. The new sleeves for the peanuts are hard to use and there is no where to put your shells - I hope they bring back the little white and red boats. Sometimes you just crave a burger. Stopped at Five Guys St Louis Park. Ordered my double patty Hamburger, lettuce, tomato, onion and grilled mushrooms. Little order of fries. I love eating the peanuts. They were fresh. Love the taste of a mushroom burger and the fries came out hot. Good meal. I give Five Guys an edge on my other favorite, In N Out. Service was quick. They had four guys working a busy crowd. Glad we got there early. read more

Well...the U.S. is a free market, so now labor demands are up and labor isn't cheap. Step up and pay.the wages if you want to provide the services. Two guys expected to manage the dinner rush, the line out the door just left. So here we are with too much product, that is so backed up its spoiled...literally the nuts are wet and soft they are so stale. And in 20 minutes I've seen at least 20 customers walk out...and those remaining are leaving few very happy. Your location is crazy dirty as well...sticky, soiled, unkempt, just deep dirty. Gross. Shows what chumps the MN Health Department are...they must have sent the deaf, dumb, and blind guy out to inspect! Your Employees who are here are stellar though...Levi took my order, and him and his other worker are amazing. You should fly in on your jet and thank them, then do the overnight clean for them to show your support. If you live in St. Louis Park or nearby...I would skip going here. Did a pick up order (didn't use doordash because they increase their price by about 20%) and after we got all The way home realized they forgot a whole burger. Called the store to see if they could fix the problem, they said they would remake it but wouldn't comp the order. No complaints about food, it was good. But if you have a child or you yourself do not want to look at images of half dressed, mostly naked women, then don't go in the men's bathroom there. I love Christ so it's not ok for me to look at that stuff, it's depravity and it's just right there in front of you. There's enough sexual depravity in this world already and now it's being used in a restaurant where a young child might walk in and see this stuff for the first time. It's not surprising seeing how twisted the world has become, but it's not good at all. Stopped in the middle of the day for a late lunch. The staff were all super professional and the food was so fresh. The beat part of my visit was the staff incredibly politely asking a customer to put on a mask. The customer refused and the staff continued to treat him politely and even offered to bring his order directly to his car. I've only been to this location a few times but the staff have always shown great professionalism in my visits. Usually I order ahead on the website but called in today. The staff member who had taken my call pulled up my order in no time and had it sent to the grill. I was having problems with my credit card but she was patient and offered suggestions till the card worked. My takeout order was ready in a relatively short time. I enjoy eating here and it breaks my heart to have to give them 4 stars. I tried the online ordering option where I got to select a pick-up time and my food would be ready. There is a note in there stating that they will not make your shakes or your fries until you arrive so that they are fresh. I made my order a day in advance for a 12:45pm pick up. Got there at 12:46, told them my name and they said my order would be right up. I didn't end up leaving the restaurant until 1:03... If I had enough time for my ENTIRE order to be made, I would have just came in and made my order. My burger wasn't even made. The burger, fries and shakes were great and the customer service was just okay. But I feel that if someone makes an online order for a certain pick-up time, that should be completed. I went all the way...with the cheeseburger, and I don't regret it. The Cajun fries and cherry Vanilla Coke topped off this perfect meal.

What the hell? Waited at least 15 mins for two burgers and fries (after tipping VERY generously with nary a "thank you."). Maybe three others in front of me. The second I step out of the door the bag disintegrates and everything falls to the ground. After I call out to staff, I am told that if I show the receipt they will remake the order. WTF do I need to show a receipt when I am 8 inches from your door? U clean up all the food by myself. No apologies, no assistance. They leave my new bag on the counter with no words. I drive home. 5 mins. Bag falls apart again. Burgers and fries all over the floor. Fix ur shit, bros. read more

We placed our order and thought it would be ready quickly since we were the only customers in line. We were very disappointed and disappointment turned into disbelief (except we saw it with oour own eyes)! The buns were laid out on the counter readied with onions, lettuce, ketchup and mustard and the burgers were clearly cooked & laying on the grill. Instead of tending to our order, the staff was busy taking down grease filters right above our burgers on the grill. After 7-8 minutes I inquired when our order would be ready? Only then did two employees look at the counter and asked our order number and then finished our order. Very disappointing service! We will never return to this Five Guys location, ever. This was a lack of training and complete disregard for food safety. Go to the Five Guys on Blake Road instead. read more

I'm so excited that they finally put a Five Guys near my house! This place is super convenient next to some major retailers so stopping for a quick lunch or dinner easy! I have been here twice had it lives up to a traditional Five Guys experience. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food comes out quickly and tastes fresh. Wow has this place gone downhill. A friend and I visited after our trip to Costco. It had been quite some time since our last visit and sad to say wasn't very impressed. A lot has changed. First and for most the customer service. The young lady who took our order was not listening as we spoke to her. I had to verify with her three times after asking her to repeat back to me what I said. She gave off the impression like she really didn't want to be there. My friend gave her order and then said she would like a large drink. The young lady then asked "would you like something to drink"? Oh my gosh it was getting so frustrating. While we were waiting for our food we went to get drinks. One machine was down and they were working on the other. When that machine was ready we started to get sodas only to get more carbonation that soda. Tasted horrible. We were then waiting at our table. We saw other orders being picked up. They then called my friends number, even though she ordered after me, then called other numbers. We waited another five minutes and I saw my hamburger there, in a bag waiting for fries. As there were four people standing behind the counter waiting, doing nothing I Eventually went up and asked when my order would be ready. The man pointed and said it's there. Then went over and added fries and gave me my order. In the end we waited 20 mins to get our food. Swimming in mustard and Mayo running out of the bun and could not eat it all. The fries were soggy and almost cold. And the soda had too much carbonation. It's sad how it's gone downhill so much. I like Five Guys but will probably not visit this location again. read more
