I kept repeating myself, and my daughter too, then service backed-up, and I'm STILL not having my order fulfilled, it's super cold that day like 12 degrees, and I'm STILL trying to pay for stuff, while also STILL not having what we ordered. My husband was so unhappy. It took almost an hour to even sit down, and like I said it wasn't even busy when we walked in, and nobody else was there. So, my food was halfway cold, soggy, falling apart, and also incorrect. This guy working there, turned to me and acted like he was somehow trying to be nice to me, and giving me a break, when they just refused to do what I asked for and paid for, and what comes with the option I offered, and tried to make it seem like somehow I was ungrateful, or taking advantage of them. HOW DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE? If you buy a meal option, and it comes with certain options and choices WHICH YOU PAID FOR WHY ARE YOU NOT GIVING ME WHAT I BOUGHT??? Nobody who worked in this plaza will go there for lunch, breaks, meals, etc. because it's so weird when you go in there and try to buy something. And, all of my friends whom live in the neighborhoods near here all talk about how they'll NEVER GO BACK THERE. I'd originally planned on going back a few more times, to try other food items, since it's a popular franchise outside of Massachusetts, but my husband was so bothered by that 1st experience, that he won't let me go back. But, he did return 1 other time, because he was just so hungry, and his blood sugar was low, and his coworker wanted to go there. They both disliked the experience so much, that even tho I still wanted to try it again, I don't think I'll ever return.

Staff is RUDE and IMO it's a result of being understaffed and overworked for a busy location and it shows all over the restaurant. It's wicked dirty, online orders are always backed up some nights backed up an hour or longer with a mob of people frustrated from staff to customer. Today was the 2-3rd time it's happened to be backed up for an order pick up of mines ( I accidentally hit Hingham over Hanover in a rush) so I was forced to go there I placed the order 35 mins earlier than pick up and arrived 25 mins late past my pick up window and they were still working on orders 40 mins earlier than my pick up time... This entire restaurant is a Salmonella outbreak waiting to happen. In fact, my daughter threw up…read moreafter eating here. I'm just now making that connection. Every surface was a complete mess. Every table in the dining room looked to have been neglected for hours. The floors were a mess. The soda station nozzles did not appear to have been cleaned. The cutlery station was a mess with food everywhere. Even if the customers are this messy, someone needs to clean and sanitize frequently. The prep area was a mess. It needed to be broken and thoroughly cleaned, particularly between the sneeze guard and the rest of the station. How do they not have mice with food stuck in all those places? The service bar was a nightmare with food all over the stations and new orders being dragged though it. It appeared that the goal was to see how a big of mess they could make. One employee over filled three taco with rice. Another scooped out the excess by hand and threw it back in to rice bin to be served again. That should have been put in the trash. To be fair, one employee was checking on holding temperatures, but given that she used the probe several times in the same container it is likely that she was untrained in its use or was hoping for a suitable result to record. I shudder to think what the walk in might look like. If this location continues to be allowed to operate like this, I have serious concerns about eating anywhere that is controlled by the Board of Heath in Hingham.
