Their signature hamburger. Two patties. No charge for addons.

Arguably one of the best burgers in Syracuse. Central New York is known for its excellent pizza and wings, our Hamburgers, not so much. The ingredients all seemed fresh, thought the lettuce was soggy. The jalapeños and onions were excellent. The meat was cooked medium well, but the burger wasn't well seared. The fries were plentiful but soggy. In Syracuse, this burger stacks up pretty well. In California or Texas, it would be a two star at best. The service was quick and friendly. There was a line but it moved quickly and my order came up right away. The restaurant was super clean. Parking was adequate, but just barely. Burger and fries (no drink) came to over $16. Not a budget meal or a noteworthy deal. But all restaurant prices seem high to me since the pandemic.

Ordered a meal through door dasher. Dasher decided not to bring it and brought it back to resturant. Called door dash and order was refunded to me. Replaced order with door dash and the resturant sent out the food that was made two hours ago! Food was cold. Bag with fries was so soaked with grease it ripped open. Terrible. Also my burger with "extra pickles" had two pickles. Door dash did refund me but it's absolutely inexcusable that five guys didn't remake the food.

Five stars for five guys. This is judged on a curve for fast food/quick service restaurants. Five guys is one of my favorite places to get a burger. Until I had shake shack it was my number one chain burger. It's still a close second. Burgers here are always juicy and flavorful though a little spendy. You will always get your moneys worth when you order fries though. They are not stingy at all and they always drop them fresh even if you order for pick up. They're always working hard behind the line but sometimes I've noticed that the café gets overlooked and the tables can be a bit messy. I'm not too proud to wipe my own table but when you're spending 25 or more for two burgers and a fry to split I expect the café to be cleaned a little more frequently.

I add items all the time and the last two times, all the extra items I paid for were not included. I had already driven away so I couldn't go back. Today I went inside to pick up my burger, and this time looked at it to be certain all the extra items I paid for individually were added, and none were. This is now the third time I have been charged for items I added, but did not receive them and it's been happened only at two locations: the one in Camillus on West Genesee - and the one on Onondaga Boulevard. Being this has happened repeatedly at only these two locations makes me wonder if they are owned by the same hospitality group, or either not training their employees properly, or the employees are just ignoring the order and making the burgers as simple as possible. When this happened for the third time yesterday st the Camillus location on West Genesee, I had gone inside to pick up my order and immediately looked at it to find that nothing I had added and paid for was on the burger. I questioned the manager who apologized but gave me this lame, unacceptable excuse: "because those items are not traditionally included with that burger, the employees just make it the way it's supposed to be made." Hello?? She is admitting that even if you add optional items and Burger King charges you - she is aware her employees don't pay attention to the order. How many people have paid for optional items and been ripped off like this. Her excuse makes it sound like it's intentional because she is aware it's been happening. Isn't charging customers for something and intentionally not giving them what they paid for, illegal? Aren't there consumer protection laws protecting consumers about this? Hope this serves as a warning to others that if you pay extra for items at these two locations, look at your burger to make sure they're not charging you for something they are not giving you.

I buy the same sub - the club sub - from the same Jersey Mike's on West Genesee in Camillus,…read morerepeatedly. Turkey, ham, provolone, bacon. Tonight they got it really wrong. Fortunately, it doesn't happen often at Jersey Mike's - however that's not what this review is about. This review is about the person who took my call. After they looked up my order, I told them what was missing from my sub, which was shocking as it was missing mostly everything except an everything. There was no lettuce except for a few stray shreds. It had no onion when I asked for extra onion. It had no pickles on my sandwich which I also ordered. And it had NO BACON which is part of the sub. One side of the sandwich had half a piece of ham and the other had a slice of turkey and no cheese. Basically half the sandwich was empty and the other half was missing most items. But a bad sandwich is not a tragedy. I called and attempted to tell the employee on the phone what was missing from my sandwich and she kept talking over me. I couldn't understand what she was saying because there was a lot of background noise - so I started repeating what was missing again and she told me loudly "I don't need to hear all of that!" - which was really rude - and then she said "we have 15 people working today because of our month of giving and I have no idea who made your sandwich. (I didn't ask who made my sub) I'll give you a refund" which was fine - until I heard her say to someone else: "this woman is yelling at me." At first I thought she can't be referring to me because I had not raised my voice. I had not yelled. As a matter of fact, I was very understanding that with all the extra people working for their charity promotion, it is easy to make a mistake. I can imagine what happened: somebody started making a sandwich - got distracted, and somebody else just wrapped it up and put it with our order. But what I overheard her say disturbed me, so I asked her: "did you just say I was yelling at you?" She replied "No- no. I said you were just 'asking' me." That's not what I heard, though. I heard her distinctly say I was yelling at her. Her conduct really left a bad taste in my mouth, no pun intended. I think it's a great thing that Jersey Mike's has an entire month in March donating to charity, but don't take out your chaos on your customers. Being rude to customers is not the way to keep them. This particular Jersey Mike's location should use a new slogan: Jersey Mike's - Good sandwiches. Bad attitude. The fact is, for the first time I just noticed that their health score is extremely concerning. I know on a math test 96 out of 100 is great but if you click on the Health score and you see why four points were deducted - you might not want to eat there. Doubt I will.

The person taking the orders tends not to take the time to listen so you end up repeating yourself. They are so conditioned to make thing 'mikes way' when make a change they seem to get confused. You have to watch them carefully so not to end up with a sandwich soaked in oil and vinegar. They pile on a lot of lettuce to make the sub look larger then what it really is. Order a sub with no veggies and see how little meat there is placed on the sandwich. It's just a fancy subway, that's expensive and not a 'goto' for subs. The menu would get old fast.

I read up on the menu and discovered they offered lamb chops which is one of my absolute favourites. A taste of home for me! Friendly and efficient staff welcomed us and showed us to our table. So far so good. Very nice young woman looked after us. My wife ordered the rigatoni and I had the chops. She loved her rigatoni so much she's finishing it off 2 days later and still loving it. Sadly my dish was a bit of a disappointment. My two large chops were extremely fatty. It's the kind you simply can't cut through on a slippery plate. Trying to separate what little meat there was from the fat was impossible so I had to give up and bring it home to a cutting board and an extremely sharp knife. I haven't tried to eat it yet but it looks as fatty as the first. Both had been totally covered by a condiment that I think should have been served in a separate container to allow the diner to regulate the amount desired. The base was a pilf which made trying to cut the chops even more difficult because every time the meat or the knife slipped, the table was showered with grains....all a bit slapstick....! As I previously said, my wife loved her meal and the previous visit was epic so I hate to criticise but I'm just trying to be honest and fair. I think $45 for a couple of very fatty chops with not much meat and smothered in a vinaigrette you might not like is a bit cheeky... In different circumstances I would have sent it back. Oh well, you live and learn...

The location we were at was out of croissants. The coffee we were given had eggs in it and a hair was baked into my scone. We went back the following day because we met out of town family at the same location, and we had the same negative experience. The cashier kept repeating our order back and kept ringing it in incorrectly. They never made our drinks; we ordered hot and iced lattes. I had to go up multiple times and remind them. The girl at the sandwich counter said it wasn't her job to make our drinks but since the other guy back there wouldn't make them, she stepped away from her station, yelled at him and made our drinks. I ordered a cookie; there were 10 in the case. Several minutes later when I went to the sandwich counter to get my drinks I asked for my cookie and they informed me that they were out of them; I informed them that 10 minutes prior when I ordered my cookie the case was full. I walked back to the pastry area and showed two servers behind the counter they still indeed had cookies. I was waiting at the counter for 15 minutes for my drinks, the manager came out and asked if I was all set, I informed Sam the manager that I was not, they refused to give me the cookie and drinks I ordered. I had to go back to my table to get my receipt, where my family was waiting for me; we all traveled 5 hours to meet up at this location. I walked back to the counter and showed the girl at the sandwich counter my receipt and finally received my drinks and cookie. We also tried to find a table where my family could sit inside because it was 85° outside; all of the tables were filthy and sticky, had trash on the floor and the garbage area was overflowing with plates and trash. The lack of customer service and cleanliness at this location is insane and appalling; I'd never come back here even though it has been very convenient to meet here. The service, food, and dining area are all repulsive. I've spent over $300 here over the last week and will not be returning.

The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.
